I have informed the Menzies staff about the urgency of the situation as my work notes are inside, and I have another trip scheduled for Monday. Despite multiple flights arriving from Copenhagen this morning, my luggage remains untraceable. I am eager to stress my need for the luggage before my Monday departure from Schipol. I proposed collecting it myself on Monday morning. I am urging for professionalism in locating my belongings and delivering them to the lost and found at Schipol or any Menzies counter. I accidentally booked a ticket through a third-party vendor in Canada for a Norwegian Air flight, only to find out later that the fare I purchased does not include any baggage. I've tried to purchase baggage directly through Norwegian Air's website, but it won't allow me to do so. I attempted to contact Norwegian Air via phone and chat, but they mentioned they can't assist me since I booked through a Canadian vendor. The vendor, on the other hand, stated they cannot add any extras for Norwegian Air flights. I feel stuck in a confusing situation. I'm flying from London Gatwick to Oslo Gardermoen on August 30 and returning on September 5. Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,
I wanted to share my recent travel experience from August when my family and I visited Norway for a 10-day trip. We flew with Norwegian Air, and unfortunately, due to a late departure in Tel Aviv, we missed our connecting flight in Stockholm en route to Oslo. Consequently, our suitcase didn't make it to Oslo with us. We had to purchase essentials like toiletries, cold-weather clothing, undergarments, and a new suitcase, all on a tight budget. It was frustrating to spend time and money shopping for necessities instead of enjoying our vacation.
After 8 days, we were informed that our suitcase was located and delivered to us, which we appreciated. However, we had already spent unnecessary funds on replacement items. Despite submitting a compensation request on September 11, [redacted], with all the required documentation through the Norwegian website, including receipts, we have not received any response. A follow-up email on September 23 to Norwegian's customer service also went unanswered. As a next step, I am prepared to take legal action if needed to address this issue.

I have cash points with your airline, but you no longer have flights from the USA. I am unsure how to redeem my cash points, which I have held since [redacted]. Hello, I recently reviewed my ticket for today's flight. This morning, before the trip, I checked myself as I had a high temperature and tested positive for coronavirus. A colleague from an airline mentioned that I needed to purchase insurance for a refund, which I did. I wanted to inquire about the status of the refund now. I booked a trip to Norway through a travel agency. While filling out the registration form with the help of my wife's passport, I copied ALL the information from her passport. The maiden name was entered first followed by her married name as given on the passport. It reads: LAMB.....Wife’s name SEN.... Is this correct? The travel agency mentioned it could cause issues (but why since the maiden name is correctly stated?). If not correct, what should I do to rectify it? Is there a website in French that can help? Hello, everyone. I just wanted to share my recent experience with a direct flight from JFK to Berlin. Unfortunately, one of my checked luggage pieces seems to have gone missing. I paid for 2 checked bags, but only received one upon arrival. The missing luggage was not given a tracking number.
My flight confirmation number is 04MF9P. I reported the missing luggage but was informed that without a tag, tracking it is challenging. I still filed a claim, and my reference number is BERN10139/21DEC22/1451GMT.

I need some guidance with our upcoming flight from Harstad to Munich with a layover in Oslo. As our layover requires an overnight stay in Oslo, I'm unsure if we have to collect our luggage upon arrival and check it back the next day for our connecting flight. I would also appreciate clarification on whether our luggage will be transferred to the connecting flight automatically. On December 30, [redacted], I, T.B., with passport number [redacted]4, traveled from Longyearbyen, Svalbard to Oslo on flight DY-[redacted], order number #[redacted]. The flight was delayed with take-off happening at 16:00 instead of 14:25 from Longyearbyen and at 18:00 instead of 16:30 from Tromso, resulting in an arrival delay in Oslo at 19:37 instead of 18:30. This delay caused me to miss my connecting flight LOT LO-[redacted] from Oslo to Tel Aviv. I had to purchase a new SWISS LX-[redacted] ticket to reach Tel Aviv on time. I am seeking compensation from Norwegian for the inconvenience and additional expenses incurred due to these flight delays.

Consequently, I missed my connecting flight LOT LO-[redacted] from Oslo to Tel Aviv. My son had to purchase a new SWISS ticket for me to reach Tel Aviv in time. I believe Norwegian Airlines should compensate me for the inconvenience and expenses incurred due to the delays. I bought a round-trip ticket from the U.S. to Spain with Norwegian Airlines before the Covid-19 pandemic. The flight got canceled due to the pandemic, and I got airline points for a future booking. Now, Norwegian Airlines doesn't operate flights from the U.S., making it impossible for me to use the points. I want a refund, but I'm struggling to contact customer support. I recently discovered that the ticket I purchased through a travel agency does not include overhead cabin bag allowance, which I require. I am unable to buy it online as the website redirects me to the travel agency, which cannot assist me and advises contacting Norwegian Air since I have already checked in. After flying from Molde to Oslo, my connecting flight to Edinburgh was canceled, and I rebooked a flight to London. However, my two checked-in bags were taken in Molde, and I haven't retrieved them since. I was informed to file a claim upon arrival, but there were no representatives at London or Oslo.
