I bought NFL Plus to stream games on my phone while working second shift every Sunday. Despite multiple attempts on my Android A-21, I can't watch the games as it keeps asking me to sign into a TV provider. I've been unable to do so and haven't been able to use the service. I have an NFL+ subscription and can skip ahead by 10 seconds on the computer and phone apps, but on the television app, it only allows me to skip 30 seconds which is too long. There doesn't seem to be an option to adjust this setting in the menus. It's frustrating when trying to watch replays on the TV. Is there a way to change this default setting?

What is happening in the Vikings-Colts game? Do I need to initiate a class-action lawsuit? How can the referees consistently make terrible calls that negatively impact the Vikings without anyone in New York reviewing this game stepping in to address this apparent corruption? I sense foul play, no pun intended. If headquarters does not provide a reasonable explanation for this injustice, someone needs to be held accountable. The Vikings secured a victory despite unfair treatment; an explanation and an apology are warranted.

I have attempted to access my NFL.com account on various Windows computers without success to watch or listen to replays. The only successful access I have is on my phone, which is not ideal for viewing. The error message "Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information)" constantly pops up. Despite clearing caches and cookies, the issue persists. The performance of NFL.com is subpar and needs enhancements to provide a better user experience. Email: [redacted]

I ordered 2 Kansas City Chiefs recliner covers, order #[redacted]-[redacted] on January 7, [redacted]. The delivery was scheduled for January 14th at my street address, but it never arrived. Upon checking the tracking, I found out it was sent to the post office as I did not provide a box number, only a street address. Visiting the post office on January 14th, I was informed it was returned to the sender. Contacting customer service, I tried to have it resent, but they mentioned they were unable to do so. The representative assured me a refund within ten days. I'm quite disappointed and would appreciate an explanation for why it couldn't be resent. Thank you in advance for your response.

Outlook has blocked my email address, which I used to register for Gamepass. I no longer have access to this email and I forgot my password. This means that NFL Support needs to update my email address to my new active one so I can receive instructions on changing my password and log in again. I have auto-renewal, but I can't resolve this on my own in this situation.

I'm facing an issue with my email address "[redacted]" being banned by Outlook. As a result, I have no access to this email anymore. Additionally, I have forgotten my password for the game pass. The NFL support team needs to update my email address to "[redacted]" so I can receive instructions on how to reset my password and log in again. I rely on autorenewal, but without the email address change, I am unable to resolve this on my own.

Regarding order #21-7[redacted], I bought a jacket for my nephew in Germany. Unfortunately, after wearing it only once, two of the button closures are missing. I have documented this with pictures. I am kindly asking for a suitable refund as I will incur costs to repair the jacket, and it is not feasible for me to return it from Germany. This situation is truly disappointing. I have the NFL Network via Xfinity in Indiana. I attempted to watch a Chicago Bears pre-season game on August 12th at 1:00 PM on channel [redacted]. Despite the pre-game disclaimer, I received a program on Brett Favre and Vince Lombardi instead of the Bears game. The previous night, I tried to watch the Green Bay Packers but got the Buccaneers and Steelers game instead. Xfinity has been unable to resolve the issue, and I am unable to contact the NFL Network directly. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Subject: Refund Request I recently signed up for a 7-day trial for $6.99 yesterday and I wasn't charged. However, today, on 8/12/23, I mistakenly signed up for a free 7-day trial for $14.99 and was charged, which was not my intention. Could you please refund me the $16.25, including taxes, which was charged to my bank account? I am on a limited budget due to being disabled, and this was an error on my part as I believed I was signing up for the 7-day trial. I am the commissioner of two fantasy football leagues. Some of my managers were experiencing login issues. Unfortunately, I accidentally deleted my NFL.com account associated with "[redacted]" and created a new one with the same email. I have been managing these leagues for 11 years and we have a draft coming up in 3 weeks. I urgently need help accessing my commissioner privileges as the drafts approach. One league, "D-DDOG CUZZ SOUTHSIDE FANTASY FOOTBALL LEAGUE," has been running since [redacted] in memory of a departed friend, and the other league is called "SIDE HUSTLE." Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I was looking for a streaming service to watch a pre-season football game on August 12, [redacted]. I did not sign up due to fees. However, today I noticed a $46.65 charge from NFL Enterprises LLC on my credit card via PayPal. I did not authorize this transaction. I contacted PayPal, and Rachelle, the agent, initiated a dispute for the charges. She also canceled any future charges. I do not want to be subscribed by default or through any tactics, so I have requested to avoid any further charges or subscriptions.

