During a chat with Joanna B, my Apple computer crashed while dealing with Mary Jo. I'm Richard A. Fleming, credit card account [redacted] and I've been locked out of my account. I received a temporary password by mail (HJDREQ5Q). Concerned about hacking/phishing, I had my Apple computer checked at the store, but it seems clean. My iPhone is not receiving incoming mail, which complicates things. Help getting my PNC account back in order would be appreciated. Thank you.

After returning to my home country, I realized I hadn't accessed my PNC bank account online in over six months. Following my recent tax filing and receiving a refund deposited into my PNC account, I attempted to log in to my online banking but encountered login issues. After three unsuccessful login attempts, my account is now suspended. I was unable to reset my password using the reset link provided. How can I regain access to my online banking services?

I just used a PNC ATM at the Turkey Hill Mini Market in Jonestown, PA [redacted]. I attempted to withdraw $[redacted] from my Cash App card. The transaction seemed to be in progress, but after the machine made a longer cash-dispensing noise, no money was dispensed. The screen displayed "THANK YOU!" before going offline, indicating the ATM is now out of order. Store staff advised me to contact you for assistance. I waited for a while in the hopes that the cash would eventually be dispensed, but unfortunately, nothing happened. Strangely, my Cash App shows that the withdrawal was completed, even though I did not receive any money. This situation is urgent as the funds are crucial for buying groceries and fuel for my family.

A month ago, my husband passed away suddenly, leaving no will or estate. Progressive auto insurance sent a $[redacted] check for his unused premium, payable to "The estate of my deceased husband's name." As a widow with no estate or bank account set up, I can't cash the check. I would appreciate advice on how to handle this so I can use the money to help with my bills during this difficult time.

I recently got a statement claiming I have a past due payment for April. I made the payment on April 10 and received an email confirmation. My account number is [redacted] under Sandra B. The payment was set to be deducted from my bank account, and I need help tracking where it went. The funds are in the bank. I wonder why there is no customer service email available when you send messages to my email address.

Concordia Bank & Trust Company needs to investigate a customer's check deposited in PNC Bank under the wrong account. The Payee claims to have not received the check and doesn't have an account with PNC. The endorsement states "Absence of Endorsement Guaranteed." I can supply a copy of the front and back of the paid check. Please advise on the steps to address this matter for our customer.

I had a PNC Bank checking account # [redacted]8 with a balance, but I couldn't access it, and it was moved to the State Treasurer. I've filed a claim and received a letter requesting written verification from PNC National Bank to confirm my ownership. I had a frustrating experience with PNC recently. They assured me I could access my funds online before my card arrived, which turned out to be untrue. Despite trying multiple times, I have been unable to transfer my own money. Now, I have to wait until a branch opens on Monday as all the options I was given failed to work. This situation is infuriating as I was counting on accessing my funds, especially for a rare weekend off. I had plans to visit my Grand today, but now I cannot go as I have no access to any funds. It's disappointing that PNC cannot provide a virtual card or assist in transferring funds to my other accounts.

While in Mexico (I placed a travel advisory on my account for May 19th-June 19th), I am facing an issue as my account access is blocked. I cannot use my mobile banking through the internet or the app, and my voice banking has been suspended. This has left me with no access to my funds. I attempted to call the international number [redacted], but the call would not connect. Unfortunately, I cannot make [redacted] or [redacted] calls from Mexico. Despite trying a three-way call through a family member, we were put on hold for 1 hour and 9 minutes before getting disconnected by PNC. My online account verification failed. As a CPA, one of my clients has a business checking account at PNC. They provided me with a personal login to access monthly bank statements. Since my client frequently writes paper checks, it would be helpful to have bank statements with clear check images. If my understanding is correct, the only way to access these images for a PNC business account is by requesting paper statements to be mailed monthly. Is there a way for me to still receive paper copies while my client continues to receive statements online?

I am concerned about possible fraudulent activity on my debit card. I made an online purchase from Walmart, and they claim to have initiated transactions to refund me, but I don't see any refunds. Even the initial charge for the order isn't reflected. I visited my bank branch, but they haven't been helpful and won't review the emails I received from Walmart. I feel frustrated and undervalued. I would appreciate it if someone could investigate this matter more thoroughly.

I recently sent information to Collateral Research and would like to confirm receipt. The fax was sent on 8/8/[redacted]. My mortgage loan was settled in 8/[redacted], but a title search for a home equity loan is mistakenly showing a lien from PNC Bank on the property. I am in Pennsylvania. We contacted Allegheny County Deed of Records, confirming the loan is settled. Despite this, PNC Bank's Collateral Research Dept. requested a resend of the information faxed on 8/8/[redacted]. I've tried contacting Collateral Research twice without a response. I don't require legal assistance. It's important to confirm if the fax sent on 8/8/[redacted] was received by PNC Bank and to check the status of the research.

I made my June payment on June 2, [redacted], but the payment has not been credited to my account yet. While the payment is shown on my June statement, there is no posted transaction report for the month. Despite informing them multiple times about the issue and how to resolve it, the loan officer and banker at the Grove City, Ohio Branch were unable to assist me further due to instructions from the escalation team leader, Jennifer. I am concerned about potential fraud or misconduct that Jennifer may be trying to conceal.

I have over $[redacted] in credits dating back to 11/14/[redacted] that have not been released by PNC Bank. I have been a customer for over 30 days and spent an hour and 4 minutes on the phone trying to resolve this issue with Julie. Despite her supposed "research," I was left with no answers as to why the money has been on hold for so long. Julie and multiple departments, including a supervisor and management team, were unable to provide any explanation or release the funds. This customer service experience was frustrating and unhelpful, as no progress was made after an extensive call. It's disappointing that all the time spent on the phone led to no resolution or insight into the situation.
