Hello, I'm Alexander from Russia. I wanted to share my experience with the Panasonic Russian Official shop on AliExpress. My order number is [redacted][redacted], and I purchased three ES-RW30CM520 packages during the Opening Sales on November 21st. I had to contact Russian Panasonic Support and the Panasonic Official shop on AliExpress to address the issue of misleading discounts as per Russian Advertising Federal Law. With the help of Russian Panasonic Support, I was able to resolve this and receive the discount.
After placing my order, I received a tracking number on November 25th ([redacted]-[redacted]), but there has been no update on the delivery status since then. The express company's website shows it as "unprocessed." Despite reaching out to Russian Panasonic Support, the response has been lacking. I've submitted a letter of claim through the official website and continue to await a resolution on the delivery terms. I urge Panasonic Company to fulfill their delivery obligations promptly, as I am prepared to take legal action if necessary.

I own a Panasonic base phone with one cordless handset and I am looking to acquire a second cordless handset that is compatible with my existing base. The base model number is KX-TGF350N, and my current cordless model number is KX-TGFA30N. Can you please assist me in finding the correct cordless handset to purchase? Should I simply input the last model number into a search engine and hope to find the right phone, or could you provide me with a direct link to buy the specific model I require?

I have a Panasonic cordless phone model #KX-TGC220C or KT-G433SK, but I'm unsure which number refers to the phone's serial or the base unit. My model is approximately 6 years old, and the only difference I notice between older and newer models is the display. My phone's display has a bell icon in the top left corner with a slash through it and "ECO" or "EC0." I believe my phone isn't ringing because of this icon. I need help fixing this issue since I have a chronic illness (lupus) and struggle to deal with technical problems. I hope someone can assist me promptly. You can reach me at [redacted] Thank you very much, Stasha Kurtz.

Hello. I recently purchased the Panasonic S1 DSLR camera and decided to test its capabilities by shooting a long Full HD video. After recording for 3 hours straight, the battery became almost empty, and the camera suddenly turned off. I suspect it shut down due to overheating. I replaced the battery and turned the camera back on an hour later, only to find that the LCD screen was black. Perplexed, I began troubleshooting. Despite trying to adjust the power-saving mode in the menu through the viewfinder, nothing changed. It was only after resetting all the components that the camera prompted me to reset, that the LCD screen started functioning again. The problem is I plan to use this camera for long documentaries and lectures lasting 2 hours or more, and I would prefer not to have to reset it every time this issue arises. Could someone provide guidance on how to properly manage this situation? Thank you.

I previously had a Panasonic cordless and landline home phone system. It featured Caller ID, a phonebook, an answering system, a headphone jack, and a belt holster clip. I have searched Costco and Best Buy but haven't found a phone that includes all these features. Cell service is unavailable where I live, making it essential to have a landline phone with a headset jack for my needs. Online shopping has been confusing due to unclear product descriptions. I am seeking recommendations for a phone meeting these specifications. If no current model offers them all, I am open to vintage options. I apologize for the lengthy message but was asked to provide detail and am frustrated by uninformed sales staff. I am hopeful for a prompt solution. Respectfully, Karin Musso. P.S. Please use my email address only for communication regarding this matter. Thank you.

Dear Panasonic Representative,
I am struggling to find a phone that meets all my requirements. In the past, I had a Panasonic cordless and landline home phone system with features like a headphone jack and a belt holster clip, along with CID, phone book, and an answering system. Despite visiting Costco and Best Buy, I have not been able to locate a phone model with these exact features. I've tried searching online on websites like Amazon and Walmart, but the descriptions are confusing to me. Could you please provide me with model numbers for phones that include all the features I need? If this model is no longer available, do you have any old stock or a vintage department with a suitable phone? I apologize for the lengthy message; I am frustrated with the lack of expertise in big retail stores. I hope for a quick resolution.
Best Regards,
Karin Musso

We recently purchased a new phone system, but we are experiencing issues when dialing numbers manually or using speed dial. The system frequently returns an error message instead of connecting the call. This is our third system in 15 years, and the previous ones worked well. We are disappointed with this one. We have a KX-TG885SK 5-in-1 set with an additional handset. We have been unsuccessful in reaching out for support. Unfortunately, we are unable to use the ASK service due to challenges with typing. Additionally, the new system's battery life is shorter than our previous one, and it lacks outdoor range. We purchased the system at Costco. Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Best regards,
Donna Gallagher

We bought a Panasonic phone from Good As New Electronics online. The ad assured that the product is still under the Panasonic warranty. The purchase was made on October 24, [redacted], and it was supposed to be delivered on October 30, [redacted]. The handset we received was kept in a room that we seldom use, unlike the other two handsets in our main room. When we finally tried using the new handset, we discovered that while we could hear the other end, they couldn't hear us properly – it sounded distant and inconsistent. However, the other two handsets function perfectly. I attempted to seek help online from Panasonic but was prompted to purchase a membership which I decline. I am now here seeking assistance.

Hello, this year my dad purchased a Panasonic smart TV for my son. Unfortunately, the remote control has been faulty since the beginning, and the spring inside, where the batteries are placed, broke within a week. My dad, who intended to address the issue, passed away before getting a replacement. I lack details on where he purchased it or any account numbers. My son is now unable to access certain features on the TV without a working remote. I would appreciate any guidance on how to proceed. Thank you.

