I am writing regarding my recent order with order number [redacted]8-[redacted]. Yesterday morning, at 5:10 am, I was notified by FedEx about the delivery. Despite reaching out to FedEx at 2 pm and being assured it was on the way, my order only arrived at 5:57 pm. Sadly, due to the extreme heat, the dry ice had completely evaporated. Upon inspection, I found that the pork chops, chocolate mousse cups, franks, and chicken fried steaks were all thawed. This is the first time I have encountered such an issue with Omaha Steaks, a brand I usually trust for their high-quality, albeit expensive, products. Though I have frozen the remaining items immediately, I am hesitant about consuming the thawed products. I wanted to share my disappointment and concerns, as this experience has left me unsure about continuing as a customer.

I have purchased multiple package deals recently, and I have found the overall product quality to be satisfactory. However, I have consistently received your "gourmet franks" in each package, and unfortunately, I find them to be the least enjoyable hot dogs I have ever tasted. I have disposed of the remaining four-packs I had in my freezer. I kindly suggest reconsidering the inclusion of hot dogs in your package deals. If you are looking to address this issue, you could consider replacing the hot dogs with four-packs of Polish kielbasa, which I found to be quite delicious. Alternatively, a gift certificate would be appreciated. Thank you.

I have been a loyal customer of Omaha Steaks for many years. I used to purchase a special offer for $49.99 that included a variety of items which my family in Arizona loved. Unfortunately, this deal disappeared about 3 to 4 months ago, and my recent orders have been much more expensive, totaling over $[redacted] in July. Due to these increased prices, I will not be ordering from Omaha Steaks again. I believe the company made a mistake by raising prices instead of showing appreciation to loyal customers during these difficult times. I will be sharing my disappointment with others and hope that Omaha Steaks reconsiders its pricing strategy.

My delivery, order #[redacted]77, arrived at [redacted] Springfield Way, Dover, DE [redacted] today at 4:35 p.m., not following the company's protocol. Instead of being at the doorstep as noted in the record, it was left in front of my closed garage door. This negligence by the UPS driver was concerning, as it could have been stolen or damaged if not noticed promptly. Despite being at home all day, the driver failed to ring the doorbell or place the package in the correct location as indicated.

I made a purchase online with OMAHA for $[redacted], but did not receive a receipt. I experienced long wait times when I called and also had issues on the website when trying to retrieve my receipt. My daughter-in-law recently placed an order for a Christmas dinner which included scalloped potatoes, sticky toffee cakes, and beef wellingtons. Unfortunately, when we cooked the beef wellingtons as instructed, they turned out well-done instead of medium-rare. The rest of the items were satisfactory. The order arrived on December 22nd and was stored frozen until Christmas. Should we cook the remaining beef wellingtons from frozen to achieve a rarer result or should we simply thaw them and reduce the cooking time? We are hoping for a less well-done outcome and would appreciate your guidance.

As a U.S. citizen living and working abroad, accessing Omahasteaks.com has been challenging due to my location. While I understand their restriction on selling outside the U.S. due to import/export regulations, I believe I should be able to browse their products and buy for delivery within the U.S. I had wanted to purchase items for Father's Day but was unable to do so. It is frustrating that they do not permit online viewing and purchasing for citizens abroad, like U.S. military personnel. I hope Omahasteaks.com reconsiders this policy to allow overseas citizens to browse and buy for U.S. delivery, which could increase their sales.

On Monday, July 29, [redacted], I visited the Omaha Steak Store located at [redacted] W Center Rd around 2:00 pm. Upon entering, I found no one at the front desk but a staff member eventually came from the back. When I asked for a package of Jumbo Hot Dogs (8 pieces), the employee brought them but stated a price of $35, not the listed $15.99. I pointed out the discrepancy, but he insisted I needed to buy another item to get the lower price. Feeling misled, I left without making the purchase. This pricing discrepancy has left me disappointed as a loyal customer who cannot afford the inflated cost. I urge Omaha Steaks to address this issue to maintain customer trust. I recently contacted your [redacted] number to order 32 hot dogs since I couldn't place the order online. During the call, I spoke with Marie or someone with a similar name. Initially, I inquired about ordering just the hot dogs, to which Marie assured me it wouldn't be an issue. However, after going through all my details, she informed me that I needed to spend more money to place the order. I felt misled as I had clearly stated my intentions from the beginning. I believe transparency is crucial in customer interactions. Despite the language barrier, I made my minimum order query clear. I attempted to order 4 filet mignon steaks and 12 steakburgers online due to a promotion offering free shipping over $79. During checkout, I was mistakenly charged $[redacted] with shipping costs. I placed an order yesterday and received a message saying I didn't qualify for the $20 discount due to my order total being under $[redacted]. I added more items to qualify, but upon returning to checkout, I couldn't apply the rebate. Despite numerous attempts, I couldn't reach customer service for help, which is frustrating. Yesterday, I placed an order over the phone using the confirmation number F[redacted]DCXK for Keith & Amy Posey. I accidentally provided the wrong phone number for my son as [redacted] instead of the correct number [redacted]. Additionally, I initially requested the card to say "Merry Christmas" but would like it changed to "Merry Christmas, Love, Mom." The expected delivery date is Monday, December 13th. I am hesitant to provide my credit card information online. I made an online order, then received an email two days later requesting my credit card number for confirmation. I obliged and was assured it was processed. Now, I have received an invoice for Order# [redacted]7, the same order I thought was already taken care of. When seeking help, the only request is for my credit card number, which I already provided over the phone last week. I have been on the phone for over 45 minutes and will continue to wait until I can speak with a representative. The online help desk only prompts to input the credit card number again, without assisting me with my query. I am concerned about the possibility of receiving duplicate orders. - R. Sieg

Regarding order #DA3536, I purchased two cornbread stuffing items under the code [redacted]. However, upon opening the package labeled as cornbread stuffing, I found crab cakes labeled as #[redacted] inside. It appears there was a mix-up in labeling as the outer box was labeled correctly as crab cakes. I kindly request the correct cornbread stuffing to be shipped to me. I suggest implementing a system to ensure accurate labeling in the future to prevent similar issues from occurring again.

I have an order confirmation F[redacted]NZRC. I saw a promotion that offers a $30.00 e-gift card if I delay my order until after Christmas. I changed the delivery date to qualify for the e-card and confirmed this with a customer service agent. He mentioned I would need to be transferred to customer service to receive it but, unfortunately, the call got disconnected. I am uncertain if I will still get the e-card. If I will not receive it, I would like to cancel my order. Can Omaha Steaks confirm if I will receive the $30.00 e-card or not?

I purchased Christmas gifts and had to change my credit card due to fraud. I called the [redacted] number, provided my debit card details, and was told the order was processed. However, I received a letter requesting a check for payment. When I contacted customer service, I was met with long wait times and getting disconnected. After multiple failed attempts, I am frustrated and still unresolved. Planning a vacation, I need this fixed urgently. I plan to contact them again in the morning. I initially requested Christmas delivery, but received an email indicating a 11/30 delivery date, which was not acceptable. After contacting customer service, the delivery date was rescheduled to December 7, still not ideal. Unfortunately, my order arrived to my brother's family thawed, which is distressing as I wanted them to enjoy it over time, and now the remaining portion may spoil as they cannot refreeze it. Any suggestions on how to proceed from here?
