Hello, I recently purchased an external monitor for my laptop. This monitor is capable of supporting a refresh rate of 144Hz. However, when I connected it to my Lenovo laptop with an NVIDIA GeForce GTX [redacted], I only have the option to select a 60Hz refresh rate instead of 144Hz. In the "display settings" section, when I choose my external monitor and check the advanced display settings, it shows as connected to Intel(R) HD Graphics [redacted] without any option to change it. Additionally, when I open the NVIDIA Control Panel, I cannot find the display options section, only 3D settings. I have made sure that all my drivers are up to date (NVIDIA and Intel). What steps can I take to connect my external monitor to the NVIDIA GPU instead of the Intel GPU and enable the display options in the NVIDIA Control Panel? Thank you for your assistance! Best regards.

When attempting to overclock my GeForce GTX [redacted] FE through MSI Afterburner, I am faced with issues as the overclock settings do not apply. This problem arose after I installed a second GPU (GeForce [redacted] Super) and updated both Afterburner and NVIDIA drivers. Surprisingly, the second GPU can be overclocked successfully through Afterburner. I primarily use these GPUs for cryptocurrency mining. Prior to adding the second GPU, the hashrate of the first GPU was between 30-31MH/s, but dropped to 19-21MH/s after the installation of the second GPU. My power supply is [redacted] watts, so I believe that power shortage is not the cause of this problem.

I recently purchased an RTX [redacted], and after owning it for two weeks, I have been encountering issues with the GPU usage not exceeding 30%, even when gaming at 8K ultra settings. I have ruled out a CPU bottleneck as my CPU usage never surpasses 50%, and both the CPU and GPU temperatures are normal, ruling out thermal throttling. Despite trying various troubleshooting steps, I have not been able to resolve the problem, leaving me feeling like I invested in an expensive GPU without seeing a performance improvement over my four-year-old [redacted].

Hello, I am experiencing issues with my NVIDIA Control Panel. After resetting my PC to factory settings due to some problems, the GPU priority defaults to the Intel card. To change this, I need NVIDIA CP to open, but it is not opening. I have attempted to resolve this by uninstalling and reinstalling the software, downloading the GT720m driver again, and uninstalling the driver from my device manager. However, each time I try to install the [redacted].62 version, I receive an error stating that the program does not detect compatible hardware, despite being sure that the GT720m board is present. I am running Windows 10 with a GT720m GPU, and I have attempted to install versions [redacted].31 and older without success. Thank you, Giacomo

I recently assembled my computer with the MSI GeForce GT [redacted] Fermi DDR3 4GB DirectX 12 graphics card and the MSI Arsenal Gaming AMD Ryzen compatible B450M Bazooka MAX WiFi motherboard. I intended to use two monitors with this setup for work. The graphics card only has one HDMI port, which is causing issues as both my monitors require an HDMI connection. I tried using a VGA to HDMI adapter but failed to get the second monitor to work. I am concerned that using a DVI to HDMI adapter or HDMI splitter might yield the same result. Any advice on how I can successfully set up both monitors simultaneously would be greatly appreciated as it is crucial for my job.

Geerts C. rue Piret-Pauchet, 7 bte 10 [redacted] Namur, Belgium Phone: (+32) [redacted]/[redacted].[redacted] Email: [redacted] I recently purchased an Nvidia Quadro K620 graphics card and updated to the latest graphics drivers version [redacted].09 for Windows 10 64-bit. Unfortunately, I encountered a "blue screen of death" with the error "PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA." Upon analyzing the crash dump files with WhoCrashed software, it was determined that the crash involved the nvlddmkm.sys system file provided by Nvidia. I am reaching out to express my dissatisfaction with the stability of the drivers available for download on your site. This issue caused me to lose important work due to the unexpected crash. I have attached the dump file analysis report for your review and kindly request that you investigate this matter further to ensure the reliability of your solutions. Thank you for your attention and assistance in resolving this issue promptly. Best regards, Geerts C.

Cordialmente, Francisco R.

