Hello, I am extremely disappointed with your service, particularly the delivery service. I placed an order on September 20th with a delivery date of September 30th. However, to date, I have not received any updates on the delivery. I have already paid around [redacted] for this product and an additional [redacted], but Myntra's service has been unresponsive to my inquiries. According to the tracking information, all the products were out for delivery as of September 29th, but I have not heard anything since. It seems like I have lost my money, and I intend to file a complaint. Despite trying to reach your customer care services, I have not been successful. This has been the worst service experience I have ever encountered. I no longer wish to receive the products. Please cancel the items that have not been delivered and refund my payment or keep it. Thank you.

On September 29, [redacted], I placed an order on Myntra for 5 tops and 1 suit, paying a total of 3.5K. Unfortunately, I received a message that the order could not be placed, prompting me to make a second payment of 3.6K to successfully complete the order and received an order number from Myntra. Upon contacting my bank for a refund of the initial 3.5K payment, I was informed that Myntra had already claimed the amount. I kindly request assistance in addressing this issue and initiating the refund process. Thank you.

I faced an issue with a Myntra delivery agent who refused to take back an unwanted product, even though Myntra has an easy returns policy. This has happened before, and the delivery agent has been consistently rude in other situations as well, such as demanding online payment when not given exact change and refusing to accept returns for partial orders. I am dissatisfied and request immediate action or assurance that such behavior will not be repeated. My order number is [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted], and the delivery agent's name is Mr. Chetan. I would appreciate a resolution or a change in the delivery agent handling my future orders.

I made a purchase on Myntra on October 1, [redacted], for Rs [redacted]. The amount was deducted from my bank account, but the order does not show in my Myntra account. The transaction Id for the payment is [redacted]9 Txn#[redacted]49. After speaking with a Myntra customer service representative, I was advised to place a new order as the original one was canceled. I was told to wait 48 hours for refund details, but have not received any updates. I am now unable to reach customer service. Please assist me in getting a prompt refund as I am unable to contact Myntra for help.

On October 2nd, [redacted], I received the incorrect product from your company. Upon opening the package, I realized it was not the item I had originally ordered. I promptly initiated a return request. Today, your delivery person came by around 8 pm to collect the product. However, later in the evening, I received an email stating that the product did not pass the quality check. I had returned the product with all the tags intact and had not even used it. I am perplexed as to why my return request is being held up. I kindly request assistance with this matter.

Hello, I recently ordered footwear, but unfortunately, the pair I received is a size too big. I promptly requested an exchange online before realizing there was a small stain underneath one of the shoes. When the delivery person came, they refused to exchange the item due to the stain, even though the footwear was unused. I had already submitted a request to exchange for the correct size when I received the delivery. Can you please assist me with this situation? I am disappointed in the way this has been handled and hope we can resolve this quickly. Thank you.

Hello, I am disappointed with the recent delivery experience I had with my order. I had purchased it for my mom's birthday, and unfortunately, it did not arrive on the specified date. I have received deliveries correctly to the same address before, so I am confused why this time was an exception. I am considering returning my previous purchase if this issue is not resolved promptly. I kindly request for the same order to be delivered at the same price as a replacement. I recently ordered the Red Tape Men Black Walking Shoes (Order no.: [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]) from your store, with the expected delivery date being the 13th of October [redacted]. However, I received a notification this morning that the package would be delivered today. Sadly, the designated delivery center is closed for Durga Puja Holidays, leading to the package not being delivered and likely being returned to you. The center remains closed until the 9th of October. I kindly request that you reschedule the delivery for any date after the 9th of October, excluding Sundays. Thank you for your understanding. Hi, I recently requested a return for the "Studio Rasa - Maroon printed kurta with trouser" due to a size issue. The scheduled pickup date was on October 8th, but I overlooked it and placed the item for return. Unfortunately, someone mistakenly removed the transparent polythene with the order number and the price tag from the dress while it was in a Myntra packet. Despite this, I still want to return the unworn and unwashed dress. I have all the necessary email and order documentation as proof. Hello, this is Ruchi Gupta. I placed an order for some products on September 29th with the expectation of delivery by October 2nd. However, the products did not arrive on time. I logged a complaint on October 4th, and a Myntra agent assured me that I would receive the products by October 7th. It is now October 8th, and I have yet to receive the items. Hello, I recently purchased a pair of Roadster shoes and a Roadster sweatshirt from Myntra. My order number is [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. The delivery dates for the items were different than what was promised. The sweatshirt was supposed to arrive on the 6th of October but came a day late on the 7th. The Roadster shoes, however, were scheduled for delivery on the 7th and have not arrived yet. I am disappointed that the delivery dates were not met. The status of the shoes shows they have not even been shipped, it only shows they are packed in the dispatch warehouse. This was my first order with Myntra, and I chose it for its quality. I am uncertain if my undelivered package will arrive. I reached out to Myntra's customer service by phone but did not receive a satisfactory response. I am disappointed with the service I have received.

