Hello, I own a Panasonic microwave and today I noticed the door started melting. It's a steel countertop microwave and has been working fine until now. When it was smoking, I opened the door thinking it was the food inside, but after 10 seconds, I closed it without checking the door itself. When I tried using the microwave again, the same thing happened, and I saw smoke coming out of the door, causing it to melt. Is this a common issue with this model number R-408LS? I appreciate any advice, thank you.

My TV suddenly started acting up on its own. The indicator light is flickering, as though it's receiving commands. I tried removing the remote batteries and unplugging the power cable, but the issue persists. I also unplugged all video inputs and even changed the power cable, but the problem remains. This issue happened out of the blue, and I'm unsure what else to do to resolve it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

My Panasonic LUMIX TZ71 camera is within the warranty period. The camera functions properly, but the VSK0772 AC ADAPTOR charger no longer powers the device. The service center in Switzerland advised me that the warranty does not cover the charger. I believe the warranty should extend to all accessories included in the original purchase. Thank you, Milan S., [redacted]

I contacted customer service and was informed that while my product is under warranty, there is complimentary phone support. However, after being directed to the website for support, the call was disconnected, which felt like false advertising. I recently purchased an FZ80 camera and have been struggling to capture a decent photo after five days of trying. Interestingly, when using the FZ70 for the same shot, the outcome is fine. Despite reading the extensive [redacted]-page manual multiple times, adjusting settings, and restoring to factory settings, I am still unable to capture usable photos with the FZ80. While the online pictures taken with the FZ80 turn out nice, I believe there must be a simple explanation for the issue.

I am experiencing issues with my KX-TG1034S Panasonic cordless base unit's answering machine. The red light for answering is flashing rapidly on the unit, preventing me from accessing the sub menus of the Answering Device. Pressing buttons like Message, Erase, Repeat, Skip, or Stop only results in quick beeps and the rapid flashing red light persists. Even after briefly cutting off the electricity, the problem remains. Is there a solution to fix the answering machine without having to purchase a new one?

I own a Panasonic Microwave model NN-SD987 with the Serial Number 6F[redacted]3. I have been attempting to get assistance for my microwave for the past week, with no success. Every time I reach out for help via phone or chat, I receive incorrect information. I am feeling very frustrated with Panasonic at this point. At this stage, I would like to request a replacement microwave rather than repair, given the poor experience I've had. The issue with my microwave is that it starts up briefly and then shuts off within seconds. I have tried relocating it to a different power outlet but the problem persists regardless of the plug. My address is in Peoria, AZ, with the zip code [redacted].

Hello,
I am experiencing an issue with my Panasonic CRT TV model TX-36PG50D manufactured in [redacted] with Euro-7 chassis. I am facing sound problems, and upon entering the "SELF CHECK" diagnose menu, a blue screen message appears stating "DOLBY -- NOT OK OPTION10: 81." All functions seem to be working fine except for the DOLBY feature.
I have reviewed the datasheet and service manual but could not find any information regarding the DOLBY feature. I suspect it might be related to the audio signal conversion from analog to digital and vice versa on the DP-board TNPA1727.
When I input a tone generator signal into the AV3 chin/ch scart input, the signal reaches the audio processor chip IC2001 (MSP3410D) on the A-board but does not output any sound. I have replaced the chip, checked voltages, and even tried bypassing the chip with wires to get sound on headphones only. However, I am unable to get sound through the speakers due to the DP-board TNPA1727 blocking the signal.
I am considering replacing the DP-board TNPA1727. What are your thoughts on where the problem might lie?
Thank you,
V.

I am disabled and had a severe head injury. I bought 3 KX-TG4011 cordless phones that won't charge. I need them replaced as I can't afford new ones on disability. I cleaned connections, checked batteries and plugs, but they still won't charge. Please help me by replacing them. I've gone through too many batteries to keep up. I had a technician check, and they confirmed the phones do not charge. Please send replacements to:

I am a disabled individual who experienced a serious head injury. I bought four KX-TG**** cordless phones, which unfortunately are not charging. Living on disability is challenging, and it's tough for me to afford new phones. Even after cleaning and checking connections, the phones still won't charge. I had a technician inspect them, but they could not fix the issue. I kindly request Panasonic to replace these phones for me. It would greatly help as I'm going through too many batteries with the current ones not working. Your assistance with replacing these malfunctioning phones is sincerely appreciated. Thank you in advance for helping me in this difficult situation. - Donna K. Von Feldt

I recently visited our local Walmart store in Douglas, GA on July 9, [redacted], to purchase a microwave for my elderly father-in-law. After getting home, I realized the microwave was defective as it wouldn't close properly and the interior light wouldn't turn off. I quickly returned to the store, only to be told that the serial numbers didn't match, and the product was supposedly used and manufactured in [redacted]. Despite my attempts to explain the situation, they refused to exchange the item, accusing me of dishonesty multiple times. This experience has left me disappointed in the lack of respect and customer service from Walmart.
Therefore, I am reaching out to Panasonic with a couple of questions:
- Can you determine when and where the microwave was originally shipped from the manufacturer?
- Is it common for an old microwave to be mistakenly packaged as new?

I own a KX-TGE260 phone answering system. Recently, I've been experiencing a strange issue where the phone seems to be calling itself. When I receive the call, it displays my home number and goes through the answering process without leaving a message. If I try to answer, the call disconnects. When I call back using the missed call list, it leads me to the Main Menu.
I've checked all four handsets and confirmed they are properly seated on their chargers. I've thought about unplugging the base unit to restart the system, but I'm concerned about losing all my stored lists and settings. Blocking the number has also crossed my mind since I don't need to call myself. These calls are becoming bothersome, and I'm hoping for a solution to resolve this issue. Other than this recent problem, the system is working well.

