I made a purchase on November 28th for delivery on December 16th. My order number is F[redacted]LRBD. I received an email stating my order couldn't be processed due to a payment error. Despite contacting both your representative and my bank, the bank's center informed me that Omaha Steaks did not reach out to my credit card provider for this order. However, I have an email confirmation of the $[redacted].95 order placed on November 28th with shipment number [redacted]6-[redacted] scheduled for delivery on December 16th. I have attempted to reach out to customer service multiple times without success. Please assist me with resolving this issue.

I received a phone call regarding an issue with my recent order, but the message was unclear. Two phone numbers, [redacted] and 1-[redacted], were provided, but when I called, they were nonexistent. I am unsure if this was a legitimate call or a scam. Can you confirm the status of my order and provide more information to ensure everything is in order? I received a text message about an issue with my recent order. I called the numbers provided but they turned out to be invalid. I'm concerned and would like to know if this is a scam. The two steak orders are meant for Christmas gifts, and I hope to resolve this situation. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Order number: F[redacted]JTGR I am very disappointed with the customer service experience. Despite waiting a week for a response, my inquiries remain unanswered. I made a purchase on December 5th for four gifts priced at $[redacted].99 each, only to receive an advertisement the next day offering the same item for $99.99. I reached out to inquire about honoring the lower price but received no response despite assurances from the automated system. Additionally, I tried to redirect the shipment to my address on December 7th due to my daughter's absence, but my requests via phone and email went unanswered. Today, the package was still delivered to my daughter's residence, despite my efforts to communicate the change. The lack of responsiveness is extremely frustrating, as calls go unanswered, and emails seem to be ignored. -Annette M. [redacted]

I placed an order with a person at Omaha Steaks last night over the phone. The representative said my payment was approved, but I was concerned because she only had my home address, not my billing address. She provided me with the confirmation number F[redacted]NHWY and informed me about the delivery schedule for each of the seven boxes. However, all the boxes are having payment issues as I anticipated. If the woman had taken my billing address as I had requested, this situation could have been avoided. I was trying to order items for my children and accidentally placed one order for Mike & Claire Fitzgerald in Florida. I meant to place a separate order for my son in Missouri but ended up placing it thinking it would help me complete the second order. After reviewing the receipt, I realized the second order was sent to my daughter's address in Maryland, where they used to live before moving to Florida. I need the second order to be sent to Robert & Denice Guinther at [redacted] Jenkins Road, Sparta, MO [redacted]. Can you please make this correction?

My friend didn't get his order, which was supposed to be a Christmas gift delivered on December 12th. He was home, but it never made it to him. I'm not sure if it was left in the hallway and taken by someone. I'd like it to be replaced. My order number is [redacted]. It should be sent to the same address. Please ring the bell and ensure he gets it this time.

I've been struggling to reach Omaha customer service. They won't let my call go through and requested me to reset my password, only to be disconnected. A couple of weeks back, I canceled an order before hitting the final submit button. I'm now unsure if I've been barred from contacting Omaha as I am still getting email offers on my account. I'm puzzled by this situation. Unfortunately, I don't have my Omaha Gold number available.

My gift order to Houlton, Maine arrived a day ahead of schedule. Unfortunately, the recipients were unexpectedly not at home, leading to the surprise being spoiled. Despite being assured by a representative the day prior that the delivery would occur on the 14th as planned, it arrived early causing disappointment. The order number is 267211MPPK. - David W. I recently received an order from you a day or two ago. I have made multiple orders with you before, but I will not be ordering from you again. None of my cards (all current with sufficient funds) are being accepted by Omaha Steaks. I am confused why there is a request for a password for MICROSOFT in relation to a payment issue. If you no longer wish to have my business, there are other companies I can patronize. I am elderly, as is my wife, and we are responsible individuals who would never try to use an invalid debit card. I have been purchasing various products because my wife's health is very poor and finding suitable food is a challenge. Thank you for your user-friendly ordering process. Sincerely, James
