I purchased two items on eBay from two different sellers. When the sellers contacted me, they explained that their accounts were compromised due to a hack, and they requested I cancel the order. Unfortunately, I missed the one-hour cut-off for cancellations on eBay. I attempted to open a dispute on PayPal, but encountered difficulties as the options were either unavailable or led me back to the eBay sellers. My subsequent attempt to open an unauthorized transaction claim was promptly denied automatically. It seems PayPal does not allow another claim to be opened once it has been rejected, and there appears to be no recourse to challenge the automated decision. Due to phone line outages, I am unable to reach customer service by phone as they direct all inquiries to the website. I simply wish to cancel the transactions and receive a refund, especially since eBay's notification indicated the items were fraudulent.

I bought a bodywarmer on Depop, but the seller didn't send it. I opened a case, and he refunded me, then canceled it while pending. I received an email saying the case was closed, but his last refund was also canceled. There's been no activity in my bank or PayPal. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, I attempted to purchase a 36V hub motor, but my card was declined three times due to it being perceived as expired. As a result, I successfully processed the payment using PayPal. While trying to cancel the unsuccessful card transactions, I mistakenly cancelled the PayPal payment as well. I have not received any communication regarding the refund status. I purchased a dress from JustFashionNow and unfortunately, it arrived in a size too small and the quality was poor. When I requested a refund, they offered a 15% discount or suggested I could pay to have it altered. I declined and insisted on a refund instead. I had to return the dress to China, and the postage cost is almost half the price of the dress. I wanted to track the package to ensure it arrived, but I am worried about receiving my refund. 1. In the image dispute1.png, the seller has labeled the page as "Satisfaction guaranteed." 2. The seller mentioned in dispute2.png that the link to the course will be uploaded shortly. 3. Having been misled by false marketing stating guaranteed satisfaction, I proceeded to pay for the service and join the club. To my dismay, it appears that only courses with links are provided, potentially accessible for free elsewhere. 4. The website comulentsocial advertises lifetime membership with premium 24-hour support. However, the support received has been subpar, with only a Discord handle for assistance, leading to delayed responses. 5. A refund is requested due to the inability to access courses advertised as "satisfaction guaranteed." Moreover, being directed to a forum requiring an additional membership fee for the courses is disappointing. 6. Despite being directed to the forum, the course in question was not available. It seems like a scam, as Comulentsocial supposedly plays a small role in the forum, yet charges more for membership than the forum itself. 7. In dispute4 and 5.png, the seller is mentioned to have threatened actions based on chat records, including reporting the customer's IP address to their ISP.

Hello, my name is Tracie B. I experienced a brain injury some time ago and have been attempting to cancel my 3-month subscription with match.com. Despite not using the app for over 6 months, they continue to deduct £19.99 monthly. Even after attempting to cancel on their site, I keep getting charged. Due to financial constraints and my brain injury affecting my communication abilities, it's challenging. Hello, I am encountering difficulties with a refund from eBay to my PayPal account. I contacted both eBay and PayPal regarding a refund made on 21st July [redacted], with a transaction refund code of [redacted]4G[redacted]0. Despite extensive checks with PayPal, no record of the refund was found, leading me back to eBay for clarification multiple times. eBay assures me that the refund was processed to my PayPal account, but after lengthy discussions with both parties, the issue remains unresolved. I have two issues that need attention: 1. I am waiting for a refund, confirmed under 7C[redacted]9360P, which has not reflected in my PayPal account or been refunded to my credit card. 2. I attempted to change my payment method for purchases to utilize funds in my PayPal account. Although I updated my Wallet settings on PayPal, my recent purchases were still charged to my credit card, with no change in my PayPal balance. I am hesitant to make further purchases until this payment method issue is resolved.

About 3-4 weeks ago, PayPal placed a limitation on my account. Initially, they requested tracking information and proof of receipts from my supplier. I provided tracking information but omitted the supplier receipts. Even after two parcel deliveries with funds on hold, my account remained restricted. Upon contacting PayPal customer support, I was asked to provide supplier details. A representative, whose name I can't recall, assured me that my account would be reopened after a 72-hour review. However, after the review, I received an email stating my account was closed due to potential financial losses to PayPal, citing few resolved eBay cases. Every customer service call yields a different reason for the closure. I find it unjust to withhold my funds for vague reasons. PayPal's website lacks an appeals process, leaving only the option to call customer support. Additionally, I have outstanding fees on eBay and comply with PayPal's requests, to no avail. I seek advice on how to access my funds.

