As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am looking to obtain a PayPal credit card device to accept payments from clients. I would like a device that can sync with my iPhone and PayPal account for easy business transactions. Additionally, I would appreciate information on the cost of the device and transaction fees. Can you kindly send a billing invoice via email, so I can promptly make a credit card payment and have the device shipped to my address at [redacted] E. My bank blocked a significant PayPal transaction on my Visa card because of a fraud alert. Despite multiple attempts to retry the payment, contacting the card issuer to lift restrictions, and still facing rejections asking to use another card, the charge isn't reaching the bank. They suspect it might be a PayPal issue since no charge is being shown. The bank recommended contacting PayPal as they speculated that the card might have been declined so many times that PayPal ceased processing it.

I would like to close my PayPal account registered under [redacted] I have since relocated from the United States, and my account contains outdated information. During a recent chat with a PayPal representative named Sruthi, I was advised to transfer the balance to my old bank account. Despite my uncertainty about the account's status, we proceeded with the transfer. I have now confirmed that the bank account is closed and anticipate the payment will rebound to my PayPal account. In an attempt to transfer the balance to my son, I encountered security questions prompting access to my [redacted] Google account, which is now under my new legal name, Margaret Gayle. I have a fully verified PayPal account with multiple linked banks all verified under my name. PayPal comes in handy for unexpected payments and big promotions on favorite products. However, I am struggling with instant credit transactions that somehow don't work on my bank accounts or cards. Despite trying different combinations and clearing caches, using various browsers and applications, I couldn't resolve the issue. The support from the help center has run out of ideas, and I can't unlock the full features of my PayPal account. Additionally, I'm experiencing an issue where I can't link my Revolut account due to a repeated "try later" error, despite using the same IBAN on the card. If anyone has any suggestions or solutions, I would greatly appreciate it.

I made a purchase from NoraCora in May [redacted], and I was incredibly disappointed with the quality of the items. They smelled of chemicals and were just plain awful. I tried to return the order by contacting the company multiple times with all the required details, but I got no response. I contacted PayPal to assist me with the dispute, but they directed me to my Chase Visa card, which was not helpful. I trusted your service because of the order guarantee, but now I feel scammed. The order total was $[redacted].53 from April 11, [redacted], and the merchant name is NoraCora, not ChicV as stated. I urgently need assistance in returning these items or getting a refund. The lack of response from NoraCora's [redacted] is unacceptable, and I believe they are avoiding returns intentionally. Please help me resolve this issue promptly. Today, I discovered 5 unauthorized transactions on my PayPal account to a company named "Ipsy," with whom I ended a membership more than two years ago. Despite my immediate action to report and dispute these charges with PayPal, all my claims have surprisingly been denied. These transactions, totaling over $[redacted], were not authorized by me, and they should not have been allowed to go through on a closed account. I urge PayPal to reconsider and refund these amounts as they are clearly unauthorized. Thank you.

I purchased hair from a Chinese vendor for $[redacted] Canadian. FedEx called me about additional fees of $[redacted] for duty. I informed the supplier before receiving a tracking number. I asked for a refund because the extra fee was too high. The vendor said I would need to wait for the delivery and return it. When the package arrived, I explained to the delivery person that I couldn't accept it due to the high charges. I didn't sign for the package to avoid keeping it. I informed the vendor about the situation. They took back the package. They are now delaying the refund process and stopped responding to my messages after a week. I can provide screenshots of our communication. I just want a refund since I haven't received the product.

I am unable to login because I have forgotten my password. Whenever I try to reset it through the PayPal login page, I encounter the message "Sorry, something went wrong on our end. Please try again." This issue has persisted for over a year across various devices and browsers. I am currently trying to reach out at [redacted], but after requesting to speak to an agent, I have been waiting for 40 minutes with no response. I faced the same situation a day ago, but my call got disconnected due to insufficient phone credit after 30 minutes of waiting. Despite contacting PayPal customer service via Facebook Messenger, I was directed back to call [redacted]. I cannot afford more international calls. I am hoping to find a better solution. I have also noted the alternative number [redacted] from this forum and plan to contact it next.

I used to have a Paypal account while residing in Singapore. Having moved to the USA over 3 years ago, I rarely use Paypal. Recently, when trying to make an online purchase, I encountered a problem. Despite deleting my old credit card, I couldn't add my current one without it defaulting to Singapore as my country. Following online advice, I realized I needed to close my Singapore account and open a new one. However, when trying to check if my account was closed, I faced a verification issue via email and phone, the latter impossible as I no longer have a Singapore number. I simply wish to delete my Singapore account and create a new one with my current US details, but Paypal's processes seem overly complicated and rigid. This experience reaffirms why I steer clear of using Paypal due to their lack of customer friendliness and flexibility.

I posted on Facebook looking for football tickets and was contacted by Ian Black. He provided all the details and his PayPal email for payment. I sent £45 through goods and services but Ian claimed he didn't receive it, so he refunded me and asked for payment via friends and family. I insisted on using goods and services for buyer protection. When he claimed not to have received the money again, I found a post warning about him being a scammer. I reported the transaction to PayPal as unauthorized, but my claim was closed without buyer protection. Despite informing PayPal about Ian Black's scam, they informed me I'm not protected. I rely on PayPal for secure transactions, so I'm dissatisfied with this outcome. I want my refund from Ian Black who keeps stalling and assuring me to be patient while handling the issue through PayPal.

