My fiancée's mother's bank, Jessica, has been in contact with Mr. Chris Hord, the bank manager, and CEO William S. Demchak about our joint account. They have been withholding our funds, insisting I must go to the states to sign documents in person. Other banks have allowed Jessica to send the documents for me to sign remotely, unlike this bank. I believe this is deceptive and fraudulent behavior, as they are holding our money hostage until I arrive. I have proof of this in a legal document and seek assistance in resolving this issue. My fiancée is Jessica Mary Tom, and I am Mr. Michael Webster. I request an explanation for why the bank refuses to send me the documents for remote signing, causing financial struggles and forcing me to comply with their demands. I have the document ready for review and can forward it upon request to the provided email address. Thank you, Mr. Michael Webster

I have been experiencing issues accessing my Wallet program account for the past 5 months. Despite numerous attempts to log in and reset passwords and ID, I have been unsuccessful. This has been particularly frustrating as it has impacted my business operations. Due to these difficulties, I incurred multiple overdraft fees totaling $[redacted]. I believe that PNC should have taken responsibility for this issue and rectified it promptly. I hope that the bank will investigate these problems and compensate those affected. Furthermore, I expect PNC to improve its IT systems to prevent such issues in the future. Robert M.

I am not a PNC customer, but I recently used one of your ATMs. I bank with the mobile bank Current, which allows access to funds from any ATM. I tried to deposit a check at the drive-up ATM located at Midpark and 75 Central Expressway in Dallas, TX. Unfortunately, the ATM glitched after taking my check and did not return it. I have already contacted Current about the issue, but they couldn't assist me in getting my check back or issuing a new one. If you need to reach me, my number is [redacted]. Thank you.

I'm Christy Wilkins, and I have an auto loan through PNC Bank. I spent an hour trying to make a payment over the phone but was unsuccessful due to the challenging automated system. When I finally reached a customer service representative, I was disappointed by the lack of assistance as she didn't request my loan number or the last 4 digits of my social security number. Her tone suggested she was not willing to help. This led to frustration as I had to drive 30 minutes away to get a check from our company to mail the payment. This experience has left me feeling discouraged, and I hope if I finance another vehicle in the future, it won't be through PNC Bank as their customer service is lacking.

Dear PNC Support Team, I have recently identified multiple fees on my PNC account that I am looking to have refunded. As a long-time PNC customer, I have been loyal and would like this issue resolved to maintain our relationship. In light of the trends toward fee-free banking and the challenges of this past year, these fees have become particularly frustrating. Could I please request a refund for the $7.00 charge listed on the following transaction: - MONTHLY SERVICE CHARGE VR - 08/21/[redacted] - $7 Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Ash

My checking account was compromised on Thursday, September 8. I visited the PNC Bank branch in Williamstown, NJ on Friday, September 9 to address this issue with the bank's manager. Unfortunately, this is the second time this has happened; the first time, my account was closed, and a new one was opened with the funds transferred while I was present. This time, my account has been "frozen" and almost 11 days later, I'm still awaiting updates with no access to my account. I was informed that the investigation could take up to 1-3 months, which is extremely concerning for me. As a single father living on a fixed income from Social Security disability, this situation has left me in a difficult financial position. I have bills to pay and creditors pressing me for payments, but I am unable to access my own money. I urgently need the bank to take action and release my funds promptly, whether by transferring it to a new account or issuing a paper check. I am struggling to make ends meet and provide for myself and my family. I implore the bank to show some understanding and address this matter with urgency.

I would like to address my concerns regarding the PNC banking policy at Giant supermarket in Laurel, MD. As a disabled individual, the lack of cash banking services in the area has made it difficult for me and others who rely on these services. The option given to use online banking or go to the main branch is not practical for those of us who require immediate access to cash. The safety concerns raised by the store about using the ATM, especially for individuals like me who need to use a riding cart, are valid. The current setup leaves customers vulnerable and at risk, unlike the previous secure cashier's counter. My frustration led to an inappropriate reaction and the closure of my PNC account, a decision made in anger. I urge PNC to reconsider their stance and reinstate cash banking at the location for the convenience and safety of customers like me who rely on these services. Although I can no longer benefit from PNC, many others in the community would greatly appreciate this change.

