Subject: Urgent Refund Concern with Myntra Hello, I have been facing difficulties reaching the Myntra team for the past week regarding Return Number [redacted] and a refund of INR [redacted]. On multiple attempts to call, I received a message about all executives being busy. Despite receiving refunds for 6 out of 7 orders, one refund is still pending, as confirmed by the bank. I was previously informed that the refund had been processed. I kindly request immediate attention to this matter. I expect the refund by Monday to avoid further escalation. Thank you.

Dear Sir/Ma'am, I recently ordered shoes from Mactree for ₹[redacted]. Upon receiving the package on April 15th, I noticed it was unusually light. Despite trusting Myntra's packaging, I discovered the product was missing when I opened it. When attempting to contact the delivery agent, their phone was off. After speaking with your colleagues, they advised me to wait three days. However, after no response, I contacted Myntra again, only to have my complaint declined. Despite explaining my situation, I was cut off. As a student, I had to borrow money from my mother for this birthday purchase. I have tried reaching out to customer care with no luck. I recently purchased an Adidas bag from Myntra, but I am disappointed with the poor quality. The bag appears to be a cheap imitation and cannot even hold my MacBook or camera as advertised. The images and videos on the website showcased a high-quality product with a different texture and color, but what I received is of low quality and in an off-white shade. I attempted to contact the customer helpline for assistance, but unfortunately, no one responded with a satisfactory solution. I am unhappy with this experience as a first-time customer who trusted Myntra. I spent [redacted] rupees on a product that does not meet my expectations. I recently ordered the Inc 5 Women Brown Cut-Out Wedges. Unfortunately, I was dissatisfied with the product quality and fit. Upon receiving the order, I promptly requested a return with number [redacted]. I am surprised that my return was not picked up and instead put on hold, despite being unused with intact tags. The product was in the same undamaged condition as when it was delivered. The individual who came to collect the return was rude and confrontational, which was very unpleasant. As a loyal and frequent shopper at Myntra, I was disappointed by this poor level of service. I hope for a swift resolution to this matter and a full refund upon the pickup of my return. Dear Customer Service, I recently purchased two kurtas from Libas under order No.[redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted] and one kurta from Yuris under order No.[redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted] on Myntra. Unfortunately, none of the kurtas fit me. I mistakenly returned all three kurtas in the same manner they were received - two Libas kurtas in one pack and the Yuris kurta in another. Your picker collected the two packets from me. Now, I realize that I only needed to return the Libas kurtas and exchange the Yuris kurta. The picker informed me that he only received two kurtas in two different packets, which seems incorrect as he should have received all three kurtas if he had taken two packages. Kindly investigate this matter in your storeroom and provide a resolution. Thank you for your assistance.

After a reassessment, I realized I only needed to exchange one kurta, not return it. The picker only acknowledged receiving two kurtas in two different packets, which is odd since he should have received three kurtas if he picked up two packets. I kindly request a thorough check in your storeroom to resolve this issue promptly.

Hello, I recently ordered an Amante product for Rs. [redacted].76 on the 24th of this month through myntra, but the order was unexpectedly cancelled on the 25th. Despite receiving numerous promotional messages about 'jaw-dropping' offers, this time I only received an email notification about the cancellation. The reason provided by customer service was a special character in my address, although I did not make any changes to my default address used in previous successful orders. As a customer who invests time in hunting for the best deals, I am disappointed and seeking a resolution to this issue. I request two things to be done: 1. Allow me to reorder the same product at the same price. 2. Transfer the total amount from my myntra credit to my bank account, closing my account for good. I hope for a swift resolution. I recently requested an exchange for my GAP men’s jeans. Unfortunately, I faced an issue as the item didn't have the price tag attached. I reported this to customer care, but it has been over two weeks, and I still haven't received the exchanged jeans. Every day, I receive a message stating that the jeans are out for delivery, yet they never arrive. I even tried contacting the delivery person, but my calls go unanswered, and now the phone appears to be switched off. The two messages I receive daily are: 1. "Out for exchange: Your exchange order for GAP Men Blue Stretch [redacted] S... is expected to be delivered by our Style Delivery Agent (Ph No.: [redacted]) by end of the day. Please hand over the original item at the time of delivery." 2. "Exchange order undelivered: We were unable to deliver your exchange order for GAP Men Blue Stretch [redacted] S.... We will attempt again." Please ensure the correct product is delivered promptly. The prolonged delay is becoming very frustrating.

I ordered three jeans, but I only received two and was charged for three. My order consisted of two Roadster jeans and one Flying Machine jean, totaling Rs.[redacted]. The item was delivered on 19th April but unfortunately, I found the fitting uncomfortable and requested a return. I received a message from Myntra informing me that my order would be delivered today along with the agent's contact information. Having an urgent meeting in another state tomorrow, I waited eagerly for the delivery. However, after half a day of waiting, upon contacting the agent, I was informed that my order was received by mistake and could not be delivered to my location. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue with Myntra's customer service, they could not deliver the order today, leaving me in a difficult situation as I have to leave early tomorrow for a week and needed the dress for my trip. Unfortunately, due to unresponsive customer care after 8 pm, I am unable to cancel the order at this time.

I placed an order for a t-shirt on April 29 with an expected delivery on May 3, but it has not been delivered yet. I have contacted customer service multiple times but have not received a satisfactory response. The delivery agent I spoke with disconnected the call on me twice, which is unacceptable. I am requesting a written apology from the agent and for strict action to be taken. Is this the level of service expected from Myntra? This was my first time shopping with Myntra, and I had a negative experience. While I can understand delays, this was for a birthday gift that was supposed to arrive yesterday. Unacceptable behavior from the delivery agent.

For the past 3 to 4 weeks, I have encountered issues with receiving a refund for money that was deducted during a money transfer related to a promotion I participated in. The transfer attempts often fail, resulting in deductions rather than refunds. Currently, my balance shows a deduction of 36,[redacted] Rs and a winning amount of 75,[redacted] Rs. After visiting Myntra's Gurgaon office twice and communicating with 3 to 4 executives, Mr. Raghav has been assisting me for the past 20-25 days (Phone no. - [redacted]). While Mr. Raghav informed me that a direct transfer to my account is problematic, he has requested a check be issued to me from the Bangalore Head Office. I seek prompt resolution to this matter due to the significant amount of money involved and my urgent need for the funds.

I purchased a dress that is too large for me. Unfortunately, I bought it under a non-returnable policy, however, exchanges are not possible at my current address. Since all my relatives reside in the same town, exchanging it there is not an option. According to your guidelines, if a product is non-returnable and exchanges are not feasible, then returning it for a refund should be allowed. Kindly, I request that you initiate a return process for me.

Hello, I am very disappointed with the delivery service. A part of my order has not been delivered yet. When I placed my order, the delivery date was stated as the 5th of May. Since I was leaving India on the 10th, I placed the order accordingly. However, when my departure date arrived, the item was not delivered as promised. If I had known earlier, I would not have placed the order at all. I specifically need my order, the pink jacket, to be delivered today. Otherwise, I will not use your app again. I am eagerly awaiting your prompt response.
