Hello, I've been a Monese client for three years. Lately, I've been unable to access my account through the app on my phone. Unfortunately, after numerous attempts, I couldn't reach a real person to assist me. It's frustrating not being able to speak to an agent in English. I've emphasized the urgency of my issue but keep getting the same automated response to call a number. I'm disappointed in the customer service and still don't have access to my account through the app. Despite confirming there were no changes on my end, the problem persists. Good day, I have an issue with my card. Even though it has not expired, I received another card at home to activate. When trying on the app, I encountered difficulties so I had to order another card, which never arrived. Now, I am unable to request another card. Hello, 3 days ago my phone was stolen, and back in October, my passport was also stolen. Someone has gained control of my bank account through my stolen phone, and I also lost access to my email address which was linked to my bank account for login purposes. Although I remember my login password, I am currently unable to access and check my bank account. I signed up for a Monese Classic Account today on my Android tablet. Everything went well, and I was told I could use my virtual debit card until the physical one arrives by 8th February. I haven't made any transactions yet.
Later, I tried to set up my Monese Account on my Android phone. The setup was smooth, I verified the new device via email, and uploaded a selfie. However, I received a message saying my account was blocked and that I would receive an email with further instructions soon.
Could you please request Monese to send the email quickly? I plan to use the account next week. Thank you for your help.
