I have a Netflix account with myself, Morton Colbert, as the primary account holder, and I added Javier Vargas as a secondary user on his own separate profile. Everything was running smoothly for about 8 months with a monthly charge of $15.15. Recently, Mr. Vargas's account stopped working. I would like to reestablish Mr. Vargas's access and resume billing to my account.

I am writing to inform Netflix that the account under the name Wagner at [redacted]/[redacted] Nelson Bay Road Fern Bay, NSW, belongs to Mr. and Mrs. Wagner, who have both passed away. The property is currently vacant and will soon be sold. All bank accounts associated with the account have been closed, including the $19.99 monthly direct debit payment to Netflix. As the executor of the estate, I do not have any further details regarding the Netflix account. I trust that if payments are not processed, the service will be discontinued accordingly. I had let a friend use my laptop, and it seems she was logged into her Netflix account. When I opened the browser, I thought I was on my own account since it remembered my login details. Unfortunately, I ended up paying $19.99 on Nikki McKown's account, mistakenly thinking it was mine. My actual Netflix account is under Tonya Roberts with the email robertstonya2395@gmail. I recently contacted Netflix regarding the account under Linda Roney's name. I pay $10.99 for my account agreed with them, but I also paid $15.99 as a one-time payment for my daughter's account under Dani or Paul Hage at a different address. However, I have been charged again $15.99 for Dani's account erroneously on December 29th, which concerns me. I am considering canceling my account due to these recurring issues. I kindly request a refund of the $15.99 incorrectly debited. I will verify with my daughter about any additional charges on her end. Hello, I have a compelling story that I believe would make a great movie. I am a licensed flight attendant, poultry farmer, and author of unpublished books. I am also a breast cancer survivor who experienced doctor's negligence. People my children spoke to about my ordeal suggested it would be perfect for a film. I have already written a book that could serve as a basis for the movie adaptation. I'm extremely disappointed with the service provided by Netflix. Initially, we requested to put our subscription on hold due to illness, so $52 was left in the account. However, upon rejoining, we discovered that Netflix had continued to deduct the monthly fees without any communication with us. We were under the impression that our account was on hold but apparently, this was not the case.
The customer service representative mentioned that our payments were made using a MasterCard and birthday vouchers from our grandchildren, which was news to us. When we specifically asked for our service to be put on hold, we were not informed about this form of payment. We would appreciate an explanation regarding this matter.

When I first signed up, I was trying out the service without knowing that the subscription would be automatically deducted. I initially selected the top-tier package, but I now realize it's unnecessary as I am the only one using my account. I would like to downgrade to a more affordable package that allows access for 1 or 2 viewers. Instead of paying $[redacted] monthly, I would prefer to pay for two months at that rate if I downgrade. The basic package seems sufficient for my needs since it still allows me to view my account on my phone and provides all the features I require.

I have been paying for my online and DVD accounts with my Amex card for a while, even before the charges were separated. Since July [redacted], I have noticed additional charges on my Citibank AAdvantage card that I didn't authorize under different email addresses. I have spoken to Netflix, but they refused to disclose the email addresses associated with the charges. I need this information to resolve these unauthorized payments with my bank. I previously cancelled my NETFLIX subscription in [redacted], but I noticed that Swisscom has continued to bill me for it on my phone bill. Despite Swisscom's attempt to resolve the issue in January [redacted], NETFLIX charges have still been appearing on my bill since December [redacted]. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter, cancel my NETFLIX subscription permanently, and refund the charges from December [redacted] to January/February [redacted]. I engaged with your chat support, but the information provided didn't match what I was viewing in real-time. Despite requesting a supervisor, I waited for an hour without any assistance. No autorice dicho descuento, y desconozco cómo obtuvieron los datos para realizarlo. Sin querer, al explorar las funciones de la aplicación, la agregué a Mercado Crédito, otra opción de pago dentro de la app, y ahora no puedo quitarla. Si no hay suficiente dinero en Mercado Crédito en la fecha de pago, deducen el monto de Mercado Pago, ambas pertenecientes a la misma empresa. Este mes pagué a través de Mercado Pago antes del vencimiento, pero no se reflejó en Mercado Crédito, lo cual generó intereses que también pagué. Aparentemente, aboné dos veces la cuenta de Netflix este mes. Consulto si el dinero será reembolsado o quedará como crédito para la próxima cuota. Desde Mercado Pago me indicaron que ustedes, como entidad prestadora del servicio, pueden desvincular el abono de Mercado Crédito y realizarlo a través de Mercado Pago, al cual me suscribí al débito automático. ¿Cómo quedaría el pago con este cambio de método? I recently had trouble with my Netflix account. Due to a financial issue, my account was suspended. When I tried to reactivate it, I accidentally chose a lower-priced plan instead of the higher-priced one I wanted. Even after trying to correct this and selecting the more expensive plan with better picture quality, I ended up being charged for both the $17 plan and the more expensive one. This resulted in unnecessary charges and overdraft fees, totaling $81. I believe I should only be charged for the plan I intended to use. I feel disappointed and frustrated by this experience and would like to know how to resolve this issue and get a refund for the duplicate charge. This situation has made me reconsider continuing my subscription with Netflix, especially when compared to the free content offered by my Xfinity service. I hope we can find a solution to this matter promptly.

The guerrilla man Carlos C. is trying to harm me even using a little girl. People refer to me as the Pink Panther. He continuously tries to kill me, which may be entertaining for a show if famous people were involved in attempting to harm me. There is now a Terminator-like figure who is part person and part computer, acting in a similar manner to the Terminator from the first movie. This is an intense show to watch, and maybe you should consider recording it because the Terminator figure could potentially cause harm to me or others with a gun. I have reached out to the police but the Terminator attacked them. I also tried to seek help from the Governor N.C. C., but the Terminator claimed to have connections with famous people who can come and harm me. The Terminator works at the Raleigh, NC Crabtree Mall hotel in the USA.
