Am 12. September habe ich mit Herrn Walid von Ihrem Kundendienst gesprochen, um meine Buchung bei Opodo (Buchungsreferenz: [redacted]) kostenlos zu stornieren. Obwohl ich online eingecheckt hatte, konnte ich keinen KLM-Schalter am Flughafen Brandenburg finden, um meine Boardingkarte auszudrucken. Die Mitarbeiter von Air France konnten mir auch nicht helfen, vermutlich aufgrund eines Problems, das ich bereits am Vortag mit Air France hatte.
Ich habe versucht, KLM anzurufen und über Messenger zu kontaktieren, jedoch ohne Rückmeldung. Daher habe ich mich an Opodo gewandt. Am nächsten Tag antwortete mir jemand auf dem KLM Messenger und sagte, ich solle Opodo kontaktieren, um die kostenlose Stornierung zu arrangieren, was ich aber bereits am Vortag mit Herrn Walid getan hatte.
Trotzdem erhielt ich eine Zahlungsaufforderung von Opodo. Bitte ziehen Sie diese Zahlungsaufforderung für die nie genutzten Flüge zurück.

I am reaching out regarding an issue I experienced with my baggage on a recent flight. On 06/09/[redacted], I had a booking for two people with an entitlement of one check-in and one cabin bag each, confirmed by my booking and Opodo's agents on chat. However, at the check-in desk in Casablanca, the agent mentioned we had two checked bags but only one cabin bag included. Consequently, I had to pay an unexpected fee, which was disappointing since I had confirmed my baggage allowance prior to arriving at the airport. I am requesting a reimbursement as this was due to a miscommunication between the airline and Opodo, not an error on our part. Attached are the receipt for the cabin luggage charge and the communication with Opodo's chat system. I look forward to your response.

I booked an 11-day Norway coastal cruise with HAVILA for my family (4 passengers) that was originally scheduled to depart from Bergen, Norway on October 13-24, [redacted] but was postponed to April 23 - May 4, [redacted], due to delays in the ship construction caused by COVID-19. I agreed to the trip rescheduling.
We plan to travel to Bergen and back with KLM on April 22, [redacted], ZRH-AMS-BGO, and return BGO-AMS-ZRH on May 05, [redacted].
I had already booked and paid for the KLM flights with Edreams at the end of February [redacted]. However, Edreams is refusing to change the booking to the desired dates of April 22 and May 5, [redacted], despite my repeated requests.
The travel insurance Europ Assistance Suisse at Avenue Perdtemps 23, CH - [redacted], NYON 1, is refusing to reimburse me due to COVID-19.
I mistakenly booked the flight one day before the actual booking in late February: Edreams charged double baggage allowance for all 4 passengers. Despite numerous reminders, the refund for booking [redacted] R9R4QE has not been processed to date.
I am now requesting from OPODO KLM vouchers for both bookings so I can book directly with KLM.
The KLM agent informed me today on the phone that I can call KLM 24 hours before the original departure on October 12 and change the dates to April 22 and May 5, [redacted].

Hello,
I booked a 11-day Norway Coastal Cruise for my family of four passengers with HAVILA. Originally planned to depart from Bergen, NO on October 13th to 24th, [redacted], it had to be rescheduled due to COVID-related delays of the ship still under construction to April 23rd to May 4th, [redacted]. I agreed to the change.

In late February, I booked and paid for the KLM flights with Edreams. However, they refuse to change the booking to the new dates despite my repeated requests.
The travel insurance company, Europ Assistance Suisse in Nyon, Switzerland, is also refusing to refund due to COVID.
I mistakenly booked extra luggage for all passengers through Edreams a day before the booking in late February. After contacting them, I was advised to cancel the payment made with MasterCard for the booking [redacted]. I was assured the amount would be refunded, but despite numerous reminders, the refund has not been received.
I am now requesting KLM vouchers for both bookings through OPODO to rebook directly with KLM.
A KLM agent told me today that I can call 24 hours before the original October 12th departure date to reschedule for April/May [redacted].
Is this approach correct?

I made a booking for a return ticket and car hire for October 23rd and 24th. While I received confirmation emails from Opodo and Ryanair for the flights, I did not receive any information or reference number for the car rental from Hertz. I paid £[redacted].37 for the flights and £[redacted].25 for the car hire at Hertz, Turin Caselle Airport. I urgently need the car hire reference to provide to Hertz on the day of rental. Can you please send this information to me?
Additionally, aside from the issue of not having a receipt or booking reference for the car hire, I also need to change the dates for both the flights and the car rental. I have been able to make changes to the flights online, but without the Hertz booking reference, I am unable to make any adjustments to the car rental. Given that I have already paid in full, including insurance for the car hire, I need a prompt response before it is too late to make changes or cancellations. It has been challenging to reach anyone via phone or chat for assistance, which is disappointing considering I am an Opodo Prime member.
I would greatly appreciate a timely response with the necessary information, as this is a considerable amount of money to risk losing and having to repay. Thank you.

The company is intentionally making it difficult to cancel a membership with their misleading tactics.
There is no direct way to reach a customer service representative for cancellation without providing a booking number. When attempting to cancel online through the user's account, the process leads to a confusing screen with unclear instructions and options.

