I placed an order for a watch on Myntra and received it on January 29, [redacted]. The order number is [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. Initially, I attempted to make a payment via card, but it failed. I was instructed to use Google Pay instead, which amounted to [redacted].02 INR. However, despite the failed card transaction, the money was debited from my account. Myntra assured me that the bank would refund the money, so I proceeded to pay through Google Pay. It has now been over two months since the incident, and I have yet to receive my refund, essentially resulting in double payment.
I reached out to your delivery personnel, Manjunath ([redacted]), who gathered information regarding my bank transactions and order, but there has been no response since. I possess all the necessary transaction details for both payments and urge prompt assistance in resolving this matter. The Google Pay details are under the name Nasreen Banu ([redacted]), and the card payment details show an approved charge of 1,[redacted].00 INR on January 29, [redacted].
I request a reimbursement for one of the transactions made to Myntra, as it should be verifiable how many payments were processed on that particular day. Manjunath liaised with a team member who pledged the refund, but it has not been actioned yet.

I recently ordered an INVICTUS navy printed slim fit ethnic bandhgals blazer from the Myntra mobile app on 03/19/[redacted]. The blazer arrived on 03/20/[redacted], with noticeable shoulder holes indicating a defect. After contacting Myntra customer care, a return request was accepted. However, during the return process, the delivery boy, identified as Pawan, behaved unprofessionally and refused to take back the defective item, despite multiple attempts. I wanted to share my experience with Myntra. I recently ordered footwear, but it didn't meet my expectations, so I returned it for Myntra credit. When I tried to use the credit for a new purchase, I faced issues during checkout. The delivery person also declined to deduct from my credit on delivery. I placed an order on March 30, [redacted] with order ID: [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. My order arrived on April 4, [redacted], but to my dismay, the box was empty. Instead of the product I purchased for Rs. [redacted], I received two small 10ml products. I am disappointed and frustrated with Myntra as there is no customer care support available for me to address this issue. I believe it would be more logical to mark the product as "out of stock" if it cannot be provided, rather than delivering an empty parcel after payment. Unfortunately, the product is unreturnable, leaving me with no choice but to keep the empty box and suffer a loss of Rs. [redacted]. I accidentally ordered the same product, the Biotique Advanced Ageless Bx Cellular Cream, twice. The first order, under number [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted], was received on April 4th. The second order with ID [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted] was mistakenly delivered on April 6th. Despite attempting to refuse the delivery, the delivery person insisted I accept it and arrange a return through the Myntra app later. Hello,
I placed an order for 23 items under order number [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. The seller mistakenly sent only one quantity for products that had 2 to 3 quantities. I urgently need this order by April 8th to send it abroad to my son. After facing delays, I had to cancel and reorder three shorts hoping for a faster delivery. I contacted Myntra to expedite the shipment for me. I feel frustrated as Myntra seems unconcerned about their mistake in the initial order and the urgency of my situation. I ordered an Ishin yellow and black kurta set with Order ID [redacted] on April 4th. I received it on the 8th but had to return it due to a size issue. In the return request, I mentioned that the price tag was missing from the product. However, the delivery boy refused to accept the return because the tag was missing and he claimed not to have received any message about it.

I recently received my order of Locomotive shirts with order number [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. Unfortunately, the shirt I received was defective, with stickers on it. I initiated a return request immediately. However, when the Myntra associate came for the pickup today, they refused to take the item back, stating that I needed approval from Myntra to proceed with the return or my payment would be held. I wish to return the product and receive a refund.
Earlier today, on 10-04-[redacted], I received a message stating that the product would be picked up on or before 17-04-[redacted]. I am hopeful that the issue will be resolved satisfactorily once the payment is refunded.

The order details state that the products were delivered on April 2 and April 8, but I have not yet received them. Despite Myntra's usual 30-day return policy, this item has a new 7-day return policy. Unfortunately, I am experiencing issues with my app, which is preventing me from returning it within the given time frame. Order number [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]: I received the LIBAS Women Purple Printed Straight Kurta in the wrong size, XS instead of L, and the Vishudh Women Coral & Gold-Toned Printed Kurti arrived damaged with burnt holes in front and back. I was out of town when the items were delivered at the end of February [redacted] and only checked them yesterday, April 15th. I can send photos as proof. Kindly arrange to collect the incorrect/damaged items from the delivery address and replace them with the correct size or undamaged items, as requested. Thank you.

I would like to address my recent order of the "Invictus black charcoal trouser." Despite placing the order a month ago and receiving it promptly within 3-4 days, I was dissatisfied with the item's quality and its appearance on me. Consequently, I decided to request a return within 10 minutes of receipt.
However, my attempts to return the item have been constantly thwarted. I have submitted the return request over 10-15 times, only to have it cancelled within 24-36 hours by unknown individuals. This experience is perplexing and frustrating, especially since I have been a loyal customer of Myntra, often choosing it over competitors like Flipkart and Amazon.
Even after engaging with customer service representatives, including senior executive Prabhjeet, on multiple occasions, the issue remains unresolved. Their promises to assist me with the return have not yielded any results, as each request made is inexplicably cancelled within a day. This situation is immensely disappointing, and it has soured my opinion of Myntra and its customer service.
I have attached several screenshots and product images for your reference. I sincerely hope that my issue can be addressed promptly, as every customer's satisfaction should be valued. Prior to this incident, I was a content Myntra customer, and I hope to regain that trust in your services.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the delivery service. I placed an order for a United Colors of Benetton backpack on 13/4/19 with a promised delivery date of 16/4/19, which I was notified of via text message. However, the delivery boy consistently called me during my busy hours in the afternoon, resulting in the item remaining undelivered. Despite providing an alternative contact number for the delivery, the delivery boy continued to call me directly. When I attempted to address this issue with the delivery boy, he responded rudely and abruptly. I would appreciate if the product could be delivered promptly today, and an apology from the said delivery person, Mazar Khan. If this matter is not resolved satisfactorily, I will be compelled to reconsider using Myntra in the future and will convey my negative experience on various platforms. Thank you.

I lodged a complaint about my ikonic dryer order missing items. I called on the 13th right after delivery, and was asked to wait for an update by the 17th, but I have not received any response as of the 18th. I have been trying to reach the executives all morning, but no one is available to take my call. This situation is frustrating as I received an incomplete product. I need to return two packets of jeans that were ordered using different email addresses. When the delivery person arrived to collect the return packets, there was confusion because both orders had the same recipient name and address. The delivery person was unsure which packet to take and had to contact their office for clarification. Unfortunately, a mix-up occurred, and I mistakenly handed over the packet that was valued at 1900rs when the correct value was 714rs, which belonged to the other packet I wanted to return. Recently, a different delivery person came to collect the 1900rs packet, which was the correct one. I tried to give the 714rs packet, but it was not accepted. The issue now is that Myntra has received the 1900rs packet, and I have only received 714rs back in my account for the other packet.