My account was hacked on 31 July, and the hacker used my credit card to buy 2 cellphones. Despite contacting Paypal and eBay, the seller provided proof of delivery by royalmail, claiming the transaction was successful. I discovered the hacker intentionally sent the items to my neighbor. When I approached the neighbor, they gave me a small envelope with a blue cellphone casing from the seller uktrade’19. I want to know if I return this item, will the seller refund me? I fear they may deny receiving it back. eBay redirected me to Paypal, but they consider the case closed. Moreover, individuals claiming to be from uktrade’19 showed up at my home under the guise of a gutter service provider. They asked about my residence without showing proper identification. I am considering involving the police but seek advice before proceeding.

I am feeling upset and frustrated. I am leaving for a trip soon, but I encountered an issue with my PayPal card while sending money to someone. The refund process was not clear, and now I am facing delays due to account verification. I was told I could access my funds at Walmart, but there seems to be additional steps involved. I need a prompt resolution as waiting 2-3 business days for my money is unacceptable. Verification should have been handled upfront during the account creation process. I am eager to have my funds returned to me promptly.

Today, I noticed a charge on my debit card from Paypal for a purchase I didn't make. The transaction details for 82.22 show up as "PAYPAL *CHINATERA" on 14.07.19. I am unable to log in to my Paypal account because I forgot my password and security question answers. Even though I received the security code via email to [redacted], my old phone number is no longer valid. My name is Helen Koppel, not Kristo Koppel, and he did not make this purchase on my behalf. I've attempted to recover my account and cancel the order to no avail. Is there a way to regain access, delete the account, cancel the unauthorized order, or get a refund without the security questions? I want to create an entirely new account connected to my eBay account. I've had no success contacting Paypal's customer service, as I keep looping back to the password reset page.

It has been over 24 hours since I sent my email. I have called twice with long wait times and this is now my third email. The customer service is bad, and I want to cancel my account once my issue is fixed. It's frustrating not being able to contact anyone, being lied to, and waiting over 24 hours. I understand delays happen, but this is too much. Please see below for the details of my problem. To whom it may concern, Yesterday at 13:00 on 06/08/19, I was told a Manager would call me back in an hour (2 hours max). It's now 17:30, 4 and a half hours later, and no one has called. I have wasted my day waiting for this important call. The number that called me was 01 [redacted] about a refund of [redacted].99. My dispute ID is PP-D-[redacted]9, opened on 28/07/19 for a purchase on 21/07/19. I need help to understand your website and process for the refund. I'm frustrated and need a manager to contact me via email or phone [redacted]54. If a manager is unavailable, please assign someone of higher authority to resolve my refund issue promptly. Thank you. I believe I may have fallen victim to a scam with my recent order of UltraOmega Burn. Upon checking out with PayPal, the transaction went through without showing me my shopping cart for confirmation. I attempted to contact the company to cancel the order, but the phone number provided turned out to be invalid. I am looking to stop the payments for two orders, approximately $[redacted].99 and $[redacted].00 each. I have reached out to my credit card company, and they informed me that the charges are pending, but I am unable to cancel them at this time. I received a gift payment from my ex-boyfriend to purchase a camera. I opened a Paypal account solely to receive this gift and closed it afterward. Following this, my ex-boyfriend initiated a chargeback (Claim Case ID PP-D-[redacted]7) claiming the purchase was unauthorized. I was advised by Paypal representatives to submit evidence to [redacted], and I have provided screenshots of his authorization and a police report about harassment post-breakup. Unfortunately, I am unable to access my account to check the current status or outcome of Claim Case ID PP-D-[redacted]7.

I am unable to access my account because when requesting a new password, the system wants to send it to an old number that is no longer in use, even though I have already confirmed my email. The system also asks for a text confirmation, but the number on file is outdated, making it impossible for me to access the money sent to me. The customer service online and on the phone have not been helpful, simply telling me to log in, which I cannot do. I am frustrated because I am unable to reset my password despite confirming my identity through email. It is frustrating that after confirming my identity, I am still required to confirm via an outdated phone number. The system does not allow changing the phone number on file without logging in, creating a frustrating situation. I need a prompt solution to access my money immediately.

Yesterday during a crisis, I had to delete my account because I was robbed and couldn't remove my credit card. Now Kogan wants to refund me $[redacted], but I don't have a PayPal account. I've been trying to reach PayPal to resolve this but no one will contact me. It's frustrating not being able to make a complaint without access to my account.

I loaded my car today with money which has not shown up in my PayPal account. It is frustrating that there is no information available regarding this issue. I purchased a helmet from Versatrends.com using PayPal, only to discover it's a fraudulent website that doesn't fulfill orders. Numerous customers, including myself, have been scammed. I have attempted to contact the company through the provided phone number, emails, and messenger texts without success; the phone number is no longer in service. I tried to utilize the resolution center on PayPal but made an error due to my inexperience with the platform. Now I am unable to open a dispute or submit another complaint. I am seeking assistance in obtaining a refund.
