PLAY Airlines Customer Service Issues

My spouse and I had a flight booked with PLAY Air from SWF, New York, to KEF, Iceland, with a connecting flight to DUB, Ireland, to attend a family member's funeral. Unfortunately, our flight from New York to Iceland was delayed by eleven hours, and the connecting flight was canceled due to weather conditions. This caused us to miss the funeral we were traveling for. The airline informed us of the situation but did not provide an alternative immediately.