I purchased a [redacted] Nvidia Shield in December [redacted], and it has been a fantastic device for me. However, about three weeks ago, it suddenly stopped working properly. The screen would cycle between the Nvidia logo and black, accompanied by a strange hard drive-like noise. I managed to fix this issue by using a USB-A to USB-A cable, unlocking the bootloader, and reinstalling the stock image with an 'adb reboot bootloader' command. Now, my problem is the wifi and bluetooth connections keep dropping. The wifi works briefly before cutting out, even after multiple restarts. I am currently using a [redacted] Nvidia Shield Controller, but it only stays connected if I use the original shield cable to pair it. However, pairing is successful only about 1 in 7 attempts, and if I reboot, the controller becomes unpaired. I have also updated the system to the latest version available via system update. Despite these efforts, there are now significant delays (5-20 seconds) at times when navigating through the system settings. What steps should I take next to address these ongoing issues?

Dear nVidia team, I made a decision in January [redacted] to build a new gaming desktop, wanting it to last for years. I planned to upgrade my old nVidia GT [redacted] graphic card to the RTX [redacted] series when it came out to play Cyberpunk [redacted]. Unfortunately, due to the surge in demand caused by increasing cryptocurrency prices, I've been unable to get a hold of a new RTX card in Bulgaria. I've been waiting for months for an RTX [redacted] Ti order with no luck. It's disappointing to have a Cyberpunk-ready setup without a new graphic card. The scarcity of these cards is disheartening, especially during Covid-19 lockdowns when gaming is a primary source of entertainment. I hope nVidia can focus on supplying end-users and gaming communities instead of primarily catering to cryptocurrency miners. I truly believe in your company and products and am eagerly waiting for the day I can secure an RTX [redacted] series card. Sincerely, [Initials]

To whom it may concern, Greetings. My name is Anton, just an average person striving to live independently. I am a university student aspiring to become a linguist (translator). In my spare time, I indulge in gaming on my ancient PC. Presently, I am focusing on building my dream computer. To fund this venture, I work as a courier during my free hours. While gathering the latest high-tech components, I was taken aback by the exorbitant prices of the RTX [redacted] graphics card. The manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) of this card is $[redacted], yet in Moscow, Russia, it is priced at $[redacted]. This drastic discrepancy prompted me to write this letter. Given the current situation driven by cryptocurrency trends, I appeal to Nvidia to consider offering me the GPU at the original MSRP or suggest a reputable seller. I am willing to create a video review and provide any form of feedback to express my gratitude for Nvidia's support. Warm regards to the Nvidia team for their dedication to enhancing the gaming experience for enthusiasts like me. Best, Anton

I run a teleprompter service using Dell Latitude E6430 laptops equipped with NVS 5200M graphics cards. Both laptops run Windows 10 Pro 20H2 with similar Nvidia drivers - version 23.21.13.[redacted].AO2 and Nvidia control panel versions - 8.1.[redacted].0. I have noticed a discrepancy in the control parameters available in the Nvidia control panel between the two laptops. One laptop provides a wide range of adjustable settings including output resolutions, desktop size and position, multiple display setup, and more, while the other only offers three options - image settings, 3D settings, and PhysX configuration. I need both laptops to match perfectly for live events where I use redundant teleprompter feeds. I am unsure why this difference is occurring and if there is a way to unlock the additional control parameters. Any insights on resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I have been a user of GeForce Now since the beta phase and upgraded to the Founder's plan on February 21, [redacted]. I have enjoyed using the service and didn't mind the payments. Unfortunately, my phone and laptop have been out of commission for the past two weeks for repairs, so I couldn't access my email during that time. Upon getting my devices back today, I was surprised to find multiple emails stating that my Founder's plan had been revoked. While initially understanding, I noticed that the only paid plan available now costs £4 more per month, which I'm not keen on paying. I would like to inquire if it's possible to have my Founder's plan reinstated as it would offer me a better experience and allow me to continue using the platform. Restoring my Founder's plan would also benefit you by retaining me as a customer and generating more revenue. Thank you for your consideration.

