I am from Brazil. I recently signed up for Netflix and found it to be quite good. However, as a hotel manager on a cruise line, I am frequently working and only spend 2 months in Brazil on vacation. I was surprised to see a charge of [redacted] reais, nearly [redacted] dollars, on my credit card for this month. I have not used the service for the past three months, so I'm confused about this bill. Please reach out to me via email as I am currently at sea. If I do not receive a response or explanation, I may have to cancel the service and the payment.

I recently relocated to Finland and promptly signed up for Netflix. However, I encountered a minor issue during the process. Initially, the system rejected my credit card on the first try, but accepted it on the second attempt, albeit without offering the free trial month. I assumed it was automatic and continued without questioning. Upon reviewing my billing statement, I noticed I was charged €9.90 for one device upon registration and another €7.90 three days ago. I am curious why I did not receive the free trial. Thank you for your assistance.

I reactivated my Netflix account on December 23, [redacted], and noticed that three separate charges were made to my card, totaling about $20. I am subscribed to the $7 monthly plan, so I am confused as to why more money was taken. Additionally, I have not been able to access Netflix streaming on my account. I would like clarification on the charges and assistance with why I haven't received the services I paid for.

I'm currently experiencing an issue with my Netflix account when trying to watch on my laptop and Smart TV. On my laptop, I keep getting an error message saying there's an unexpected error, and on my Smart TV linked to an Apple TV box, I can access Netflix but can't play any content. The only device working is my cell phone. How can I resolve this situation?

Netflix is removing "Dr. Who," my favorite show, along with many other fans. It is crucial for them to renew their contract with the BBC. I cannot imagine life without "Dr. Who"; this is a serious matter, not an exaggeration. I have enjoyed watching the show for years on Netflix, and the thought of it being taken away is heartbreaking. I am in tears, hoping that Netflix will retain "Dr. Who" so that I, and many others, can continue enjoying it.

I can't watch anything on my iPhone or iPad because of a "proxy or unblocker" error. I've never used these before. I've tried restarting my device and deleting and reinstalling the app, but it's still not working. Oddly enough, it works fine on my TV. I've checked my DNS and VPN settings to make sure nothing is turned on, and my proxy settings are off. I even tried switching to auto as suggested, but the issue persists.

Subject: Request for Reconsideration of Everything Sucks! Cancellation I am reaching out regarding the cancellation of Everything Sucks! and respectfully ask for your reconsideration in granting the show a second season. This series holds immense importance for many viewers due to its exceptional talent, heartfelt storytelling, and unique charm. The unresolved cliffhanger at the end of the last season leaves fans yearning for more. Moreover, I recall your commitment to not leaving stories unfinished following the cancellation of Sense8. It is disheartening that despite being available for only a short time, the show has been gaining popularity steadily, even trending on your platform for nearly a week. The dedicated and expanding international fan base strongly advocates for the continuation of this remarkable narrative. The representation and quality of performances, especially by the younger cast members, have resonated deeply with audiences like myself. Although the show has been discontinued, I urge you to reconsider this decision. The overwhelming support and growing affection from viewers demonstrate the potential for multiple seasons. Your acknowledgment of subscribers' voices is appreciated, and I implore you to heed our collective plea for another season of this exceptional series. Thank you for creating this captivating show and for supporting fresh talents. I sincerely hope you will give Everything Sucks! the opportunity it truly deserves by renewing it for a second season. Best regards, L.S.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding the cancellation of "Everything Sucks!" and I wish to kindly ask you to reconsider bringing it back for a second season. This show holds significant value for many viewers, showcasing a remarkable amount of talent and heartfelt storytelling that is too special to not continue. Ending on a cliffhanger, there was a promise made to fans of "Sense8" last year that no story would be left unfinished. Regrettably, this promise seems to have been overlooked in the case of "Everything Sucks!". It is disheartening that the show was only available for a short period, and new audiences are still discovering and embracing it. Notably, the show has been trending on your platform for almost a week now, highlighting its growing popularity and international fan base. The dedication of viewers is evident, with many expressing a strong desire for the story to continue for multiple seasons. I want to express my gratitude for creating such an exceptional show that resonates with so many. The representation and storytelling have left a lasting impact. The talented cast, especially the young actors, have been outstanding in bringing this quirky, heartfelt series to life. I implore you to reconsider the cancellation and grant "Everything Sucks!" the opportunity for a second season. The outpouring of support within the short period since the cancellation announcement demonstrates the fervent love for the show that continues to expand. Thank you for producing this remarkable series, and I sincerely hope you will listen to the passionate pleas of fans and revive this beloved show for another season.

I have written a book titled "An Unexpected Turn" which delves into the mysterious disappearance of the Swedish Prime Minister Olof Palme in [redacted]. I have been advised by important individuals in Sweden to reach out to Netflix to share this captivating story. I am eager to meet with Ted Sarandos or Reed Hastings during my visit to Los Angeles from June 11 for a 14-day stay in California. I am open to meeting at Netflix's headquarters in Los Gatos. Do not overlook this amazing opportunity. Warm regards, Claes Hedberg Lillängsgatan 7 [redacted] 34 Ljungby SWEDEN Mobile: [redacted] 70-[redacted]

On Facebook, I have noticed that Netflix has been using my name and that of four of my friends as referrals without our authorization. I currently have a Netflix account, but I have never given permission for my name to be used in this manner. I have contacted the four friends whose names were also used, and one of them doesn't even have a Netflix account. I believe companies should compensate individuals if they are going to use their names for advertising purposes. It seems like a form of free advertising for Netflix to use our names without permission. I am aware of the marketing strategy but do not appreciate it and consider it false advertising. I recommend Netflix negotiate compensation for using our names for their free advertising. Additionally, does Facebook know that Netflix is using individuals' names without consent for advertising purposes? Once you have read this message, please inform me of your proposed resolution. Thank you. Linda Wisner Schiebler on Facebook

I have been trying to resolve my issue since last Thursday. I keep receiving a "Netflix Site Error" message prompting me to go to the homepage, but the button is unresponsive. I have attempted to access Netflix on various devices without success. Following advice from customer service, I contacted my internet provider, who sent a technician. When the technician used his laptop with my Netflix account, it worked, indicating an account-specific problem. Despite reaching out to Netflix support multiple times, including speaking with a manager named Keri, I have not received a satisfactory solution. Keri only offered generic advice to "try again later," which is unacceptable given the extensive time and effort I have invested in resolving the issue. As a result, I am considering canceling my service and expect a refund for the previous month due to the lack of assistance and care from Netflix.