As an AARP member, I received an offer to stay at a Houston area hotel at a discounted rate of less than $70. I booked online for September 2, [redacted], and a hold was placed on my PNC VISA debit card. Upon arrival, there was confusion about the stay date, and I chose not to proceed with the payment. I called to cancel both at the hotel and the cancellation telephone number. Despite my efforts, a charge of $69.63 appeared on my PNC account. I filed a complaint with PNC for a refund but have faced difficulties and delays. I have a history of using my PNC debit card with AARP without issues, and I believe I deserve prompt resolution as other banks provide provisional credit. The handling of this situation by PNC is causing me distress, especially considering my multiple accounts with them. I am seeking a swift resolution and fair treatment.

Hello, I maintain an account and a safe deposit box at the branch located at 56th and Georgetown Road in Indianapolis, IN. Customer service at this branch has been inconsistent in the past, but I have noticed some recent improvements. Typically, customers have complaints about bank employees, however, I must commend Branch Manager Ms. Fraizer for her professionalism. I was promised in writing by a manager that I would not be charged for the safe deposit box, yet my account was billed $45. When I raised this issue with Ms. Fraizer, she requested that I email her the letter for reversal of these fees. Despite meeting with her three times, no action has been taken. I kindly request that the fees for the safe deposit box be refunded and that efforts be made to enhance the customer service experience at this branch. Thank you, mp

I'm currently unable to access my online account as my account has been blocked due to inactivity. Upon attempting to log in, I was prompted for a passcode that is sent via text to my cell phone, which is no longer in use. To update my phone number, I must contact PNC customer service, but I am currently overseas, making it difficult to resolve this matter via phone call. Following unsuccessful attempts to rectify the situation by phone, I was advised to utilize their live chat support.

I am currently in Varna, Bulgaria, and facing issues with PNC in accessing my pension income. I have relocated here, possibly permanently. I can't make or receive calls due to a problem with my cell phone provider, Metro Mobile, who has locked my phone. I can still receive emails, but I fear complications if my card incorrectly states that I am not currently in Bulgaria. My pension from Liberty Insurance through a 401k organization is around $[redacted], and my veterans pension for hearing loss is a bit over $[redacted] monthly. Unfortunately, I don't have the exact figures since I don't have my papers with me here. I used to receive payments from Meals on Wheels, but that might have stopped about 3-4 months ago. Given my age of 74, my memory is not reliable, but the approximate amounts I mentioned should be correct. Due to my current situation, I urgently require $[redacted] for a European cell phone and an additional $[redacted] for a 2-bedroom rental home. I have shared my contact details and various addresses for verification. I hope to resolve this issue promptly. Thank you. Please rectify the situation and help me access my account. Thank you. I have recently downloaded and started using Intuit Mint to manage my finances. I have successfully connected all my accounts except for PNC. During the setup process, I encountered an issue where a mobile phone number was required to connect the PNC account. Unfortunately, I do not have a mobile phone. Upon contacting Mint support, I was advised to check with PNC if they allow connecting with an email address instead of a mobile number. Does PNC support connecting to Mint using an email address?

Our debit card was fraudulently used multiple times in different states. Despite turning off our card, the unauthorized transactions continued. After the bank's investigation, they unfairly suggested that we shared our pin number in those locations. This accusation is baseless, especially considering our financial struggles as senior citizens raising three grandchildren. The perpetrators stole over $1,[redacted] from us, a significant amount we cannot afford to lose. We seek assistance and resolution urgently. -Randy and Nancy Dudley PNC branch in Bakersfield, CA.

I am frustrated about an incident with my PNC Visa card ending in [redacted]. Yesterday, I tried to buy a computer from Dell for $[redacted], but PNC declined the charge, suspecting fraud. After confirming it was me, they approved the purchase. When I tried again at Dell, it got rejected once more, causing me inconvenience and time with Dell. Although I understand the caution, I am upset about the handling of the situation. Can you review my account? I am a responsible customer, never late on payments, with a long history of using the card. I have a few questions: Why was I not contacted before the card was declined? How did the card get blocked twice? How can I prevent this in the future? Should I call ahead for big purchases? James P. Hanna [redacted] Evergreen Drive Franklin PA [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]

Three days ago, I visited the bank to get a new card, and the manager said my checks from closing Wells Fargo would go to this bank. I recently received a letter saying it might take one to two months to switch over. To my surprise, my social security check isn't in my new account. I made some purchases and booked a cruise. I'm worried about late fees. I need my money back urgently, as I have rent and car insurance due. I am quite upset about this situation.
