I signed up for Myheritage a while back and made sure not to subscribe to anything. Despite my efforts, I received a notification later about a €[redacted].58 charge for an annual subscription that I did not make. I did not receive any prior messages or emails about this. I am requesting an immediate refund and cancellation of the subscription.

I need assistance with my DNA tracking regarding kit MH-4AGT64. Upon reviewing the DNA results, the message indicates a mismatch between the biological sex detected and the gender provided during testing. I have verified that my gender is correctly set as female in my account. The notification advises reassigning the kit if it was used by someone else or ensuring the gender matches the biological sex for personal use. Dear Sirs, I recently received the two DNA packages I ordered from you. However, due to receiving multiple correspondences with names different from my initial name, NATHAN ALAN CURRIE, I have not opened the package. The name discrepancy, with emails addressed to CURRY, has left me dissatisfied. I kindly request a refund for the unopened DNA package. I am unable to reach you via phone due to the premium number charges. Could you please provide guidance on returning the unopened package for a refund? Thank you.

I ordered 2 MyHeritage DNA kits that didn't arrive initially. After contacting virtual customer support, I received replacement kits and was instructed to discard the original ones. Unexpectedly, the original kits arrived, but I had to pay 10 euros in import duty for them, which was frustrating since I was told they had been cancelled. However, I still haven't received the second set of tests. At this point, I simply want to cancel my order and receive a refund as I am dissatisfied with the company's service.

I signed up for MyHeritage.com to research my family name but didn't find what I needed. I wanted to cancel my subscription within the free trial period, but MyHeritage continued to charge me, even though they claimed they had canceled it. Their website doesn't specify the cost (around [redacted]€ per year). Also, I've been unable to delete my account as the site keeps showing errors. I only wanted to search for family information, not have a site created for me. What should I do next?

I am unable to access the member account as it has been disabled for potential misuse. If there are queries regarding this matter, please reach out to technical support through the "Contact" link provided at the bottom of the page. MyHeritage accounts are individual and should not be shared online. If you have been given another person's email and password, refrain from using them. Instead, register for your personal MyHeritage account which is simple, complimentary, and without advertisements.

I was advised to update the Family Tree Builder to address syncing issues with the online tree. These were the steps provided to check for updates: 1. Click on "Help" on the top menu bar. 2. Select "Check for updates...". However, I couldn't find the option to check for updates. Can someone please guide me on how to check for family tree updates? Thank you, Lew R.

Hello, I am a member of a website called Giraud (not related to me, just generously gifted me a DNA test and activated it for me at the end of [redacted]). In early [redacted], I lost access (Mr. Giraud manages it, I don't have a password in my name), I spent a lot of time with no results. I thought ordering a new DNA kit under my name would be simpler, with my email etc. I received the kit (2 days ago) and saw it needed activation. I went to the website (MyheritageDNA), entered my information, the kit's ID number, and suddenly couldn't proceed. Trying to go back to check for errors closed everything, taking me to the homepage. I tried re-entering the kit number but got a message it was already used. I believe more information needed to be provided. With effort to set a password, I succeeded and was surprised to find myself on the Giraud family page (yesterday). These tasks are not always easy for me, being elderly. I am searching for my biological parents as I was abandoned at birth and built a life under an identity. Maternal side is settled (a half-brother is on the Giraud site where I am registered). Now focusing on the paternal branch. I wish to leave Dominique Giraud's site and register under my identity to access my upcoming results (with the new kit). Thank you for your assistance.