I currently reside in Australia, and I'm disappointed with the transition of NFL GamePass to the DAZN platform. The service quality has decreased compared to what I've experienced in previous years, despite assurances of the same service at the original subscription price. One significant issue is the delay in game replays. I rely on accessing games a few hours after they end due to the time difference. However, the first game of the year (KC vs Detroit) is still unavailable for replay on DAZN, even though it's been well over 24 hours. Previously, games were accessible immediately after they finished. I've expressed my dissatisfaction to DAZN, but they indicated that it's the platform's standard procedure. I wanted to contact the NFL directly to voice my concerns about this change upsetting NFL fans. I attempted to email Roger Goodell at [redacted], but the email bounced. I don't expect a resolution, but I want the NFL to understand the dissatisfaction among NFL customers and take action to address it.

I am having trouble accessing my account on nfl.com. I have a subscription to NFL+ Premium for the entire year, but I am unable to log in using my old password. I tried to reset my password, but I am still unable to access my account or watch any of the games I paid for. I am frustrated because I cannot seem to reach a customer service representative to help resolve this issue. At this point, I am considering requesting a refund for the subscription.

The decision to move Sunday Ticket to YOUTUBE TV has been incredibly disappointing. After 25 years, being required to navigate unfamiliar streaming services has made the experience frustrating. Losing Game Day Mix only adds to the frustration. YOUTUBE TV's constant sign-up prompts and confusing navigation have made NFL Sundays less enjoyable. Thankfully, I was able to start a 7-day Free Trial, but it seems we may resort to watching games at a local bar again. It's truly disheartening to see a once good thing ruined.

I am frustrated with major networks as they seem to focus only on the east coast. I want to watch the Browns vs. Bengals game this week, but all that is being offered are east coast games. It is disappointing that they are not considering fans from other parts of the country who also want to see replays of their games. This lack of consideration is upsetting.

Last year ([redacted]), I canceled my account and disabled auto-renewal. Despite this, I have been charged $99.99 this year without authorization. I have been unsuccessful in accessing my old account to resolve this issue. I am seeking a refund for the unauthorized charge as I no longer wish to keep this subscription. If I cannot resolve this soon, I will contact my bank to dispute the charge. As of now, my attempts to access the old account to cancel the subscription have been futile. I request the account to be closed and a refund of $99.99 to be processed.

I'm trying to watch football on Sundays. I want to watch my local team and any nationally televised games. NFL Plus offers only recaps on phone or tablet. NFL Sunday Ticket is available on YouTube, but do I need to subscribe to YouTube TV? I don't want to see all the games as it's too expensive. NFL Plus Premium seems reasonably priced at $14.95 per month. I'm unsure if I can watch it on my TV and view the games. It's confusing for the average football fan. I need assistance in choosing the right option.

In April [redacted], I cancelled my NFL Plus subscription. However, on 9-12-23, I was auto-renewed and charged $99.99. I have been trying to cancel and request a refund but have been unsuccessful. When I reach out to their bot or email service, I receive automated replies instructing me to log in to my account and cancel from the "manage subscriptions" section. Since I had deleted my account, I reinstated it, but when I try to access "manage subscriptions," I encounter an error message. I have sent a screenshot of the error message to the NFL Plus bot and also emailed it to their customer service team. Unfortunately, I continue to receive the same automated response directing me to "manage subscriptions."