I have an older Dell Dimension [redacted] originally running XP with 3 GB of RAM and a Raedon X1330/[redacted] GPU. I've since upgraded to 64-bit W7, 8 GB of RAM, a quad-core chip, and most recently, a Quadro P2000 GPU with 2 GB of RAM. I've tried installing the recommended driver v441.28, but I keep getting a message about hardware incompatibility. After multiple attempts, I managed to install driver v376.84. It functions properly, but frequently, while browsing the internet, the screen goes black for about 2 seconds and then returns with a message stating, "Display driver stopped working but has recovered," indicating a problem detected by the GPU. How can I prevent this issue from occurring? Why am I unable to install v441.28? Is there a newer driver available than v376.84 that will install successfully, and if so, where can I locate it? Thank you and goodbye, Rex

For the past two weeks since the [redacted].11 update, my Acer Nitro 5 laptop hasn't been performing as well as it used to for gaming. The problem arises when I attempt to install the new game-ready driver - even after the installation is complete, the Express/Custom installation option remains in GeForce Experience. I've tried refreshing, rebooting, uninstalling and reinstalling Nvidia drivers multiple times, including older versions, but nothing has resolved the issue. Previously, I could play games like DOOM ([redacted]), Dark Souls 3, and Minecraft with high performance, but now I'm struggling to load them correctly. I was hopeful that the [redacted].68 update would fix this issue, but unfortunately, no improvements were seen. I've tried disabling antivirus, reinstalling, rolling back drivers, and more, but nothing has made a difference. If this is an Nvidia issue related to the updates, I hope the team can address and resolve it promptly. Thank you for listening and any assistance you can provide. Have a great day.

I wanted to share my thoughts on your LHR program with video cards, which my friends also agree with. It seems shortsighted to reduce sales based on whether the card is used for mining or gaming. A better approach could be to increase production and limit the number of cards sold per person per day. Implementing a system where customers join a list for the card they want, moving to the back of the line after each purchase, would give everyone a fair chance to buy a card until supply stabilizes. I use my gaming computer for mining when not gaming, so I can afford your latest cards for upgrades. It's disappointing that such limitations might require separate cards for gaming and mining, pushing me towards considering AMD cards that allow both functions. This decision could end up harming your business and driving customers away. Sincerely, Todd Pfeiffer.

I am sharing my thoughts on the LHR program with video cards and my friends are on the same page. Why would you limit sales based on the purpose of use (mining or gaming)? It seems counterproductive. Instead of this approach, consider increasing production and implementing limits on the quantity of cards sold per person per day. Establishing a waiting list for each desired card could provide a fair chance for all customers to purchase a card until the supply meets the demand. Personally, I utilize my gaming computer for mining during idle times to afford your latest cards or even a new gaming setup. I understand some criticisms, but having to get separate cards for mining and gaming is not a feasible solution for me. I might have to switch to AMD cards that allow both gaming and mining to support my upgrade needs. In my opinion, this decision could harm your business. There are better ways to address this issue.

I am experiencing an issue with my screen displaying thin green lines consistently. Interestingly, when I adjust the resolution below 1920x1080, the lines disappear. It seems like a refresh problem, as the lines appear to scan upward, especially when watching videos. I have attempted troubleshooting by restarting my monitor, checking the HDMI connection, rebooting my computer, and updating my drivers.

I made changes in the NVIDIA Control Panel to boost my PC's performance but it backfired, causing significant frame rate drops in my games. Previously running games smoothly, now I'm experiencing FPS drops every 15 seconds, some as low as 10 FPS for a couple of seconds, and occasional drops to 20-30 FPS for around 10 seconds. Despite trying to address hardware limitations experienced in a game like Forza Horizon 5, lag has increased due to these modifications. My gaming laptop is an ASUS ROG GL702VS with the following specs: NVIDIA GeForce GTX [redacted] GPU, Intel Core i7-[redacted] HQ @ 2.80GHz (boosting to 3.50GHz), 16GB RAM, 930GB HDD, and Windows 10 x64 OS. Regards, William :)

I am experiencing a significant issue with an Intel driver that is related to the Nvidia [redacted] graphics card. I continuously receive two events detailing the problem. The specific component mentioned is Intel PEG10 - 4c01. Additionally, I have observed that I am unable to install or view the dedicated Intel graphics card on my computer; only the Nvidia [redacted] is visible. I am uncertain if this is relevant to the ongoing problem. The two recurring events I encounter are as follows: 1. A corrected hardware error involving the PCI Express Root Port with detailed information about the error source and components. 2. A WHEA-Logger error indicating a fatal hardware issue with additional details provided in the event's data section.
