My brother and I have been staying for about * nights. The first room smelled like cat pee, giving me a headache. After changing rooms, we still haven't been upgraded but paid the regular rate. In our current room, we've been dealing with a constant stream of potato bugs, which is disgusting. The floor is soaked, and we've been using towels to wipe it up. The toilet has been overflowing, and when I asked for a plunger, the staff member was rude. There's no shampoo provided, and disruptive neighbors are a constant issue. I feel as a handicapped guest, I should at least be given a clean room, working toilet, shampoo, bug-free environment, quiet surroundings, and possibly reimbursed for the inconveniences. I believe these are reasonable requests. Thank you.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at a recent stay. I reserved a room at a motel and paid for amenities, including wifi, that did not work at all. When I reported the issue to the front desk, the staff member was dismissive. This lack of communication led to me losing my job. Additionally, the air conditioning was broken, causing the room to be uncomfortably hot and musty. I am seeking a refund as the hotel failed to deliver on promised services like functioning wifi and AC.

My wife stayed at Motel 6 in Turlock, California. Unfortunately, the shower backed up due to the adjoining room using it, making it unusable. When she reported the issue, the staff handed her a plunger and refused to change her room. We contacted support today, providing the reference number [redacted]. I shared photos through guest relations to address the problem. Now, the motel is placing her on a "do not rent" list and asked her to leave the premises. They even advised against reaching out to the corporate office, stating it was their decision to allow her to stay or not.

I stayed at the hotel for three nights, but when I tried to pay for a fourth night, I was informed that I was on a Do Not Rent list for a traffic violation, which I believe is incorrect. I had to leave temporarily to another county for a housing voucher, and now that I'm trying to pay for another night, I can't reach anyone to assist me. I was advised to speak with the manager after 11:00, and have been calling the front desk without any answer while my belongings are still in the room. I am worried about losing my things, and I am currently on my way back. I hope to resolve this situation promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I'm staying at Motel 6 in Palmdale, CA and I would like to speak with the highest-ranking manager. During checkout, the manager accused me of causing disturbances without any valid reasons. I feel unfairly treated as I am homeless, staying on a voucher, and haven't had any unauthorized guests in my room. The manager has been unresponsive and quick to assume blame on me for issues like traffic and disturbances caused by individuals I did not invite. I have reported incidents of harassment and vandalism to the front desk, including a troubling incident where a homeless individual tried to damage my door. I need to address these concerns with the manager in charge promptly.

There is a leak in my bathroom ceiling, and I discovered a used condom in the bathroom. When I spoke to the front desk agent, their response was unhelpful and rude. The agent accused me of trying to scam a room, barged in without permission, and took pictures of a spilled sauce on the bed instead of addressing the issues I raised. I am seeking a refund and concerned about what else might have been overlooked during the cleaning of the room.

During my recent five-day stay at Motel 6 in Nacogdoches, I encountered several issues that concerned me. I had to deal with the presence of five crickets in the room and even heard another one possibly hiding under the bed. Additionally, I noticed a small white worm near the door that would quickly disappear when the light was turned on. The Wi-Fi had frequent disconnections, which was especially frustrating over the weekend. Despite staying for three days, I did not receive towel service in the room. These experiences were surprising to me, as I am from Quebec, Canada, and have never encountered such situations in our country.

I made a reservation through booking.com on October 7, [redacted] at 8:30 am. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I encountered various issues with the room I booked. There was no hot water, the AC was not functional, and there was a lack of essentials such as toilet paper and towels. Furthermore, the room did not have the amenities I specifically requested, such as a refrigerator and microwave. Despite informing the front desk about these problems, no action was taken to address them. I am disappointed with the quality of my stay and believe that I should be relocated to a better room. Additionally, I feel that compensation in the form of a complimentary night or two would be appropriate considering the inconveniences I faced. I hope to receive a timely response to this matter. Thank you for your attention.

I booked a room at a local Motel 6 in Portland, Oregon through Expedia. I received an email from Expedia with their logo, which reassured me. Subsequently, I got another email supposedly from Motel 6, but it only had a generic symbol and did not mention the name of the motel. This discrepancy has caused me some concern, and I hesitated to open it, unsure if it was legitimate.

I stayed at the Macon, GA location recently. Upon check-in, their credit card machine was malfunctioning, so I had to pay in cash. The staff mentioned that they had recently taken over this branch. Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The room was not up to par - the floor was dirty, the TV didn't work, the sink leaked, AC was dusty, and the surrounding floor was also dirty. The walls had stains and there were bubbles in the paint under the sink indicating water damage. Moreover, the rust-covered toilet paper holder and the absence of towel rods were additional letdowns. I've taken pictures and I'm requesting a refund for this substandard accommodation.

I paid $[redacted] for a room infested with roaches. I had to keep the lights on to prevent them from crawling on me. The whole place was filthy from top to bottom. I couldn't shower due to the roaches in the tub and there was no shampoo. The sink was also clogged. This motel is the most disgusting I've ever visited. I had to park at the back and walk around the building to reach my room. The noise was unbearable, and the proximity to the freeway was too close. This place is not worth $[redacted], let alone $5. I plan to report this to code enforcement, the health department, OSHA, and any other necessary authority to have this place fined and shut down.

We encountered a box elder bug infestation in room [redacted], located in West Orange, known for these bugs. Though harmless to humans, they are toxic to animals. The bugs were all over the ceiling and the bed, which was extremely distressing. We requested a room change from the front desk due to the situation. To resolve this ongoing issue, we need to discuss with a manager or director to prolong our stay for the entire week. The bugs seem to have migrated to other rooms as well, as we spotted them in a different room yesterday. We intend to inform the Director officially to secure an extended stay to address the bug issue before notifying other guests about this concern in a pet-friendly environment.
