I am unable to log in as I received an email stating my account was terminated for policy violations. This is inaccurate as I have never engaged in any form of harassment or made inappropriate comments. My contact, shipping, and billing details are all correct. I have successfully made over 50 purchases without ever canceling or lodging complaints post-delivery.
I currently hold a 5-star rating on your platform with no ongoing complaints. As of now, I have approximately 10 pending orders (totaling over $[redacted]) and cannot access my tracking information due to the login issue.
My entire business relies on your platform, and I suspect my account deactivation is a result of the significant and continuous purchases I made today. I have sufficient funds for all orders, and none of my transactions have ever faced payment problems.

I've been struggling to verify my OfferUp account for the past four days. Even though I receive the verification code on my phone, it never successfully goes through when I try to submit it. Each time I click on submit, it hangs up for hours without completing the process. Due to this issue, I'm unable to access my account or contact OfferUp for assistance. This verification hurdle is preventing me from logging in even though I've been a member for several years.

I, Eric H. from Sacramento, CA, successfully sold 6 pistol pictures to William of Springboro, OH. Unfortunately, there was a delay in shipping the photos caused by a post office mistake. Despite William eventually receiving the pictures, Offerup mistakenly canceled the transaction. On my account, it displays that payment was not received, while William's account shows that the payment was deducted. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of customer service from this company. Despite numerous attempts to reach out through comments, DMs, and messages, my issue has been ignored. My customer, who is delighted with their purchase, is puzzled as to why the payment has not been released after receiving the item within 48 hours. It has now been 3 days, exceeding the company's stated 48-hour policy for holding funds. I have not received any responses to my inquiries across various social media platforms. While the company did respond to one comment instructing me to "DM" them, it appears they are not actively addressing messages, as many others are experiencing the same delay in receiving their funds. This lack of accountability is disappointing, making this company more cumbersome and costly than dealing with eBay. I caution others to reconsider investing their time and money as there is no guarantee of a resolution.

I purchased a MacBook from the seller for $[redacted], giving her half of the payment through Apple Pay yesterday and agreeing to pay the remaining amount upon receipt of the product. I recently sold a wine rack and shipped it with UPS following the transaction ID [redacted]. The buyer confirmed receiving the item in good condition two days ago. However, even though the transaction was canceled after I had already shipped it, I have not received any payment yet. My account still shows a balance of $0 with nothing pending. I have all the necessary documentation, including the tracking number and communication with the buyer and UPS. I am seeking assistance on how to proceed with receiving the payment for the sold item.

I recently received a 16-piece Craftsman reversible ratcheting wrench set from a seller. The shipping never showed it was shipped, so the sale was canceled, and I was refunded. Surprisingly, the same day I was notified that the item arrived. The seller has not been paid and is understandably upset. I believe the seller should receive the payment that is owed promptly. I received an item from the seller, but OfferUp canceled the payment and refunded me instead of paying the seller. The item arrived the same day as the refund, due to a shipping mix-up. The seller is rightfully upset and deserves to be paid. Please rectify the situation by ensuring that the seller receives the payment they are owed. Kindly update me once this has been resolved. I'm having an issue with a seller. I made an offer for a product, and I received a receipt showing that the offer was accepted for $[redacted]. With sales tax and shipping, the total was $[redacted].30. The payment has been taken from my account, and I even have a tracking number in my email ([redacted]). However, the seller claims they never received the money as they never accepted the offer. Looking back at our messages, it does show that the offer expired because it was never accepted. I'm confused about where my money is in this situation. This whole experience with the app feels questionable.

Hello, my name is Josephine Walker-Henry. On October 1, [redacted], I placed an order with Simply Awesome Deals for a Chanel blouse for $46.70. I received USPS tracking label #[redacted][redacted][redacted] on the same day. I have been tracking the package with this number, but since October 1st until October 7th, the status remains the same - "A label was created but the item has not been received." Even though the seller never shipped the item, OfferUp processed the payment from my bank account. As it has been 6 days, I am requesting a refund as per your terms. I have already reached out to my bank to dispute the charge. Could you please refund the money back to my account and address this issue with the seller who provided a tracking label without shipping the item? It would be helpful if there was a phone number available for customers to contact you directly in such situations. It's important for businesses to protect their customers from scams and provide better communication channels for problem resolution.

I made an offer on an item for sale on OfferUp from a user named Prince. He accepted my offer, and I received a receipt with a tracking number. After checking the tracking number, it showed that a shipping label was created, but USPS is still awaiting the item. It has been four days, and the item has not been shipped. I have attempted to reach out to the seller without success. Upon reviewing my account transactions, I noticed that there are no transactions listed. I am unsure what the issue could be.

I had an interaction with a buyer who requested a refund under the online name Biff. I was selling a Singer sewing machine, and our communication took a negative turn. Despite agreeing to the refund, I accidentally blocked her. I am now unable to view her messages and don't know how to proceed with returning her money. I'm disappointed because my longstanding Offerup account, which I've had for 2 to 3 years, was unexpectedly deleted. I've efficiently completed more than 20 purchases and sales through the platform. Unfortunately, when I try to make a purchase now, I receive a notification stating that the payment has failed. I would appreciate it if I could either regain access to my original account or receive clarification regarding the reason for its deletion. On September 13, [redacted], I sold an item (Uggs) for $50 with transaction number [redacted]. I shipped the item via USPS, and it was delivered on October 7, [redacted], with tracking number USPS [redacted][redacted][redacted]. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to OfferUp about releasing my funds, I have not received a response beyond generic apologies and promises to escalate the issue. This marks the second time OfferUp has failed to transfer the money for items I have shipped, causing me significant frustration. While the buyers have empathized with my situation, OfferUp seems unwilling to address the problem. I have provided proof of delivery to no avail, and the $50 remains unreleased for the Uggs I sold. Additionally, a separate transaction with a buyer who received a wheelie from me on August 26, [redacted], in Utah has also not resulted in payment from OfferUp, despite evidence of delivery. Although OfferUp removed the transaction from my account, I retain emails and screenshots proving their lack of payment.

I believe my listings on OfferUp have been "shadowbanned." I am selling a boat and some other items. Usually, my posts get a lot of responses, but this time there have been zero views for a week. I suspect this could be because I previously tried to post about a [redacted] heavy diesel truck from a different state. I'm located in California, and this type of heavy diesel truck needs expensive upgrades to comply with the [redacted] smog laws, which will render it nearly worthless. As heavy diesels previously were exempt from California's strict smog laws, I thought posting the truck in Nevada with a clear disclaimer about its location and offering a discount might help, but it seems that OfferUp has stopped showing my listings altogether. I've removed the truck post, but now all my listings seem to be ghosted.

I recently received a package containing two fragile items. Unfortunately, the box was very old, not labeled fragile, and had a hole in the side. I could hear broken pieces moving inside when I picked it up. I promptly contacted the seller and OfferUp to stop the release of my funds. After speaking with USPS, I was instructed to return the package to the sender for a claim. Despite informing OfferUp, my account was still charged. The seller claims they don't have the money, and OfferUp is unhelpful, suggesting I contact law enforcement. I feel frustrated with the lack of assistance and plan to file complaints. This situation is unfair, and it seems like others may have experienced similar issues. I hope to resolve this soon.
