The cost for checked bags came out significantly higher than the initial quote. Each bag was supposed to range from $36 to $46, but ended up being $76 for each checked bag due to priority boarding being automatically added on. My husband's 2 bags totaled $[redacted].20. We simply want to include 3 checked bags for the originally stated price. We are currently in the process of booking round trip flights from Orlando, Florida to Dublin for December 17th to December 30th.

My husband's bag went missing while traveling from Newburgh NY to Dublin on Play Airlines. I was given a file reference number at the Dublin airport which is #DUBOG10028/16AUG/0956GMT through Sky Handling Partner. His name is Bernard Kirk and the Booking Confirmation number is M0MWHI. Despite reaching out to Sky Handling Partner and filing a claim with Play Airlines, there has been no response or progress. When attempting to track the bag using the reference number on the Play website, it showed no record.
After following advice from the Chat Bot to contact the delayed baggage group and then being directed to the lost luggage department after an email, I discovered there was no record of my previous claim submission on 10/5/[redacted]. I will now contact the lost luggage department again, feeling very frustrated with the lack of efficiency and communication in this process. I seek compensation for the lost bag and am disappointed with the airline's customer service. Any guidance on the next steps would be appreciated.

I will not be checking in a bag for my upcoming flights OG112 on 10 December from BOS to KEF and OG400 on 11 December [redacted] from KEF to CDG. Can you please refund me the $68USD baggage fee that still appears on my booking despite requesting its removal months ago?

I used Trip.com to book a ticket from KEF to CPH for Feb 19 but the confirmation showed the wrong date of Feb 12. I tried to cancel immediately but the tickets were already issued. I wanted to share my experience regarding my recent trip from London to Iceland. Upon check-in, I was charged for one suitcase, but unfortunately, I noticed that I was debited twice for 60 Euros instead of once. We have a flight booked with Play Airlines to Iceland, but due to a family challenge, we cannot travel as planned. I misplaced my luggage during my journey from Santorini, Greece with Aegean Airlines, connecting in Athens and then Paris with PLAY Airlines to BWI via Iceland. Upon returning to the USA, UNITED Airlines stated that PLAY Airlines is responsible for my luggage retrieval.