I purchased a Panasonic amplified cordless phone with answering machine, the KX-TGM420W, from Amazon on January 16, [redacted]. Unfortunately, due to being ill with the flu and bronchitis, I was unable to unbox it until February. Upon using it, I discovered that it was defective. When I attempted to return it, the seller, Unbeatable Sale, Inc., refused because it had been more than 30 days since the purchase. The phone and answering machine have only gotten worse over time. The boost button works intermittently, and the volume fluctuates without any input. The answering machine records voices as if everyone has a hoarse voice. I am a loyal Panasonic customer due to the brand's reputation for clear phones. I am requesting a replacement phone and answering machine of better quality, even if it means paying more. I have all the receipts and paid $98.22, including shipping.

I encountered issues while attempting to register my shaver model # ES-LT41. Despite entering all details correctly, the site did not accept my place of purchase as Boscov's Department Store in Camp Hill, PA, preventing me from completing the registration process.
After unsuccessful attempts at chatting with your support team, I was informed that registering the product was unnecessary, which contradicted the product literature. When trying to provide feedback, the screen was unresponsive.
Subsequent efforts to log into my account were futile as it was not recognized. A callback request presumed my landline was a mobile phone, sending a text I couldn't receive. It would have been more appropriate to contact me via email, which I regularly use to engage with your promotions.
My two-hour communication attempts were fruitless. I also noticed a discrepancy in your site's operating hours between the stated 9:00 p.m. closing time and the actual 4:30 p.m. closure.
For reference, I purchased the shaver on 9/14/[redacted] for $79.99.

I purchased a 1-ton Panasonic split air conditioner on April 10, [redacted], from Geetansh Electronics in Mansarovar, Jaipur. The AC was installed by the dealer, but after about 20 days, it suddenly stopped working. When I complained, Panasonic blamed the dealer's installer, stating it was their responsibility for the first three months. During this time, the gas leaked twice and was refilled by the installer. In July, the unit leaked gas again, and even after a thorough inspection by a Panasonic technician, the issue persisted. I am frustrated by this recurring problem and believe there is a fault with the machine that the technician cannot identify. I request a replacement as I did not expect such issues from a reputable company like Panasonic.

I bought my Lumix DC-ZS70 in June [redacted] from B & H. Initially, the USB cord provided was lost before I could use it. B & H was unable to replace it, so I purchased a Pearstone High Speed USB 2.0 instead. However, the owner's manual advises using the original cord. Can I buy a replacement cord from Panasonic?
I previously owned a Lumix DMC-ZS7 which used a USB cord to transfer photos to my computer. However, when attempting to do this with the new camera, it only charges the battery when connected. Could this be due to the incorrect USB cord, or does this camera have a different method of downloading? Unfortunately, my computer lacks a slot to directly read the memory card.

I recently had the FV-0511vq1 fan installed, but it's making a loud clicking noise. Due to my disability, I couldn't access the attic where it was put in. I want to exchange it at the store. Can I get a different Panasonic fan that fits the same housing? Is it easy to swap out the fan by just unplugging and plugging in a new one? Does Panasonic offer a model with similar base parts for a straightforward replacement without disturbing the installed insulation? I need a fan that can be easily disconnected and swapped with the same model or a compatible one. Thank you.

I have a question regarding the installation of Panasonic fan # FV-0511vqc1. We recently replaced the crawl space fan with this model that includes motion and humidity sensors. However, we are facing issues with high humidity in a specific area even after three days. Our crawl space is encapsulated and airtight, with no water intrusion, and is [redacted] sq. ft. with a 3 ft. height.
To address this, we have set the timer to 20 minutes, but I am unsure about how the timer functions. Does the fan turn on when humidity is high and the timer switches it off after a set time? Or does the fan turn off when the humidity decreases?
Additionally, we are contemplating installing a second fan in the [redacted] sq. ft. area with a separate duct. The current fan is working intermittently, but we are considering if inadequate airflow might be the issue. We have the necessary specifications and instructions on hand. Although we disabled the motion sensor, the humidity setting remains at 50. Thank you.

I have a Panasonic "Gemini The Genius" microwave oven that also bakes and broils, which I have been using for 30 years. It's been a vital appliance in my kitchen, but recently, the microwave function has stopped working while the baking function still operates. I am looking to get it repaired or find a comparable replacement if repair is not feasible. I appreciate any advice or recommendations on similar microwave ovens that combine baking and broiling functions. Thank you.

I purchased a Panasonic multi-point shower heater on Nov 26, [redacted], from the Philippine dealer Wilcon on Alabang Zapote road, which is still under warranty. I decided to replace my single-point Panasonic shower heater following the advice of a Panasonic technician from Rockford Marketing due to an issue with the previous unit. The technician recommended a multi-point heater because of the overhead shower in my bathroom, ensuring a continuous supply of hot water without the need to turn the heater off. However, after installing the new unit, my relatives complained that it takes too long for the water from the shower handle to heat up. A Rockwell Marketing technician inspected the issue on Feb 27 and attributed the delay to water pressure. Despite this explanation, I am skeptical since our other bathroom, also equipped with a Panasonic single-point shower heater and an overhead shower, does not face similar delays. Another bathroom with a different brand of heater also heats up immediately. I tested the new Panasonic unit myself, and it takes a minimum of five minutes to heat the water. I am considering if I received a defective product and would like the option to exchange it for a functioning Panasonic water heater.