Hello, I'm having trouble accessing my PayPal account that I haven't used in years. I can't remember my password, and I've changed my phone number. I also can't recall the answers to the security questions. I attempted to contact customer service, but I couldn't find a 6-digit code on the website to proceed with the call. The automated system keeps asking for this code. Is there an alternative way to speak with a representative?

Hello, I've been struggling to access my PayPal account that I created years ago in Romania with the email [redacted], linked to eBay UK. Recently, I made my first sale on eBay and received a confirmation email to that address. When I tried to log in, I was prompted to enter a verification code and then faced another verification step requiring a phone number I no longer have or answers to secret questions I can't recall. I need help recovering my PayPal account for my self-employed photography business. Additionally, I created another account with [redacted] but encountered issues adding a UK address or card due to my initial Romania entry. I am in need of a refund for an item that does not match its description, and I made the payment through PayPal. However, when I attempt to navigate to the Resolution Center on the PayPal website to address the issue, I encounter blocked or covered checkboxes that I am unable to fill in with the necessary information. Despite my attempts to submit the form without completing these sections, the page indicates that I did not fill out all the required checkboxes. Furthermore, I have found the Help and Contact Us sections on the website to be blank, making it challenging to seek assistance. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, it appears that there may be a technical issue with the website.

I made a purchase from mobile-gear.com, but despite multiple emails, I have not received any updates. I paid for expedited shipping as the item was listed as free postage and it should have been delivered by now. The full payment, including the delivery fee, was deducted from my PayPal account. This breaches their agreement given the long wait. I placed the order in early July, and the payment was processed later. I am facing an issue with my PayPal account. Recently, I received an email stating they reset my password for security reasons due to inactivity. I followed the steps to set a new password, but during verification, I encountered a problem. The system requested a text message verification to a phone number linked to another PayPal account, preventing the text from being sent. This extra verification step is blocking my access to funds. When attempting to access Paypal, I encounter an issue with receiving the one-time code as it goes to my old phone number, which I had requested to be removed from the PayPal system over a year ago. Despite a conversation with a representative on August 14, [redacted], stating my old number is not in their system, I still cannot remove it as the code continues to be sent there. I provided my current phone number last year, along with my home number, but the one-time code persists in being sent to the old number, preventing me from accessing my account and resolving this matter.

My son and four friends need to pay a deposit for their uni house. Three friends transferred over two thousand pounds to his PayPal account, but despite multiple phone calls to customer service, they are unable to withdraw the money to their bank account. Despite various promises and different explanations from customer service, the issue remains unresolved. In a desperate situation, I've covered the deposit myself, leaving money owed in my son's account. Customer service interactions have been frustrating, and we are unsure how to proceed in getting the funds out. Seeking advice, we reached out to Citizens Advice for guidance on potentially filing a claim against eBay and PayPal, as eBay owns PayPal.

I am struggling to make a withdrawal from PayPal. Whenever I try to email them, I encounter errors. This has been going on for the past two weeks, and I'm feeling frustrated. I bought a pump on eBay for £[redacted].94 on Apr 5. Unfortunately, it has stopped working and the manufacturer won't honor the 2-year warranty because the seller wasn't authorized. I used PayPal with my Amex for payment. eBay mentioned PayPal's [redacted]-day money-back guarantee, but my emails to PayPal have been unsuccessful with only automated replies. I haven't been able to speak with a person via phone. Both Amex and eBay couldn't assist, and the supplier isn't responding to emails. I'm nearing the end of the [redacted]-day period. Thank you. On September 25th, I visited the High Street TV website to browse their products. I was interested in the Velform Cover item but decided to cancel the order before making payment. Unfortunately, the website redirected me back to the order form where another item was mistakenly ordered and payment was processed. I do not want either of these items and would like to request a cancellation for both along with a full refund.
