Hello, Following my visit to the police station regarding identity theft by a third party who used documents in my name to create accounts, I am inquiring if there is an account under my name. If so, I kindly request the complete deletion of the account, as I am not the author nor responsible for it. I am available for any information related to my request. However, I cannot answer any questions about an account I never created, nor a credit card. Please accept, my respectful greetings.

My bank account in the USA was hacked, and the money was transferred to Monese. Despite contacting my bank and emailing Monese, I have not received any assistance. The unauthorized transaction occurred on February 24th at 4 a.m. I am reaching out for help to identify the recipient account to resolve this issue. On May 3rd, I used my Monese card to pay £14.90 for TFL transport. Subsequently, I received three notifications for failed debit transactions. To rectify this, I had to top up my account. Then on May 4th, I took another TFL trip costing £4.80. I was surprised today, May 5th, when £14.90 was deducted from my account. Please help me reverse the overcharged fare. Thank you.

My cart is unexpectedly blocked, and I require my refund. While attempting to access the app, it prompts that an email has been sent, but I haven't received it. I've tried reaching out via email but haven't received any responses. Similarly, contacting through phone has led to no follow-up for over a week. As a single mother with 2 children facing financial difficulties, this £[redacted] is crucial for my older son's monthly lunch expenses. I am hesitant to involve the authorities, but the urgency of my situation necessitates a resolution. Kindly, please facilitate the refund process promptly.

I am currently stranded abroad after having my phone stolen in Mallorca. I have funds in my Monese Pot that I need to transfer to my Monese Current Account in order to pay for my hotel and flight back to the UK. Despite having Monese Priority Support, I have been unable to reach anyone by calling the number on the back of the card. The hotel has kindly extended my room for one more night, but I only have one hour to sort out the payment. I have tried emailing multiple times and using the live chat on the website, but I have not received a response. I truly need assistance, please.

I reside in Belgium and have an English Monese account. Unfortunately, my account has been blocked for security reasons, preventing access to my funds for the past two years. I have attempted to resolve this by providing another bank account for the transfer of my money as requested, but I have not received any responses to my emails. Despite receiving automated replies assuring that my request will be addressed, it has not been resolved. I simply wish for my funds to be transferred to my new account as I no longer require the Monese account. I've been experiencing difficulties accessing my Monese account due to not using it for a while. I attempted to log in after deciding to transfer some funds, but I forgot my passcode. I followed the instructions to change it, yet I keep getting prompted to verify and modify the passcode. I have decided to close this account and transfer all funds back to my Lloyds account. I find the process too troublesome and no longer wish to try accessing the account. - Patricia Y.

Hello, my name is Miss Brenda Casey. Over the August Bank Holiday, I received a phone call from a lady claiming I was entitled to a £[redacted] refund. After being on the phone for around 2 hours, the lady became agitated and convinced me to make a payment. Unfortunately, she managed to scam me out of £[redacted] by obtaining my passport details. I am in a vulnerable state due to my mental health and reliance on strong medication. I am seeking a refund for the £[redacted] I lost. Thank you.

My account with Monese got closed, and it had £[redacted]. Monese is my only bank account. I provided my cousin's bank details for the refund, but Monese said the account needs to be in my name. Hello, I'm Paride. I've had a banking account with Monese since [redacted]. Unfortunately, my account is currently blocked because the associated email expired a month ago. I recently signed up for a Monese account. Unfortunately, my phone stopped working before I received my card. When I got my new phone and installed the app, I realized my account was locked due to being accessed from another device within a few days of opening it. Hello, I recently blocked my account because I fell victim to a fraudulent loan scam. I mistakenly sent money to the scammer under a false name before realizing it was a scam. I immediately stopped communication with them to avoid further harm. To protect myself from these scammers, I requested a new card from the bank. However, I was surprised when Monesse blocked my account and sent me an email about it. I am upset and disappointed because I am unable to receive my benefit money in this situation. I hope to resolve this issue and have my account reinstated soon. Thank you for your assistance.
