Good evening, I am currently facing an issue with connecting my Panasonic TX-P50VT50E plasma TV to a Bose Soundbar (Bose Soundtouch [redacted]) via the ARC (HDMI2) port. When connected to a Samsung 4K TV previously, the soundbar worked well with Dolby Digital signals. However, my Panasonic TV only seems to be passing through a LPCM 2.0 signal to the soundbar instead of the 5.1 Dolby Digital signal from my TV decoder or DVD player. I have tried adjusting the Viera Link and sound settings in the TV menu but cannot find an option to change the output format to bitstream. Typically, TVs have a setting to choose between LPCM or bitstream output formats, which I cannot locate on my Panasonic TV. I would appreciate any advice on how to successfully transmit the 5.1 signal from my TV to the soundbar via the HDMI (ARC) port. Thank you for your help. Best regards

Our current Panasonic System Model # [redacted]'s Base Unit is not functioning, and we have 8 additional handsets connected to it at home. To replace the Base Unit, we visited Best Buy and the sales representative presented the Panasonic Model # CL83207 with two handsets. We asked about its compatibility with the 8 existing handsets, and she believed they would work together. Before purchasing the new Base Unit with an additional handset - Model # CL83207, we want to confirm their compatibility. Your assistance in clarifying this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

We own the Cordless Phone KX-TG885SK. A loud alarm-like sound goes off every morning just before 1 am, disturbing our sleep significantly. Despite never setting any alarms, we confirmed at #[redacted] that all alarm settings are OFF on all handsets. Comcast technicians checked twice, even visiting us, and confirmed the issue lies with the phone. To prevent sleep disruption, we now turn off the phone system at night, but this is unsatisfactory. Having been loyal Panasonic users for years, we are disheartened by this experience. We seek assistance to resolve this problem; otherwise, we might have to switch to a different brand. Thank you for your attention to this matter. - R. M., [redacted]

I am disappointed with the electric shaver I purchased recently, model ES8243A. Despite following the instructions carefully, I experienced chafed, scratched, and blotched skin after using it daily for over 30 days. I found the experience so unpleasant that I preferred using an old Norelco triple-head shaver that had been sitting unused in a drawer for months, and it provided a smoother shave. This situation has left me questioning the quality and effectiveness of the new electric shaver.

I received a 5-handset Panasonic phone as a Christmas gift. However, after a few months, one handset stopped holding a charge despite changing the batteries. I contacted Panasonic's live chat support and was advised to send the handset for repair in Texas. I received the repaired handset along with new batteries and charging unit today. Despite charging for an hour, only one bar is showing, and a message on the screen says "Main unit, no power." I have tried different outlets and ensured power to the main base, which is functioning well with the other handsets. The newly replaced handset still seems to be malfunctioning.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am seeking assistance with an issue regarding the LUMIX FZ [redacted] camera that I purchased on Amazon in December [redacted]. Despite my overall satisfaction with the camera, I have recently discovered what appears to be a persistent stain on all of my footage, consistently located in the same spot. Upon inspection by a local camera expert, it was determined that there may be dust or dirt on the sensor, as the lens was confirmed to be in perfect condition with no signs of fungus. Despite my careful handling and storage of the camera in a dry box, it seems that some particles have made their way onto the sensor, possibly due to inadequate sealing. I have already reported this issue to Amazon customer service on May 6th, with the expectation of a response within 24 hours. However, 10 days have now passed without any communication from your end, which is disappointing. I hope this is simply an oversight and that I will receive a prompt resolution to this matter. Thank you for your attention to this concern. Sincerely, Kamila Delart

After almost three months, my smart TV began acting up. It wouldn't turn on initially, and two days later, the right-hand side of the screen displayed interference lines. Eventually, the screen changed colors slowly, showing only one color that kept changing every few seconds. I took it back to the shop, and they noticed some white smoke coming out of the top after leaving it on for six hours. The shop wants to wait for engineers to check it rather than replace it immediately. I've declined their repair offer citing the Sales of Goods Act in Europe. It's been five days, and I haven't heard back from the shop or their UK service. If they don't respond soon, I may need to push for a refund and buy another brand elsewhere. I've had a bad experience and won't be touching Panasonic products again.

