For the past two weeks, I've been attempting to access my PayPal account without any success. Despite indicating that a code will be sent to my home phone for verification, the phone never rings. I've reached out to the UK help number multiple times, only to be redirected to representatives in India. Each call results in the same answer, "It is a technical problem." Additionally, I've received three emails notifying me of messages in my account's message center, which I cannot access without logging in—something I'm currently unable to do. All of my details have been verified by customer service in India.

Hello, I recently sold an item for £[redacted] on eBay. Due to the item's odd shape, I couldn't use PayPal's postal service, so I shipped it via Hermes. The buyer received the item, left positive feedback, but PayPal claims it hasn't been delivered and is withholding £[redacted]. I've attempted to contact them nine times, but my call gets disconnected after providing my balance. I'm frustrated as I'm unable to speak to an agent. I have encountered a limitation on my account that restricts me from withdrawing funds to my bank, making payments via PayPal, or sending money. The notification I received states:
"Your account has been temporarily limited. To fully restore access, specific actions must be completed, and requested information provided. The restriction will be lifted post information review.
Reference ID: PP-[redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]."
I am prompted to "Confirm Your information" by clicking the 'Resolve' button, but upon doing so, I am only met with a message thanking me for providing the required data and stating that a response will follow in a few business days. However, there seems to be no opportunity to actually input any information. Could there be a technical issue causing this?

I made a purchase from 'The Cobble Shop' for some pebbles using PayPal without an account, opting to pay with my debit card. While I received a receipt from PayPal, the recipient listed is unfamiliar to me. Upon contacting the shop, they suggested reaching out to my bank. Unfortunately, my bank was unable to assist as it was a PayPal transaction, even though I do not have a PayPal account. They recommended contacting PayPal directly. However, without an account, I am unable to get in touch with PayPal through the usual means. Any advice on how I can proceed to recover the funds would be greatly appreciated.

I am having trouble accessing my account as my UK phone and original email are inactive. Despite multiple calls to Dublin and Arizona, I have not found a solution. I have confirmed my identity through Equifax questions and provided my UK bank account number for withdrawals. Despite this, I am unable to transfer the balance from the watch sale to my account. I have reached out to the CEO via email without a response. I simply request the transfer of my balance to my verified bank account. Please assist.

I need to update my mobile phone number and possibly email address on my PayPal account. My phone stopped working, so I have a new one now. My email on TalkTalk will be discontinued next week. However, I can't update the information on the PayPal site because it wants to send a verification code to my old phone number. When I try the call option, the number shown isn't familiar to me. I've attempted to reach out by phone, but the call disconnects shortly after someone picks up. I'm frustrated. I recently updated my Amazon account without any issues. I placed an order 8 weeks ago for a large 8-piece tool kit with 2 chargers. Unfortunately, the item was not delivered as expected. After involving the resolution center, I only received a cheap plastic ring instead of the tool kit. Now, the resolution center is requesting for a form to be filled out, which I am unable to do as I lack the necessary equipment. It's frustrating that the seller is not cooperating with the resolution center, causing delays in resolving the issue. I have complied with all the requests made so far, but I'm unable to proceed without assistance. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I'll have to escalate it further. I recently ordered 3 items, which arrived in 2 separate parcels. The parcel with 2 items was delivered to my address by Royal Mail, but the other parcel with 1 item was not delivered to me by Hermes. Despite contacting Floryday and Hermes, the issue has not been resolved. Hermes provided me with tracking details and a delivery photo, which does not show the door number or the recipient, making it difficult to identify the correct recipient in a complex with 60 flats. Floryday initially offered a code for re-ordering, which did not work. Despite providing PayPal with evidence of the situation, my claim was denied. I am frustrated by Floryday's change in stance and PayPal's response to the situation. I am seeking assistance in resolving this issue.

I am experiencing a significant issue with receiving a refund for a purchase made on Ebay through Paypal from Toolstation. The Toolstation Order number is QWK[redacted]91, and the Ebay reference is Invoice 14-05[redacted]7 for the purchase of an Einhell 1.6Hp 24L Oil Free Compressor + 5Pc Airtool Kit 230V priced at £99.98.
After returning the defective product, I was notified by Paypal that a refund was pending, contingent on verifying my identity. However, the verification process requires a code sent to a mobile number that is not mine, Home 01_ _ _ _ _ [redacted]. Despite attempts to update my phone number, I run into the same issue with the incorrect number being used for verification.
Although my Ebay account shows the correct mobile number as 07[redacted]35, Paypal continues to associate the incorrect number with my account, causing delays in receiving my refund. It has been over a month, and I have not received the repayment. I urge for assistance to rectify this situation promptly to either refund the money to the original credit card or correct the phone number linked to my Paypal account. I appreciate a resolution as soon as possible to prevent future difficulties with Paypal transactions.

I have been having trouble accessing my account for over a year now. I have spent countless hours dealing with reCAPTCHA. Despite numerous attempts to call, the phone is always off. I am frustrated with this situation and I want my account to be closed. It is unacceptable that there is no customer support available, and I cannot log in. I demand the immediate closure of my account. I will be informing my bank about these concerning issues. This poses a risk to my security, and the lack of assistance is truly disappointing. If you do not close my account promptly, I will be taking further action. The phone number 0[redacted] is not working for me. I need assistance regarding PayPal rejecting my claim for an item that cost [redacted].00 pounds, which was supposed to be a gearbox but turned out to be the wrong item. The seller refuses to provide a return label or respond to my messages, and I shouldn't have to pay return postage. I tried escalating the claim from eBay to PayPal due to lack of response, but I am unable to reach PayPal by phone. Their response stated there wasn't enough information. A PayPal representative mentioned they would investigate all eBay activities with the seller. Despite not being asked for more information, my claim was rejected for insufficient details, even though I believe I have been wronged by the seller sending me an incorrect item. PayPal's decision seems to have favored the seller, and I am confused as to why.

I have a PayPal account that I haven't used in years and now I'm trying to access it again. After contacting customer service, they requested verification via my old credit card number, which I couldn't recall. To open a new account with the same email address, I need to cancel the old one, which I requested. They mentioned sending an email for identity verification, but the email prompted me to log in to view it. Unfortunately, there seems to be no direct email contact available. I used Paypal to pay £84.55 for a Tommy Hilfiger watch (178227l) from H.S. Johnson Jewellers. I'm experiencing challenges in receiving updates from you or the seller. The watch that was due today hasn't arrived, and Paypal confirmed the payment was extracted from my account yesterday. Although I received a message this morning, it vanished before I could read it due to an issue accessing my messages. I purchased items from China that were not as described. After opening a dispute, PayPal ruled in my favor, and the Chinese company agreed to refund me. However, I am now required to return the items to China at my own expense to receive the refund.
