I am a subscriber of NFL+ through Roku. However, I have been experiencing issues with double billing from NFL+. This has occurred five times this season, resulting in an overcharge of $80. Despite having an active NFL+ account and paying these extra charges, my access through Roku has been cut off by NFL+. Despite efforts from Roku customer service, the issue has not been resolved, and I am unable to access NFL+ on my TVs. My bank is investigating these charges. NFL+ has taken two monthly payments this month and is still denying me access to games. I am requesting a refund from NFL+ and asking to restore my ability to watch football with my NFL+ subscription on Roku.

I wanted to watch playoff games on my computer. Prior to signing up, I checked the NFL+ site to see if I could use my computer to watch games. The NFL site indicated that I could sign up using my computer, so I did. However, I am currently unable to watch any playoff games. It would greatly benefit customers like myself if real-time customer service were available for assistance. I find it frustrating that there is a lack of customer service on this site, and I am disappointed in corporate America once again. It seems that the company's focus on profit outweighs my wish to watch a playoff game.

I have been struggling to cancel my NFL Plus subscription for several months now. Unfortunately, I have not been able to reach a customer service representative to assist me. The process seems impossible. I own a Roku TV and was provided with a code that directed me to sign up for NFL Plus monthly, however, I do not see the subscription on my TV. Despite having an account with NFL, I am unable to cancel the subscription. Whenever I try to manage my account, an error message pops up saying "oops there seems to be a problem. Try again later." I am frustrated with the situation as they continue to charge me. I hope to find a solution soon.
