I have lost count of how many emails I have sent to you. It has been 3 months since my account got blocked, and I still can't access it. I haven't received any updates or messages from you regarding the procedures. I need to retrieve my money that was deposited into my account. I also need to use my account to pay bills and buy necessities. It is inhumane to leave customers like this with blocked accounts and no information. I made a transfer from my Monzo account on Friday around 2:00 a.m., and for some unknown reason, it has been blocked. I provided evidence that it was my wages transferred from Monzo to Monese. Since then, the only available money was in my Monese account. I have found the wages I was paid into Monzo, transferred most of it to Monese, and now I have 50 euros on the other Monese card, plus 67 pounds in one of the pots, totaling [redacted] pounds plus 50 euros. I need that transferred to my Monzo account as soon as possible until the issue is resolved and hopefully unblocked. I have been with Monese for about four years.

Hello, my name is G. Andronache. Today, I transferred £10,[redacted] from my HSBC account to my Monese account to pay for a flat. I submitted all required documents to Monese, including pay slips from both me and my wife and proof of the transfer. However, Monese has blocked my account and is requesting additional information. Despite sending multiple emails, I have yet to receive a response, leaving me in a difficult situation as I cannot even transfer the money to another account for essential expenses like bills, food, and petrol. Feeling frustrated and desperate, I believe there should be some authoritative intervention, possibly from regulatory bodies like the courts or HMRC, to ensure the return of our funds. A week ago, my account was blocked soon after receiving a refund from a restaurant for a New Year's Eve party for three people. They requested some information and documents related to the refund, which I promptly provided. I am experiencing difficulties topping up my Monese account using my debit card. Despite numerous attempts over the past week, each transaction has been declined. Even though I am within the limits of my basic plan, I continue to face obstacles, and bank representatives, particularly Nikolai, have not been helpful. The monthly top-up limit is €[redacted], and I have only made €[redacted] in 3 separate transactions. Nikolai claims I have reached my monthly limit and should try again in April, despite my attempts to add funds in April, not March. With my account balance reduced to just €6, I am unable to meet my rent and grocery expenses. This afternoon, I received a call claiming to be from Monese Bank. The caller mentioned unauthorized account activity and instructed me to open the Monese app and confirm a prompt to secure my account. Unfortunately, £95.55 was deducted from my account. The caller assured me that I would receive an email with new account details and a refund within 30 minutes. It's now past 4:00 PM, and I am still waiting for any communication regarding this matter.

I recently made transactions from my business account to my husband's account a few days ago. Despite providing the necessary proof, the bank is requesting the same documentation repeatedly. I am self-employed and own a business named TOP LIMITED, from which the money was transferred. The attached PDF bank statement from TOP LIMITED shows the transactions. The £14,[redacted].00 sent to my husband, Khalil Pourkaram, was a loan for a car purchase. The remaining £4,[redacted].00 from the £18,[redacted].00 transferred were my personal savings in my Monese account prior to the car loan. My Monese account is used for personal savings and expenses. Please resolve this issue promptly, as the repeated requests are causing unnecessary delays in releasing my funds.

I've been waiting for over two months to unblock my account. I accidentally blocked it over the phone and have not received any response. I've sent several emails about this issue and my account check, which has been ongoing for a few months now. I cannot access either of them. This bank is the worst place to keep your money. Even though I have paid for the card, there is no security or opportunity to discuss my account. It takes months to receive a confirmation that my emails have been received. How can a bank not provide any other contact options for my money and details? This is unacceptable.
