I recently experienced a situation with a Jackson resort that I found troubling. I felt that they were being unfairly judged based on political beliefs, and I am choosing not to support businesses associated with narrow-mindedness. I will no longer be purchasing items featuring the Patagonia logo and will be encouraging others to do the same. It is important to me to stand up for inclusivity and cooperation rather than division. It seems like the resort did not have a large amount of your products, and your actions may have been more about politics than genuine concern for their views. I believe my opinion is just as valid and important as yours and wanted to share my thoughts on the matter.

In February [redacted], I purchased the Patagonia Men's Powder Bowl Freeride Jacket. I wear it primarily for snowboarding during my yearly vacations, adding up to roughly 28 days of use over the years excluding two years due to Covid. I've noticed that the lower back of the jacket has faded from sitting while strapping on my board. Considering the price, I expected better durability. While I appreciate the jacket's performance, I am hesitant to buy another Powder Bowl jacket fearing the same problem might occur. Have there been any updates to address this issue since my purchase?

The lightweight fabric makes them ideal for gardening when shorts are not suitable. It's disappointing that this item is no longer available, and I've had no luck finding it online in my size, either new or used. I rely on these pants regularly for yard work and will miss them when they're no longer usable. While I understand your focus on sportswear, many older customers like myself prefer practical pants over tights for outdoor activities. Gardening, in particular, requires sturdy clothing, especially around thorny or poisonous plants. Are there any plans to introduce similar pants in the future? Thank you.
