I have had Minecraft Java Edition under my profile 'xtothezee' for eight years now. I am eligible for the Windows Edition as well. When attempting to redeem the code on the Mojang account website, it displays an error message stating they are temporarily out of gift codes for Minecraft for Windows 10. This message has been appearing for a while now, and I am uncertain if I will receive a code for the Windows 10 version. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I was fighting the Wither in a village about 80-[redacted] blocks away from my base when my screen froze, causing my character to die. Upon respawning, I ended up at the world spawn instead of the bed I had set, resulting in a frustrating situation. The Wither had disappeared and I had spent a lot of time gathering the necessary resources. Strangely, my inventory duplicated unexpectedly. Despite the issues, I managed to obtain an achievement (MCPE) and a Wither rose.

I recently opened Minecraft on my PS4 and noticed it has been updated. I encountered an issue when trying to access servers as it prompted me to log in with my Microsoft account. I successfully entered the code displayed on my screen, but upon clicking "sign in with a Microsoft account" in Minecraft, I received an error message stating: "Failed to login. We have tried to sign you in to your Microsoft account, but something went wrong." Despite completing the process on my computer without any issues initially, I am now facing this error on my PS4.

I am encountering a problem connecting with a friend on Minecraft Bedrock edition. Despite us both having the same game version and trying different solutions like reinstalls and game restarts, we are still unable to join each other's worlds. When my friend invites me, nothing shows up on my screen, and although I can invite them to my game, we cannot connect. This issue remains when they switch devices or turn off their console and come back later. Other friends have been able to join without problems, and online research has not provided any solutions.

I own Minecraft for PS4. Prior to the bedrock update, I had bought in-game content including Hunger Games maps. Unfortunately, after the update, I lost all the purchased items. I'm unsure if this loss will be converted into in-game currency or if a refund is possible for the total of $20 or more I spent on the content. I've reached out to Playstation and Microsoft support, but neither could assist me with this matter.

I own a PS4 and recently purchased clothing items for my custom character, including a blue top with a leather shoulder strap resembling armor and a free black t-shirt. Today, when I logged on, my character was deleted, and upon trying to remake it, I couldn't locate either top. Since the latest update, I've experienced numerous issues with this game, and I'm considering deleting it. Initially, I encountered difficulties signing in to my Microsoft account, which persists, and now items I purchased have vanished, causing frustration.

I have encountered a serious issue after updating our PS4 Minecraft to the bedrock version and transferring our world, which we have been building for 3 years in survival mode. Upon opening the world, I noticed that the trophies were disabled. Upon further investigation, I found a cheat option that was activated, although we never use cheats, and there was no warning that enabling cheats would disable trophies. Is there a solution to rectify this situation? After investing so much time in our world, the idea of not earning trophies and possibly having to start over is extremely disheartening. This is an adult account with no children involved, and it has not been tampered with or played online. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello! I recently purchased Minecraft for PC. However, after linking my main account to play on the Nintendo Switch, I am unable to view my Minecoins or previous purchases. Upon trying to log in again, the issue persists, and I notice a blue exclamation point on the Switch with a message stating, "This is not the primary account holder." The problem continues when I log back in on my PC, where I'm unable to see the [redacted]+ Minecoins I bought, as well as numerous world maps and skins. How can I resolve this issue?

On 10/12/19, I purchased Minecraft, and my mother checked the purchase history on the bank's website. It turns out that when I bought Minecraft, they charged me 3 times (if the game costs 23.95€, they charged me 71.85€). I tried to file a claim by email with Mojang but didn't receive a response. I prefer talking directly on the phone to feel more secure, so I can't wait any longer. Thank you.

I have been enjoying Minecraft for around seven years. However, lately, I have been experiencing random crashes when logging into my Xbox account to play the game. I tried deleting some worlds, but this solution only helped temporarily, and now with only four worlds left, the crashes persist. I was hopeful that the new bees update/1.14.0 would address this issue, but unfortunately, the problem continues even after five months. I am perplexed by these recurring crashes and would appreciate some assistance in resolving this issue.

Hello, in [redacted], I purchased the Java edition of Minecraft, but I haven't played it much since around [redacted]. Despite Minecraft selling over [redacted] million copies, I expected a quicker response than just an automated one promising to address the issue soon. I'm starting to get frustrated. I'm having trouble accessing my Minecraft account. I remember my username but can't recall the email and password linked to the account. I suspect I might have used my parents' email, which was deleted recently, causing the issue. I thought I changed the email and password to my own, but the system is not accepting them.

I recently made a purchase on the Minecraft store for PS4. After saving and exiting the world, I tried to access it again, but a message popped up saying the world was created using an unowned template. This is frustrating because I already paid $4 for it, and now I can't access it without repurchasing. I have proof of purchase and this situation is really bothering me. Please contact me via email to help resolve this. Thank you.

I have been playing Minecraft on PlayStation 4 since the recent update changed it to Bedrock Edition. For the past week, I didn't have any issues with logging into my Microsoft account. However, now the game is giving me an error message saying, "we tried to sign you in to your Microsoft account, but something went wrong."

I have encountered issues with the texture packs and skins I bought via my Xbox Live account related to the new cross-platform access feature. I was excited about this addition but now I am disappointed because even after updating my Mojang account and creating a Minecraft account, I cannot see or access the purchased skin packs and texture packs on the Pocket Edition of Minecraft. On my PS4 console, I can see and use the skin packs but not the texture packs. I have made these purchases and if there is no solution, I would like a refund of my minecoins. I really enjoy the game and I don't want these problems to continue. Please address the cross-platform usage of purchased items. My friend is facing the same issues, so I know it's not just me. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello,
I am Aleksandre K., a 14-year-old boy from the Republic of Georgia who is a passionate Minecraft player. Recently, I had the idea to write a novel about Minecraft, and I have completed nearly 50,[redacted] words or [redacted] pages. I have meticulously edited four final chapters and now seek an expert reader to evaluate my work. I have observed that most Minecraft novels are written by professional authors, whereas mine offers a unique perspective from a teenage gamer's point of view. The storyline is intricate with hidden references that encourage readers to make connections and learn valuable lessons. My goal is not only to engage fellow gamers but also to bridge the generation gap by helping parents understand their children's imaginative world. I intend to expand this story into a series and believe it has the potential to be a bestseller. I am hoping for a competent individual from Mojang to review the initial chapters and determine if the book has potential for official publication. If interested, please reach out to me via email at [redacted]

I'm currently trying to redeem Minecraft for Windows 10, which I bought in [redacted]. When I click the redeem button, an error pops up saying:
"Error! It seems like we are out of gift codes for Minecraft for Windows 10 at the moment. But more codes will be available soon. Please check back later!"
I'm unsure if there are genuinely no codes available now or if this is an issue on my side.

I am struggling to recall my security questions. Attempts to reset them have been unsuccessful. Mojang is not sending reset instructions to the email linked to my Mojang account, seemingly due to my account not being verified, as indicated on the Mojang support page. However, the security questions are required for verification. This issue arises as I aim to install Minecraft on a new computer.

After the most recent update for Xbox One on Minecraft, my game is stuck on the loading screen while my other games work fine. My dad has worlds he cares about, but he never got Xbox Live and is concerned about losing progress if we uninstall the game since it's stated that without Xbox Live, progress doesn't save to the cloud. Could this issue be related to the update?