I am writing this email to request a change in the flight schedule. My husband booked a trip to Tunisia for 3 people (2 adults [Imed Daassa, Imen Zorgati] and one child [Youssef Daassa]) on 26.09.[redacted]. The Opodo booking number is [redacted]. The outbound flight is scheduled for 13.11.[redacted] from Stuttgart to Monastir with flight number BJ2693, which has been canceled by Nouvelair. The return flight (scheduled for 27.11.[redacted]) booking number [redacted], flight number BJ2666, has already been changed from Monastir to Stuttgart to Monastir to Frankfurt.
The issue now is that we have not received the new flight details for the outbound journey. We kindly request a change in the outbound flight schedule from Frankfurt to Monastir instead of Stuttgart to Monastir. We are looking forward to an explanation and confirmation of the new outbound flight details. Thank you for your understanding.

I am experiencing significant difficulties dealing with your company. Contacting you or making changes to flights seems impossible. I have been struggling for a long time to modify my daughter's return trip from Australia to the UK. Finally, I was able to adjust the outgoing flight on December 11th by contacting KLM directly. Kindly acknowledge these changes via email promptly to alleviate our stress. I mistakenly clicked the "issues have been resolved" button, assuming it would lead to another page, but the problems remain unresolved.

Hello, I recently booked a flight with Opodo and unknowingly signed up for Prime. Today, I noticed a charge of 59.99 on my bank statement. Despite numerous attempts to cancel my subscription within the 30-day trial period, the payment went through and has caused me financial difficulties. I have been trying to reach Opodo for the last 10 days, but I am unable to get through the automated system as they are prioritizing customers with bookings prior to mine. It is crucial for me to change my booking because the airline canceled my flight, and I have not received any communication from Opodo regarding this issue. I urgently need to speak to an Opodo agent or, at the very least, receive an email confirming the cancellation of my flight so that I can proceed with making changes or requesting a refund. The lack of response is disappointing and frustrating for me.

Yesterday evening on October 10, [redacted], I made a reservation for a hotel and flight through Opodo. After the third attempt, I successfully made a booking, but there seems to have been a mistake. The hotel I intended to book was Jurys Inn in Galway, but upon receiving the confirmation, it was actually booked for Jurys Inn in Dublin. The reservation is from December 26, [redacted], to January 2, [redacted]. I would like to swap the hotels on my booking while the flight ticket is acceptable as is. If changing the hotels is not possible, I would like to cancel the booking and receive a refund. I am writing to address an issue regarding a recent flight ticket purchase I made through Opodo. I noticed an unauthorized charge for Opodo Prime on my bill. I am seeking assistance in resolving this matter but have encountered difficulties finding help. It is frustrating that rectifying an error like this is proving challenging. I attempted to seek help via chat, and the representative directed me to a link to input my credit card information, pay $1, and receive assistance. However, when I expressed reluctance to pay, I was unable to communicate further and was only given the option to provide my payment details. This solution does not sit well with me as I should not have to pay for help to unsubscribe from a service I never signed up for in the first place. I believe there must be a more satisfactory resolution available. How can I proceed with unsubscribing without incurring additional fees?

I recently received an email from Opodo regarding significant changes to my booking that require direct contact with the airline. Unfortunately, the email did not specify the changes made. Despite trying to call the provided number, I have been unable to connect. When attempting to reach out through other numbers, the automated system indicates they are only assisting with departures prior to my travel date before disconnecting the call. The online chat also was unhelpful as it did not show any alterations to my booking. I am unsure of what steps to take next as the suggested social media options are not available to me. I reserved a flight and hotel package for two from Berlin to London. Originally, a double room was booked, but I needed a room with twin beds. After communication with Opodo through their chatbot and email, they confirmed that the ibis Blackfriars had a room with two beds. Upon our late arrival, the hotel only had a double room available and could not change the booking due to being fully booked for the marathon weekend. They managed to secure a twin room at the ibis Styles Borough Market, which required an additional payment of £[redacted] plus a taxi fare. The hotel couldn't refund me directly, stating that any refund would need to go through Opodo. Despite multiple emails back and forth, Opodo informed me last week that the booking was non-refundable and too late to cancel. I've emphasized that their error led to extra expenses and all I seek is reimbursement of the £[redacted].35 spent on the hotel and taxi. Unfortunately, there has been no response from them since.

An agent suggested that I could reach Taipai by Thursday using my original booking since Emirates wouldn't book the short journey from China to Taipai. It's odd that Emirates wouldn't accommodate such a brief trip. Despite checking transit visa requirements thoroughly, Taipai has closed its airport to all transits from any country. It seems counterintuitive to be advised to book a flight to a country with closed borders. Now, I have to navigate the process of making a new booking, likely starting with a credit card payment, with the assurance of being refunded for the second flight.

I regret to inform you that the passenger listed on the ticket with booking reference number [redacted] was unable to travel. The airline, Ethiopian Airlines, indicated they operate flights from FIH to DBX via Addis Ababa.
It is concerning to discover that tickets are being sold for flights that are not available on this route. I had trouble booking directly with Ryanair despite numerous attempts. Upon consulting with my sister, I realized I had to book through Opodo. However, accessing the booking via Opodo was a challenge. Despite trying for weeks, I kept encountering obstacles and being redirected to more Opodo adverts. This caused me a lot of stress, affecting my ability to focus on other personal matters. My sister helped me cancel the Opodo free trial, but I didn't receive a proper confirmation. Although I was assured the membership was canceled and the money refunded, I later found out that the refund was not processed. I am struggling to get in touch with Opodo for the refund.
