Good evening, I am Adel Al-Hawajre, a Palestinian from Gaza. I own a PayPal account associated with the email [redacted] I am reaching out through this account as I have encountered issues accessing technical support. I am unable to log into my account despite entering the correct email and password. The system requests a code to be sent to my phone, but after numerous attempts over an extended period, I have not received the code. The phone number is correct, but the code is not coming through. I attempted to transfer funds to my debit card via PayPal, but encountered issues. The app requested verification, but I couldn't find the prompt. After trying multiple times, I got locked out of my account. Now, I'm stranded without gas, causing my friend to be late for an important event. I was browsing UAB Orbioword's website looking at pillows and accidentally triggered multiple unauthorized payments through Paypal, totaling over $[redacted] USD. Despite not completing the purchase or confirming the payments, I was surprised to see these charges reflect on PayPal. I have already contacted my bank, which has blocked the payments and issued me a new card due to this unexpected activity. I made a purchase through PayPal on AlphaHeaters.com, order #[redacted]6. Upon receiving the items, I discovered several discrepancies from the advertisement. The wattage of the units was incorrect, the output and heating were below what was advertised, and the batteries in the remote overheated within an hour of use. Due to these issues, I decided to return the entire order for a refund. Despite being promised a 30-day no-questions-asked refund policy, I faced difficulties when requesting a return. After multiple attempts to return the items, I was informed I would not receive a full refund and would have to cover the shipping costs. My credit card details were compromised, leading to unauthorized transactions on various websites and games. The individual even linked my card to their PayPal, bypassing the need for my bank's confirmation code. I've reached out to the websites, who are willing to assist, but I require PayPal's intervention as the purchases were not made from my personal account. Despite my attempts to contact PayPal for weeks, I keep getting redirected to the AI assistant as no agents are available. I can provide all necessary proof of ownership of the card and transaction details if required. My support case hinges on obtaining the transaction IDs from the perpetrator's end, as without them, the situation remains unresolved.

On January 2nd, OC Media Holdings charged me $75 for a subscription that I had tried to cancel in early December. After emailing two representatives to switch to a lower subscription, they insisted on cancellation and creating a new subscription. When I confirmed the cancellation, I was still billed for the old subscription. Despite my emails on January 2nd, I have not received a response. I have also tried to dispute the charge through PayPal, but I encountered technical issues preventing me from reaching the resolution center. Hello, I possess a US PayPal account and am currently residing in Germany. Unfortunately, I lack a US phone number for verification purposes. Recently, after successfully accessing my account on Saturday, a second verification prompt appeared upon receiving a $[redacted] payment, requesting my phone number. I am currently facing issues with my international purchase process from Australia. I am associated with a university in Kennesaw, GA. I made a payment to IOLO using PayPal, but noticed it was doubled due to an error. I reached out to PayPal, who said they would contact IOLO. IOLO confirmed they charged me only once. However, upon checking my Citi card statement, I discovered I was still charged twice for the same amount. I'll need assistance to resolve this with Citi cards and have one payment cancelled. They intended to reimburse me via PayPal but utilized my account for their business transactions without permission. I'm requesting a cancellation of my order from 4 Wheel Parts for a Borla exhaust system placed on 1/23 and paid through Paypal for $1,[redacted].29. I ordered a hair topper from Sanqistore on Facebook for $36.98 using their "Pay in 4" feature with PayPal. I would like to apologize if this email comes across as harsh, but I am extremely frustrated. This marks the fourth time I am disputing unauthorized transactions made from my account. Despite filing complaints with your team, no action has been taken. After reaching out to customer service, the representative acknowledged the fraudulent charges made by my son's mother. She admitted to sending herself money using my account five times in $10 increments over a few hours. This behavior is suspicious as I have never provided her with more than $10. It is evident that the transactions were unauthorized, and I did not consent to her accessing my account. It should be noted that she used her Motorola phone to log in, whereas my devices include a Pixel 6, Oneplus 8, and various Windows devices. I urge you to investigate this matter more thoroughly and appreciate a prompt resolution. Thank you.