Hello Netflix, I wanted to alert you about a concern regarding removing the movie "High School Musical" from your platform. I feel strongly that this decision would be a mistake, and I urge you to reconsider. As a dedicated customer, I believe many others share my sentiment. This movie holds a special place and I encourage you to watch it multiple times before taking it down. Please consider the impact this removal may have. If needed, you may reach me at [redacted], though my response may be delayed due to my disappointment. I trust you will make the best choice for your viewers. Thank you.

Why did Netflix choose to remove the beloved childhood movies of many teenagers, like "High School Musical 1&2," just to add the 3rd installment? Fans have eagerly awaited the release of the third movie, but were disappointed to find the first two gone. This decision has left my friends and I frustrated. We are huge fans of Netflix but find this removal unnecessary and heartbreaking. It's disappointing to no longer have access to these phenomenal movies on our favorite app. If there's a reason for this change, please contact me at [redacted]. Thank you - Lauren B. from Dallas, Texas.

I have some feedback and a feature request for Netflix. The "Auto Preview" feature can be annoying for some users, and I suggest implementing an "Auto-Play Off" setting to address this issue. This change would show dedication to customer service and improve the user experience. Additionally, a "Quiet Mode" setting to turn off sound for Auto Previews or a reduction in volume could also be beneficial. I believe these adjustments would enhance the browsing experience and prevent users from becoming frustrated with the platform. It's essential for Netflix to prioritize user satisfaction to maintain its position as a leading streaming service. As a long-time user, I hope these suggestions are considered for the benefit of all customers. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best Regards, Chris.

I am writing about the recent cancellation of "Phineas and Ferb." This show holds a special place in my heart especially during challenging times. I lost a close friend on April 10, and watching with my best friend, Cat, has been our source of comfort. Unfortunately, on April 30, I suffered an injury while playing softball, leaving me with a concussion and injuries to my eye. My doctor recommended soothing cartoons like "Phineas and Ferb" to aid in my recovery. It was the perfect distraction for me during this healing process. However, now that it's off the air, I am struggling to find a show that brings the same joy. I urge for the show's return not just for Cat and me but for all viewers who appreciate quality content. Thank you.

Hi, I am writing to recommend "The Expanse" as a potential new show for Netflix since it was recently cancelled by SyFy. "The Expanse" is currently among the best shows on television due to its intelligence, excitement, visual appeal, well-crafted writing, and overall quality as a science fiction series. SyFy's decision to cancel it and focus on lower-budget content is disappointing to fans. If Netflix were to pick up "The Expanse" and produce Season 4, it would likely attract numerous new subscribers. With Netflix's support, the next season could exceed the visual standards set by previous ones. Please consider giving this fantastic show another chance! Regards, Ryan A.

The television series "Rise" sadly has been canceled by NBC after one season. The show has touched many lives and its story deserves to continue. The fans are passionate about seeing more of its narrative unfold. While the network may have concluded it, the viewers have not. "Rise" is a remarkable show that has had a profound impact on me and its audience. I urge you to consider supporting the show as there is more to be explored. A petition with over [redacted] signatures is circulating, demonstrating the significant following the show has. The fans are not prepared to say goodbye to "Rise" just yet. Thank you.

I strongly believe that the scene involving Tyler Down in episode 13 of season 2 of "13 Reasons Why" should be removed. As a survivor of sexual assault, I was deeply disturbed by the graphic nature of that scene. After watching it, I experienced a severe panic attack. If this issue is not rectified, I will no longer support Netflix and will actively speak out against their insensitivity. No one, especially victims of assault and harassment, should be exposed to such triggering content. Netflix's decision to include this scene undermines the show's original goal of addressing societal issues like bullying, suicide, and abuse. This misstep has had a significant impact and should be addressed promptly.

I have a Netflix account, and recently, I noticed that I've been charged four times by both Netflix and PayPal, totaling $43.96. After contacting customer service, I found out that I had two Netflix accounts linked to the same email address - one ending in .net and the other in .com, which I don't use. The customer service representative cancelled the .com account and assured me that I would be reimbursed for three months. They also mentioned that the only payment moving forward should come from PayPal for Netflix. Despite this, I was charged again today, which is frustrating. After another unsuccessful call with customer service, I am planning to dispute the charges with my bank and cancel my debit card to prevent further charges. The situation has caused me a lot of stress over the past two days, and I am considering cancelling my Netflix membership altogether.

Hello Netflix Team, I understand that you probably receive messages like this frequently, but I'm reaching out regardless. My girlfriend recently started watching Everything Sucks! and was devastated when the show was cancelled. She is passionately trying to help revive the series, signing petitions and encouraging me to do the same. She is too upset to write this herself, so she asked me to pass along her plea to #reneweverythingsucks. She believes closure for the fans is essential because "everything sucks without Everything Sucks!" Thank you for considering this request, and my girlfriend is hopeful for a response. Sincerely, Vanessa (PS. I acknowledge how this may seem, but please consider her request. 😞)
