I recently updated my phone number, but the verification code keeps going to my old number. I've attempted to contact customer support multiple times, but I always end up talking to a robot. Eventually, they redirect me to send a message, but since I can't log in, I can't send one. PayPal is crucial for my business, and I just need to update my phone number to keep receiving payments.

My driver's license is valid, but my card has expired. The address on my expired card is linked to a legal case I have against the city in Federal Court. If I update my card with a new address, I may lose my standing in court. The Real ID Act allows for alternative identification options including one primary form and two secondary forms. I have my Birth Certificate, social security documentation, and an expired DL. I meet the federal requirements for Real ID. I need help closing my PP account and getting my money back. Unfortunately, my credit union isn't listed in their system, they can't refund the money back to my credit card, won't accept my credit union ATM card, and are unwilling to issue a check. I've been on hold for three frustrating hours listening to promotional messages and looped music without any resolution in sight.

On Saturday, October 1st, at 7:31:53 PM GMT-5, I mistakenly sent $40.00 USD to the wrong recipient with Trans ID OCK825312W825905L. The recipient's name is Diane Barnes, and their contact info is [redacted] Once I realized the error, I promptly contacted Ms. Barnes via email at 7:57 PM, followed by a message at 8:00 PM, and another email at 9:01 PM, requesting the return of the funds. Unfortunately, I have not received any response from Ms. Barnes regarding this matter.

My account was restricted without explanation, with two transactions flagged as "suspicious" for no apparent reason. After several attempts, I finally reached a customer service representative who couldn't clarify the issue. Once the restriction was lifted, I retrieved my data, deleted it, and closed my account. This experience shattered my trust in paypal, especially due to their unavailability. Contacting a human through gethuman site was challenging, needing multiple attempts to connect. Ultimately, a helpful representative resolved the problem, allowing me to sever ties with a company that seems to prioritize profit over customers. Paypal's actions cost me $[redacted], further eroding any confidence I had in their services.

Hello, I have two claims, with one closed without any explanation or resolution, and I still haven't received items I purchased months ago. The second claim remains open, but I'm unsure what I need to respond to regarding returning shoes that do not fit. My boyfriend requested a payment of $[redacted].00 on PayPal. I sent the money thinking he would receive it the same day. However, the payment went through three times. I need to cancel all three payments of $[redacted].00. He no longer requires the money, and I don't want to have a negative balance of $[redacted].00 in my bank account. I have been using my email account for a long time without any issues. Recently, I cashed out as usual, but when I checked my PayPal account, the money was there and then it disappeared, indicating it was transferred to the same email address. However, I have not received it yet. I have been waiting for a while, and although it showed in my account initially, it now shows zero balance. I am confused about what is happening. I need to transfer money received into my checking account via the "1-3 days, NO FEE" option, but I am experiencing issues on the site. Despite providing all my checking account information and attempting to transfer money to my debit card, I keep getting an error saying PayPal cannot recognize my accounts, despite choosing the correct credit union, providing my username and password, and having my banking info confirmed on the site. I believe PayPal is pushing me to select the "IMMEDIATE" transfer option with a fee, which is frustrating because the sender already paid a fee. I am unwilling to pay extra fees and am willing to wait 1-3 days for the transfer. If I cannot resolve this, I will stop using PayPal and switch to another money transfer app, and I will caution my customers against using PayPal in the future.

Hello everyone, I received an email from PayPal yesterday regarding case ID PP-R-HHH-[redacted]42. I purchased an item from Taobao, which was then delivered by Lete. Unfortunately, the item was lost during transit. I have filed a claim with the bank to cover the payment for the TaoBao item and the Lete shipping. I am not familiar with the procedures of the bank and PayPal, but I am hopeful that my claim will be processed accordingly. Best regards

I need to update the bank account linked to my PayPal account for a recent transaction. I want to switch from Aventa Credit Union Checking Account [redacted] to Ally Bank Checking Account [redacted]. I was born in Montgomery, Alabama, and my payee, Dana J., has made mistakes on three separate occasions with my information. Please, I am pleading with you not to restrict my account. I have been through a lot, including being hit by a car five times in Florida, losing my father and grandmother this year, and experiencing ongoing grief since my mother's passing ten years ago. I rely on PayPal to receive funds from social security and a pending settlement. I also earn money through playing games on my phone. With my fiancé going through challenges with his ill mother, my deceased brother reported missing for six months, and our current hardships, I need assistance more than ever. My family member sent me $51 through PayPal in September, but instead of transferring it to my Community First Credit Union checking account, PayPal withdrew $51 from my account. I'm experiencing difficulty accessing my PayPal account and have received notifications regarding this issue for a few days now. Last week, I spoke with a representative and disputed two charges on my account - one for $[redacted] and the other for $[redacted], both from the same company without my authorization. Although I was informed that an investigation was underway, I later received a text stating that the $[redacted] charge couldn't be addressed as it had been reported to a financial institution. I have only reported these charges to PayPal and am now unable to sign in without an Authenticator code, which I don't know how to obtain. Kindly close all three of my accounts and send any remaining statements via mail or email, refraining from further texts. I no longer feel confident about the security of my accounts.
