My spouse and I had a flight booked with PLAY Air from SWF, New York, to KEF, Iceland, with a connecting flight to DUB, Ireland, to attend a family member's funeral. Unfortunately, our flight from New York to Iceland was delayed by eleven hours, and the connecting flight was canceled due to weather conditions. This caused us to miss the funeral we were traveling for. The airline informed us of the situation but did not provide an alternative immediately. I am seeking a full refund of $[redacted].83 charged to my credit card for the disrupted travel plans. Unfortunately, PLAY airline does not offer a direct line of communication for such issues. Dear Sir or Madam,
We are experiencing a significant problem with our daughter's return flight from Reykjavik to Düsseldorf scheduled for October 19th, which was canceled the day before due to weather conditions (Flight No: OG730 at 6:05). The replacement flight on Saturday at the same time appears to be fully booked, and now she is being informed she may have to wait until Tuesday. Since she urgently needs to see a doctor, we kindly request prompt assistance with alternative options. Thank you for your help and response.