Hello, I made a purchase on Myntra on September 29th, and the website shows that it was delivered on October 6th. However, I have not received my order nor received any call from Myntra's delivery service. I only received an email stating that the order was delivered. I have been in touch with customer care, but they insist that the delivery has been confirmed. I have been explaining that I did not receive anything, and they keep asking for 24 hours to look into it. I either want the missing items to be delivered or a refund.

Hello, I placed an order with Myntra on September 29th, and according to their website, it was delivered on October 6th. However, I didn't receive the order or any notification from Myntra's delivery team. I only received an email stating the order was delivered. I have been in touch with customer care, but they informed me yesterday that the delivery was confirmed. I explained that I hadn't received anything, and they mentioned needing 24 hours to investigate the issue further.

My husband placed an order for an Amazfit Verge Lite on September 29th. Initially, the delivery date was set for October 7th, but it changed to the 8th. Today is October 9th, and I have yet to receive the product. The order page states that it arrived at the delivery center in Dexter Lake Town on October 7th, which is close to my home. I was expecting my order to arrive on the 7th or 8th of October. However, on the 6th of October, I missed a call regarding the delivery as I wasn't at the specified address. I tried to contact the delivery person, but he declined to provide information. Today, I received a message from Myntra assuring me that I would receive my order, but it hasn't arrived. Just now, I got a notification stating that Myntra is unable to deliver my order. I'm confused about the situation and would appreciate some assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

Hi, I'm Gopika Anil. Today, I received a reshipped product from Myntra that did not pass the quality check. However, the item I received was different from what was supposed to be sent. The original product was a Roadster Women's Black & White Shirt costing Rs.[redacted].90, but I received a Women's Pink Solid A-Line Top priced at Rs.[redacted].35, even though the original item had been picked up and refunded. How can I resolve this issue? Who should I contact to get this sorted out?

I purchased a set of three camisoles with designer v-neck, wide straps, and scalloped trim for my daughter, but received items with plain necklines and transparent straps. Despite placing a return request, the pickup service provider was not allowed to accept the return due to the mismatch in products. If Myntra had reviewed my return reason, they would have observed that I was expecting a mismatch as the reason for return. Receiving an incorrect product has been frustrating since the beginning. I am requesting a seamless return process for this item and a prompt refund.

It included three items: 1) Anouk Women Teal Blue Printed Kurta with Palazzos 2) HRX by Hrithik Roshan Women Grey Melange Slim Fit Solid Cropped Lifestyle Joggers 3) Mast & Harbour Men Maroon & White Regular Fit Printed Casual Shirt The first two items matched what I ordered, but the third item was incorrect. Instead of the Mast & Harbour Men Maroon & White Regular Fit Printed Casual Shirt, I received a black and blue T-shirt that seemed used and had the Mast & Harbour tag forcibly attached. I requested a return immediately upon receiving the wrong product. However, the delivery agent refused to pick up the item, insisting I return the correct product which I never received. Despite multiple calls to customer care over the past five days, the return pickup has not been successful due to a repeated misunderstanding. I receive messages daily about the pickup, but it always fails without any attempt to contact me.

The parcel arrived on time, but unfortunately, the item I received was not as expected. This was my first experience with Myntra, and it will be my last. It seems that there was a lack of quality control before dispatching the goods, as the issue with the product is quite evident. I usually prefer shopping on Amazon, but this time I decided to give Myntra a try, and I regret my decision. The shoes I ordered for a special occasion arrived with fungus, making them unwearable. I ordered a Nayo maroon printed A-line Kurta, but instead, received a black and white printed Kurta, which is incorrect. I initiated a return request but the person who came for the pickup on 09/10/19 declined to take it back, stating it was not the maroon color as ordered. Despite having all the original packaging and tags, the return was not accepted. Now, I am receiving messages stating that the Kurta failed a quality check, which is confusing as it has not been used. I request clarification on this matter.
