I purchased a Fit 2 Go from ENSO E-commerce, SL on September 22, [redacted], for £39.95 via PayPal. My Transaction ID is [redacted]3G[redacted]V and the Invoice ID is BTBT12626. I have reached out to Enso E-commerce twice via email but have not received any responses. The problem I am facing is that the product's package claims the watch is water-resistant up to 50 meters and suitable for swimming. Although I have not worn it for swimming, I accidentally wore it in the shower on the evening of November 22. Unfortunately, the watch stopped working immediately and has not functioned since. It is evident that the watch is not water-resistant as advertised. I am seeking a replacement as the watch is not practical and is only 2 months old.

I received an unexpected charge from PayPal amounting to [redacted] euros, and I am unsure of its origin or which country it pertains to. Even though I tried to create an account with them, my order was rejected. I am puzzled as to why I owe this money when I have never successfully made a purchase through PayPal. I am questioning why there would be a PayPal account linked to the USA when I only recall using it while residing in Germany and only for clothing purchases. I always paid upfront using my bank account for my orders. It is confusing for me to now be faced with this situation since I do not have an active PayPal account and have never completed a transaction with them. I need assistance with initiating a dispute with the resolution center for three heaters I purchased. The items were delivered in damaged boxes and did not match the description in the advertisement. Despite requesting a full refund within the 14-day return period, the company only offered a 25% discount. I recently received an email from PayPal stating that the payment made on December 2nd for $15.46 and today's payment of $10.78 did not go through. I contacted my bank, and they confirmed that I have sufficient funds in my account. However, they did not receive any payment requests from PayPal. Upon checking my PayPal account, I noticed a significant error starting this month. Although my debit card number is correct and linked to a Halifax bank account, your system shows Bank of Scotland. I tried to update this information online but was unsuccessful. Currently, I am abroad and spoke with a customer service representative over the phone, but they were unhelpful and unable to assist me. I was attempting to make overdue payments and resolve this issue, but they were not cooperative. Hello, I am seeking assistance regarding my PayPal account in the UK that got canceled in August [redacted]. I am unsure if a refund for canceled flights by Ryanair was sent to my non-existent PayPal account under Bozena Stec with the address at 19a Pamber Heath Road, RG26 3TH Tadley. Ryanair claims the money was refunded to the PayPal account. After installing an app, I realized it wasn't what I wanted and attempted to cancel it. Despite sending a cancellation request, PayPal auto-paid £5.99 without my authorization. On December 24, [redacted], I made a booking with Uber, but immediately canceled it. To my surprise, Uber charged me £43.87 through PayPal even though I never used their service. I have encountered a concerning situation with an online clothing company named Susan-Julie. I made a purchase of 5 items for £[redacted].95 on 2nd July but found that 3 items did not suit me. Upon contacting them to arrange a return, they offered a partial refund of 30-35% if I kept the clothes, which I declined. Instead, I requested a full refund. They have provided a return address in China, which seems suspicious based on similar reports of scams from other customers. The return shipping cost is around £18-£20, and I fear I may not get a refund at all if I send the items back. After researching further online, I have found references to this being a scam company and now wish to return all items.
