I recently lost my PayPal card with the last four digits being [redacted]. I had set it up on Facebook Pay to receive a $50 payment, but I had to cancel the lost card and remove it from Facebook. I linked a Cash App card to Facebook Pay after removing the old PayPal card, but I'm uncertain if the $50 went to the old PayPal card or the new Cash App card. I have a replacement PayPal card on the way. How can I access the $50 from the old account if it was sent there, and how can I check if the money is in the account without the card details? I am experiencing difficulties accessing my Paypal account. I recently lost access to the phone number linked to my account, which is causing a problem in resetting my password. Last night, I attempted to purchase an auto part using PayPal pay in 4. The merchant declined my payment method, so I tried a few times unsuccessfully and eventually paid for the parts in full. However, I woke up to find that all of my pay in 4 attempts were charged to my card. Despite the payment rejections during the process, I've been charged for all five attempts. I'm confused as to why this happened when the merchant did not accept any of my payments. I would appreciate some clarification on this situation. Thank you.

I visited two stores recently, 7-Eleven and Bank of America, to withdraw money from my prepaid Paypal Debit card. Unfortunately, I was unable to make the withdrawal. My account got permanently limited six months ago. Even though I disagree with their decision, they mentioned I could access my funds after six months. It's been six months now, and I would like to know how to retrieve my money from PayPal. Should I link my bank account to PayPal, or will they issue a check? My husband's PayPal account was compromised by an individual in France, who attempted three times to make a purchase for Zilli loafers. Despite my husband immediately changing passwords and removing our debit card, he found the person's address, phone numbers, email, workplace details, and more. We have all this information, but no way to share it with PayPal. I've spent hours on the phone trying to resolve this but have had no luck getting through to anyone at PayPal. I've noticed that Paypal is now asking for a mobile phone number to sign in. I don't own a mobile phone and prefer not to get one. I've had my Paypal account since [redacted] and this requirement is new. I want to continue using my Paypal account without needing a mobile phone, or find a similar alternative with the same merchant connections.

My name is Razack, and I want to express my gratitude for the support you offer to people. I am in need of your help as my PayPal account was unexpectedly disabled, and despite my attempts to contact customer service, I have not been successful.
The situation arose when a payment from a client was placed on hold shortly before my PayPal account was blocked. There may have been a few reasons for this action. Firstly, there was a gap in receiving payments on PayPal, and this recent payment was larger than usual. Additionally, prior to this payment, I was unfamiliar with how invoices and requests functioned, so I sent test invoices to myself, which may have appeared unusual. Upon receiving payment, I canceled some of the test invoices, and my client also canceled some that were mistakenly sent. These actions may have triggered suspicion from PayPal, resulting in the permanent limitation of my account.

I recently had a transaction on PayPal where I received money from someone. The person requested a refund, and although I couldn't find the refund button, I decided to send back the $60 they sent me from my bank account. Later I realized there was an option to refund them through PayPal. They confirmed receiving the refund, but now I'm missing the $60 I sent earlier. I have spoken with them, and they can't decline the payment, while I can't cancel it either. Since the $60 wasn't sent through an invoice, they have no way to refund me. There's a clear charge on my debit card for the transaction, but I'm unsure how to recover the money. Given the situation and the refund process, I doubt they'd feel comfortable sending the $60 back to me.

On July 5th, my account was double charged by the same store for slightly less, with the first $36 transaction being canceled after verifying it at the store. The store mentioned the refund should process within a day. Additionally, an unauthorized $[redacted] Amazon charge at 4:35 pm is troubling, especially since it occurred with a new prepaid PayPal card I haven't fully activated. I suspect someone may be accessing my phone, as many of my accounts have been tampered with. This includes Experian, which I pay for monthly, yet unlocking it was alarmingly easy. The recent AT&T 3G shutdown caused complications with my PayPal account. Even though I have a new smartphone, a new phone number, and a new phone service, my PayPal account is still linked to my old phone that was canceled. I called PayPal and was on hold for three hours, trying to transfer my money from CVS to Venmo to pay my bills. I usually do this a few times a week without any issues. This time, they asked for a license verification, which I've done before. However, the app glitched and the transfer didn't go through. Now, I need the $70 back urgently to avoid fees by midnight.