I own a Panasonic GH5 and use it for video shooting. I currently have a Metabones Speed Booster Ultra .71 EF-MFT mount adapter paired with a Canon 50mm f1.4 lens. Lately, when I power on the camera, it prompts me to change the focal length, which I adjusted to 35mm. Despite being in Manual mode, I realized during a recent shoot that I couldn't adjust the aperture (f-stop) as it consistently displayed 0.0. After attempting to troubleshoot by removing the battery, resetting to factory settings, and experiencing issues with menu navigation, I'm unsure of how to resolve this problem. I'm unsure if this is a settings issue or if there is another solution to explore.

I recently purchased a countertop microwave oven (1.3 Cu. Ft/37L, MN-SC668S) from my local Costco. Upon opening the package, I noticed that the top styrofoam padding was divided into two parts (labeled as R and L), with about a foot of space between them. This left the middle section of the oven unprotected, with only the original plastic bag providing coverage. The edges of the styrofoam pieces appear rough rather than smooth, although they don't seem to have been deliberately cut. Is this a standard occurrence or should I be concerned about the packaging?

Hello,
I am a proud owner of the AG-UX 90 4K camera and have been using it for a few months now. Today, I attempted to configure it to shoot in 4K. However, upon trying to select this recording format in the camera, I noticed that the 4K format is not available in the list of options. The only selectable formats I have are UHD 29.97, UHD 23.98, FHD 59.94 p&i, 29.97, and 23.98. I am unsure why the 4K option is missing and how to set up the camera to shoot in 4K, which is a feature that influenced my decision to purchase this camera.
Best regards,
Tony R.

I need assistance unblocking a phone number that is no longer on my caller ID list. I have tried following the given instructions online twice, but they have not been successful. The blocked individual is now complaining frequently. My phone model is a Panasonic KX-TG885SK. I require guidance beyond what is included in the manual. I do not want to be directed to Just Answer like I was before. Your prompt help is appreciated. Thank you, Joyce.

Dear Sir,
I bought a Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS100S in August [redacted]. Following the purchase, I received an Extended Limited Warranty from Panasonic Lumix with an end date of 8/26/[redacted].
I am currently in Israel and recently experienced a problem with the camera. While taking nature pictures a week ago, the camera stopped working. It extends the lens when turned off and retracts it when turned on.
Upon contacting Panasonic, I was informed that the warranty does not cover repairs in Israel. I am unsure where to send the camera for repairs – should it go to Panasonic US, Europe, or another location?
Thank you and best regards,
Moshe F.

The recorder/base (KX-TGE260) started making squeaking noises while recording and sometimes failed to record. I attempted to replace it with KX-TGE270 but had trouble getting the phones to work. After some troubleshooting, I managed to fix the issue. However, the new recorder answered 4 calls and claimed to have recorded them, yet the playback only produced screeching sounds similar to the old one. In the background, faint voices might be audible but barely distinguishable. The screeching noise resembles a wheel needing lubrication, but upon inspecting the old recorder, I found no movable parts that required grease or oil.

I own a Panasonic KXTGE243 cordless phone with three handsets. One of the handsets, the one that doesn't have a dial tone, is causing trouble. Typically, I use a headset on all three handsets, but sometimes I go without. When I tried using the problematic phone without the headset, I noticed there was no dial tone. Oddly, when I connected the headset, the dial tone returned, but once I removed the headset, the dial tone disappeared again. I attempted to switch to a different outlet, but the issue persists - no dial tone unless I use the headset. The other two handsets work fine with or without the headset. If anyone knows why this is happening or has suggestions on how to resolve it, I would greatly appreciate your help.

I bought an FZ80 camera a couple of years ago, and I've been struggling to get the WIFI feature to work ever since. I initially tried for a few weeks but couldn't make it work, and eventually gave up, despite it being one of the reasons I chose this camera. Recently, I made another attempt to connect my camera to WIFI so I can easily download photos to my iPhone and MacBook. Even after updating to the latest firmware last week and following online guides, I still haven't had any success. When trying to connect directly, my iPhone, MacBook, and Dell laptop can't detect the FZ80's SSID, although they can see my routers and other devices. When attempting to connect through my network, the FZ80 keeps searching with a spinning wheel and doesn't seem to recognize my routers. Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing issues with my home movie theater setup. When connecting my DVD player to the Pioneer receiver, model number VSZ-72TXV, I am only getting audio and not video even though I have the correct input and output connections. Also, my remote control suddenly locked up and displays "rev/main." It is no longer able to turn the receiver on and off like it used to, even after changing the battery. Before these problems, the DVD selection button on the receiver and the DVD itself were working fine until the remote stopped responding. Please contact me at [redacted] urgently while I am on standby.

I recently purchased additional handsets for my hard of hearing phone and unfortunately, one of the plastic charging bases is cracked, causing the phone not to charge properly. I am over 80 years old and would like to have this issue resolved quickly. I am unsure whether I should arrange the return through Amazon or directly with you to get a replacement for the damaged base. The part number of the base in question is PNLC1071ZS. While all the other aspects of the phone system are functioning well, this specific issue is causing inconvenience. I can provide copies of the Amazon purchase for verification if needed. Given that the rest of the system is in good working order, I would prefer to only replace the cracked plastic charging base rather than the whole unit. The cord and transformer are functioning correctly; it is just the base that needs replacing to allow the phone to charge properly. I have only had the unit for three days and am seeking assistance on how to obtain a replacement base promptly. Thank you for your help.

I own a Panasonic Viera TV, model number TC-P60ST60. I use the TV's Viera Link to route sound to a Pioneer amplifier connected to home theater speakers while still being able to adjust the volume with the TV remote. Occasionally, this setup gets disrupted, requiring me to reset it by locating a hidden setting. Despite previous success in re-establishing the connection, I am currently unable to find the setting after several attempts. I am unsure of what caused this change. I am seeking assistance in restoring the home theater link.
