I recently had a great experience with NYSoH customer service. The representative I spoke with was outstanding. I unfortunately didn't catch her name, but she impressed me in several ways. There was no wait time, and she was knowledgeable, efficient, focused, and very kind. It was a refreshing change from the usual customer service interactions I have had. This lady truly deserves recognition for her exceptional service. I spoke with her at 10:04 am, and I wanted to express my gratitude for her help. Thank you.