I am experiencing an issue with our PLC, AC servo motor, and AC servo drive from Panasonic. Despite replacing the overrun sensors, including the home position sensor, the AC servo motor is still failing to run to the home position. The motor only runs when acknowledged on the HMI, and while the forward overrun sensor stops the motor, the reverse sensor does not, even though the PLC acknowledges its input. The part numbers are as follows: PLC - FP-X C30 TD, AC Servo Drive - MDDDT554003, and AC servo motor - MSMA152P1G 1.5KW 3000r/min.

Dear Panasonic Customer Service Team, On October 12, [redacted], I received a Panasonic DMC-FZ300K Lumix camera from Beach Camera. Unfortunately, the camera malfunctioned while under warranty, resulting in a lengthy repair process. To make matters worse, the strap and lens cover were not returned promptly, causing further inconvenience. Now, almost two years later, the camera is experiencing issues again. Despite my attempts to ignore it, I've noticed the settings changing unexpectedly and difficulties with focusing, rendering the camera unusable. Regrettably, it is no longer under warranty, leaving me dismayed and in need of a new camera. This is my third Lumix camera, and the premature failure has been disappointing. Having paid $[redacted].99 for a camera that barely lasted two years, I am frustrated with the situation. While I doubt there is a solution, I wanted to express my dissatisfaction. I will now begin the search for a new camera, opting to avoid Panasonic this time. Thank you, Betty J Karl [redacted] Sparton Avenue Port Orange, FL [redacted] Phone: [redacted]

I am having issues with the focus on my Lumix FZ1000 camera. While I can capture still objects decently, capturing my dogs playing is a challenge due to slow focus resulting in blurry pictures. Despite my 30 years of photography experience, adjusting settings like depth of field, shutter speed, and ISO hasn't helped. This is my third request for support with no response so far. Thank you.

I own a Panasonic P66 mobile phone, but unfortunately, it has not been working properly for the past two years. I have contacted the agent numerous times about the issue, but they claim that the fault cannot be repaired. The problem I am facing is that I am unable to save telephone numbers with names in the phone. When I try to make calls, I can only see the numbers without the associated names, causing confusion. The sales agent suggested that this is a manufacturing fault and cannot be fixed. I have heard of many others facing the same issue with their phones in Sri Lanka. I kindly request that the phone be returned to the factory and replaced with a properly functioning one. Thank you. Anura R. F. from Narangahamulawatta, Ambawa, Kuliyapitiya, Sri Lanka. I have encountered an issue with my BluRay player Model #DMP-BDT220. Previously working fine, it now displays a series of messages and does not show the Home screen on my TV. I have attempted various troubleshooting steps like verifying the TV input, re-connecting the HDMI cables, trying different ports, using a known working HDMI cable, and resetting the player to Factory Settings without success. Interestingly, when connecting the player to a different TV, the Home screen appears. I have a Mitsubishi LT-[redacted] television model and provide this information in case it helps address the problem. Any guidance on how to make the player work with my TV would be greatly appreciated.

I am in my 80s and need help with my KX-TGF-345B phone. We frequently use the CALL BLOCK feature. However, we have to delete old blocked calls occasionally because the phone can only hold [redacted] numbers (Is there a Panasonic Phone with a higher block capacity?) The issue! Previously, it was straightforward to delete the oldest blocked calls when the capacity was full. Call Block, YES, and SELECT! Now, when trying to block a number, after pressing CALL BLOCK and YES, I am prompted with options: SAVE CALLER ID PHONE BOOK CALL BLOCK When I select CALL BLOCK, it restarts the process without offering the YES and SELECT option. I hope this explanation clarifies the situation for you to provide guidance! We have seen a Panasonic phone at Costco that can block [redacted] calls, but we believe it's no longer available. The abundance of SPAM and ROBO calls (10-12 daily) is overwhelming, and we urgently need assistance from the government or Panasonic. Also, CALL BLOCK features don't work with Comcast (Xfinity). Thank you in advance for any assistance. AG

I have been having numerous issues with my Panasonic answering machine and 3 phones. My Square Trade Warranty suggested that I reach out to you as I am covered under the warranty. I really need to discuss returning the phone set and receiving a new one from Panasonic. I bought it online from Target on March 15, [redacted]. My email is [redacted] The serial number is 8KAXA010750 and the model number is KX-TGE663B. Thank you for addressing this promptly.

