I recently re-enrolled in NFL+ premium for the purpose of analyzing All-22 and Endzone film angles of games for my show and to enhance my understanding of players and schemes. Unfortunately, I am experiencing issues when trying to watch specific plays or drives within the "Scores" tab. When selecting a game from week one and attempting to view a play, the video player does not load. This forces me to navigate to the "NFL+" tab, where I have access to different versions of the games but face challenges such as the auto-switching between angles and the lack of timestamps. This makes it time-consuming to find specific plays as I have to go through the entire game. I have followed the steps outlined in the support tab to address issues with accessing NFL+ perks and video player loading, but none have resolved the problem. It seems that the ability to watch tape from the "Scores" tab has been removed, and now I can only watch replays through the "Replay with NFL+" section, which requires rewatching the entire game to find key plays. I kindly request the reinstatement of the option to watch any drive from the "Scores" tab or else I will have to seek a refund and cancel my subscription.

I am having trouble signing in to watch the live game that I have been paying to view. This problem has been ongoing, and despite having NFL+ Premium Monthly, I am unable to sign in on my Android phone to watch the game live. I have missed the last couple of live games and could only watch them hours after they were played on TV. While my password is saved on my Roku, I cannot access it for live viewing on my phone as no reset password email is being sent to my email address (s******[redacted]). I need assistance with this issue as I should be able to watch the live games as intended.

I originally subscribed to NFL+ but realized it wasn't what I needed and clicked on the "Upgrade" button to switch to NFL+ premium. However, after upgrading, I was still unable to watch the Eagles versus Bucs game. I requested a refund, but they asked for a lot of information that took me a while to gather. Even after providing all the info I could find at that moment, I didn't receive a refund and ended up being charged for both NFL+ and NFL+ premium.

I have been consistently making payments for my NFL+ account. Initially, I paid $39.95 and later upgraded to the premium package for $79.99. Despite paying $79.99 again, there were no changes. Yesterday, I made another payment of $39.95 to ensure access to watch football. However, tonight when I tried to access the game preview, I was unable to get in. I received a confirmation number yesterday but am still unable to access the service. I am frustrated and confused about the situation and do not plan to make any additional payments.

I've decided to cancel my cable TV subscription in favor of using apps to watch my favorite shows. I signed up for the NFL app to watch football games but faced issues with the live games. As a devoted fan of NFL football, I have concerns about the fairness of the recent decision to have the Jacksonville Jaguars stay in London for over a week and bringing in their opponents just two days before the game. On 9/24, I contacted NFL Support regarding an issue with my NFL+ with Game Pass annual subscription, bought for $79.99 on August 26 through Amazon. However, I noticed an additional charge of $99 from NFL. Despite reaching out, there has been no response. To make matters worse, I encountered problems accessing a game two weeks ago and had to buy a $14.99 monthly plan to watch it. Strangely, the Amazon-purchased plan does not appear on NFL+ when I log in, but the other two plans do. I'm having trouble finding any information, and NFL.com doesn't seem to offer customer service for their Fantasy Football product.
In my private league, two teams have the same record, and they haven't played each other yet. The league has ranked a team with fewer points as #1 over the team in the #2 position without any explanation or setting to address this scenario in the league settings/rules.

I have been trying to request a refund from NFL.com through the chat box without success. Every time I try, I receive an error message saying, "Oops, something went wrong, please try again later." I initially purchased NFL+ a few weeks ago in the hopes of watching live games, but I encountered issues where I couldn't access them. I upgraded to NFL+ Premium monthly but still couldn't watch live games. Finally, after upgrading to NFL+ Premium yearly, I was able to access the live games, but only on my home office screen, not on my Samsung TV where I usually watch streaming services like Prime and Netflix. Since I don't have cable, I wanted to explore NFL+ as an alternative but the limited accessibility is disappointing. Despite my efforts with Peacock, TV channels, Fubo, and NFL+, I couldn't get it to work properly. I appreciate the option for refunds in cases like this.
