This is the third time I've had issues with a Motorola phone. It's frustrating to experience volume problems, service interruptions, and overall malfunctions, similar to the older Razor models. This ongoing problem with my three recent phones showcases a concerning pattern of built-in obsolescence. I hope for better quality products and improved customer service in the future.

Following the recent update, my Moto G Pure has become almost unusable. I reached out to customer support, and they mentioned that both Motorola and Google would need to collaborate to address the issue. After being directed to Google for further assistance, I had difficulty finding the right contact. Due to the phone's deteriorating condition, I had to resort to a factory reset. Despite backing up my data twice, upon restoring the phone, I found that my data was not retained, including crucial text messages needed for a court case. Post-reset, the phone's performance worsened significantly, with constant app crashes, screen freezing, pop-ups prompting to close programs, and overall instability. Before the update and reset, the only pop-up message I encountered related to the UI system. As a person with disabilities reliant on Social Security, I am unable to afford the software required to recover the lost messages. This situation is causing severe disruptions, and I am in urgent need of resolution. Considering these challenges, I may opt for a non-Motorola device like Samsung if it were financially feasible.

Motorola recently updated my phone to Android 12, and unfortunately, the performance has significantly declined. I have never experienced such poor service from any device before. I contacted my service provider, and they pointed fingers at Motorola, who then shifted the blame back to the provider. This back and forth is frustrating. It's time for consumers to unite and demand tech companies to prioritize customer service and privacy. We shouldn't tolerate being treated poorly. Just like the Budweiser incident, companies need to understand the power of consumer action. Imagine if everyone stopped using their phones for a couple of days – it wouldn't hurt us, but it would definitely make a statement. It's important for us, as consumers, to take a stand and drive the change we want to see. Let's move beyond our comfort zones and make changes for a better future for our children.

I recently bought the Motorola Edge 20 Fusion with Android version 12, build number S2RKS32.92-11-30-10. The phone has been so troublesome as I keep getting pop-up video messages every second since I purchased it. This issue is built into the handset and is consuming all my data. I have always been a loyal Motorola user since [redacted], but this problem is making me reconsider. I have to constantly keep the phone switched off to avoid the unwanted advertisements. These disruptions are affecting my professional relationships and causing me mental and financial distress. Please address this issue promptly, or I may have to involve the consumer court.

I am experiencing an issue with my Motorola [redacted] phone where there is no volume. I attempted to reset the phone to resolve this problem, but it has been stuck on the reset screen for hours now. Normally, this only lasts a few minutes, but this is the first time it has taken this long. I have tried different methods including those from YouTube, but none have been successful. My phone screen is broken, and now I can't access anything on it. I need access to my Gmail, Yahoo, and PayPal accounts. Unfortunately, I can't use the recovery emails on the same phone, as two-step verification is enabled. I have tried everything, but I can't get into my accounts. A friend lent me a temporary phone, and I had to create a new Google account. Can someone help me access my information on my primary phone, please?

Hello, I recently placed an order for a replacement stylus on the website. When UPS attempted to deliver the $19 item, they required a signature which caused the package to be held. Although the Motorola system shows it as delivered, UPS is still in possession of it. I find it frustrating that a signature is needed for such a low-value item. I appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you.

Dear Team, I purchased a MOTOROLA Envision [redacted] cm (43 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart Android TV with Bezel-Less Design, Google Voice Assistant, and Dolby Audio ([redacted]) (43UHDADMXSBE) from Flipkart on August 14, [redacted]. The display quality of the TV is extremely disappointing. Despite numerous technician visits, the issues persist. The problems include horrendous display quality, making it impossible to enjoy any content, and abysmal customer service from both Motorola and Flipkart. I have contacted support multiple times to no avail; even after confirming the display issue, my replacement request was denied. After sending numerous emails and waiting for 60 days for a resolution, there has been no progress. I have evidence of the poor performance and feel misled by the misleading product descriptions. Hello, I own a Motorola Moto Z Play and the Motorola Moto Z4. Since the end of [redacted], there have been no new developments in the Motorola Moto Z series. Can you explain this? We were expecting the release of a Motorola Moto Z5 with 5G capabilities, but there's been nothing. It almost feels like a betrayal! I've noticed that ever since you partnered with Lenovo, you only seem to release low-end phones that need replacing at the first sign of trouble. It seems like profitability is the only concern now that your phones are manufactured in China. Are you afraid of innovative phones like the Motorola Moto Z series?