I recently purchased a new Panasonic home phone with a set of 3 cordless phones. Unfortunately, the TALKING caller ID feature, which announces who is calling, is missing on this model (KX-TGF353). My previous Panasonic phone, which I just switched from, had this feature and it was very helpful for me due to my health condition. While the caller ID displays on the phone, it doesn't speak the information aloud. This makes it difficult for me to know who is calling without having to physically reach the phone. My telephone service suggested it might not be available on the model I purchased from (HSN). As someone who finds it challenging to move around easily due to a fractured spine, having the talking caller ID feature is essential. I may need to return this phone and reinstall my older Panasonic model, as this functionality greatly aids me in knowing who is calling. I hope this feedback helps improve your products, as I have always been a satisfied customer. Thank you, Bernadette Coppola.

In late August, my microwave oven, Model NNSB646S, malfunctioned. Despite the door being open, the turntable persisted in turning. The only way to stop it was by unplugging it. Following this issue, I emailed Panasonic for warranty service. They instructed me to reach out to customer service at [redacted]. I have made multiple attempts to contact them during their business hours over the past ten days. Every time, I received a message stating they were closed. I also tried the live chat, but it was consistently unavailable. I urgently need to speak with someone to initiate the process of returning the unit.

I read on the website that all Panasonic TV remotes utilize the same Infrared (IR) code, which cannot be modified. However, there is no specific pairing code provided. I am currently experiencing difficulties trying to use the new 54.0 Dish remote to adjust the TV input on my TC-P42G15 model. While I can successfully manage the volume and channels, I also require the input functionality. Various codes I have tried offer control over volume, mute, and channels as advertised on the website, yet none have enabled me to change the TV input yet. Can anyone assist me in finding the correct pairing code for this particular model?

Hello, I wanted to express my disappointment with the brand's customer service in Bulgaria. In [redacted], I bought a Panasonic TX-65AX800E TV, expecting high quality and long-term use. Unfortunately, in July [redacted], the TV had a problem that required the main board to be replaced, with repair shops indicating a lengthy and costly repair process. I am now left without a TV and facing difficulties with the repair due to transportation and cost issues. I regret relying on this brand and the lack of adequate support in Bulgaria. I am seeking guidance on how to obtain the main board to fix my TV. Thank you for your attention. Best regards.

I am struggling to deactivate the voicemail on my Panasonic home phone model KX-TGM420AZ. I recently switched from ADSL to NBN with Telstra. Even after contacting Telstra three times and being assured the voicemail was deactivated, I still see "Voicemail msg via phone co." on the handset display and hear continuous beeping when I pick up the handset. I tried #99# and [redacted], but they didn't work. I listened to the message and pressed #, but there was only a beeping sound. I feel lost - any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, my name is Alexander Mitreykin, and I am contacting you regarding my recent order from the Panasonic Russian Official shop on AliExpress. I placed an order for three ES-RW30CM520 packages during the shop's Opening Sales on November 21st. Prior to placing my order, I had to reach out to Russian Panasonic Support and Panasonic Official shop on AliExpress to address an issue with a discount that was not initially applied due to an advertising law violation. Thanks to the Russian Panasonic Support, I was able to resolve this matter and receive the discount. After placing my order, I received a tracking number from the seller on November 25th, but as of today, I have not received any information about the delivery status. The tracking number is [redacted]-[redacted], and when I checked it on the express company's website, it shows as "unprocessed." Despite reaching out to Russian Panasonic Support, I have not received a response. I have now submitted a formal letter of claim through the official website to address this issue. Panasonic Official shop on AliExpress has only mentioned that they will provide delivery information later. I am now urging Panasonic Company to fulfill its delivery obligations promptly; otherwise, I will take further legal action to protect my rights. Thank you.
