Two weeks ago, on my grandson's birthday, he received a Nintendo Switch along with a Mario Cars game. He used some of his birthday money to buy Minecraft and has been enjoying playing it. However, recently the Minecraft game started displaying an error message and shutting down consistently. Despite looking online for solutions, there doesn't seem to be a fix available. Nintendo suggested it could be an issue with the game or the device itself, and trying a different game like Mario confirmed this as Minecraft was the only one causing problems. We purchased the game at Target using his birthday cash, but unfortunately, we no longer have the receipt. To address this issue, we are seeking assistance in fixing the game or obtaining a replacement.

Hello, I am currently experiencing some difficulties with my Minecraft account. I originally purchased the game in [redacted] and have since deleted the email associated with that account. I attempted to create a new account with my current email, hoping to access the game, but to no avail. After deleting the second account, I tried to update the email linked to my original [redacted] account, but my requests were consistently denied. I decided to reach out for assistance, as patience is not my strong suit with my current busy schedule. Additionally, I encountered issues trying to download the bedrock version of the game by following the steps in the FAQ, which led me to the Microsoft store requesting a code I never received. It's possible the code was sent to my now inactive [redacted] email. I hope you can provide some help with these matters. Thank you in advance!

While using a specific game (Minecraft), I noticed that some purchased packages directly on the device were no longer available. On the "My Packs" screen, there is an exclamation point with a message stating: "Packs purchased only on this device may be lost due to device malfunction, loss, or uninstalling Minecraft. Log in with a Microsoft account and transfer pack rights to that account to safeguard your packs and purchased Minecons. Can you help me understand what happened as the device is still here, and I have not uninstalled the game? My purchasing account is [redacted] I look forward to your response. Sincerely, Emanuelita Falgioni.

I purchased Minecraft, but encountered an issue during payment three times with an error validating the card. I decided to stop trying. However, after approximately two days, Mojang charged me three times, each for one Minecraft account. I am seeking a refund for the two accidental purchases and assistance in obtaining my Minecraft account. I can supply screenshots of the charges. I am unable to provide any transaction IDs as I have not received any emails regarding them. Please respond, and I will send the pictures.

I've had my Minecraft account for a long time and decided to create a second one to play on a server I enjoy, Hypixel. After a few days, I couldn't log into either account due to incorrect password errors. I reset the password for the new account but encountered an "Invalid ID" message when trying to join Hypixel. I disabled my mods, but the issue persisted. Furthermore, Minecraft doesn't save my login details anymore. Any suggestions on how to resolve this? I just want to get back to playing on Hypixel.

I received a code for Minecraft for Windows 10 when I bought Minecraft Java. I redeemed it, but it's not showing up in my account and says it's already been redeemed. Microsoft store and Xbox support advised me to contact Mojang since that's where I got the code. My Microsoft account is [redacted] and my Mojang account is [redacted] The code I redeemed is F6VC9-H9PRK-XMRR2-X6XYY-VFDKZ. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am currently trying to transfer my old Minecraft account to a Mojang account. I have reviewed your help page without success. Since I purchased the account in early [redacted], I cannot recall the email associated with it or retrieve the transaction ID. The username of the account is bushmaster177. I last logged in on Saturday, 09/11/[redacted], at 11 am onto the RLcraft mod pack from the Twitch launcher. Despite multiple login attempts after that, I encountered issues. The email address I have provided is the new one I am trying to link my old account to. I acknowledge that resolving this matter may take some time, but I am eager to receive a response so I can continue enjoying Minecraft on my long-standing account. Thank you, Nicholas Scheer

Hello, I have a fantastic idea that could double as a safety feature while collaborating with [redacted] services. Currently, people use skins in Minecraft to represent themselves. What if, on the Minecraft Earth map, users could see other people's skins besides their own? However, this could potentially lead to a privacy concern relating to location sharing. I propose a system where if you see another player's skin and want to follow them, the skin would continue moving backwards, thus not revealing the player's exact location. In case of emergencies, users could pinpoint their location on the map and notify [redacted] for assistance, enabling [redacted] to see the precise location. Additionally, we could implement chat bubbles that monitor language for appropriateness and ensure that typing out street addresses doesn't go through to maintain privacy. This idea aims to allow users to see each other on the map without compromising their safety.

I recently downloaded Minecraft Earth and had to sign in with my email. I noticed an unexpected account linked to my normal Minecraft game, even though I purposely didn't log in. When I tried to change my name in the Xbox app, the first attempt was unsuccessful, and the second option required a purchase. Additionally, my usual skin was missing. I considered logging out, but realized I might lose all the items I purchased in the Minecraft store back in [redacted] or [redacted]. I'm unsure if my in-game purchases are tied to the account. Can I change my name without losing my items? And if I log out of normal Minecraft, will I also be logged out of Minecraft Earth?

Hello, my name is Zach. I've been gradually losing access to my kids' Minecraft accounts due to the transition from email-based to player name-based services. I'm currently facing issues with two accounts: "shyshyfluttershy" and "algid_pony." Although occasionally I can log in, for the past few years, I've encountered login problems. I suspect this is because the accounts were not migrated to the new service properly. I have multiple email accounts linked to them: "[redacted]," "[redacted]," and "[redacted]" I also have three passwords associated with these accounts: "7Kitchenpans1" with a capital "K," "mmmmmmmm" with 8 "m's," and "7kitchenpans1" with a lowercase "k." I have attempted to use various services to transition these email usernames to new Mojang usernames without success. Any assistance you could offer would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am using Windows 10 v1909 Home edition. I tried the free trial of Minecraft without any problems and decided to purchase it from the Microsoft Store. However, after installing the purchased version, I am unable to launch the game. The load screen appears briefly with a message about logging in with a Microsoft account for about 3 or 4 seconds, then the game window closes without running any processes. I contacted Microsoft support, and they remotely accessed my PC, verified my license, removed and reinstalled Minecraft, but the issue persists. I have also tested the installation on another Windows 10 laptop, where it works but is too laggy to play smoothly. I have researched forums but couldn't find a specific solution among the various suggestions. Before considering a refund for the unplayable game, I seek further guidance to resolve this issue.

Hello, I recently purchased a brand new Xbox One S and it came with 30 days of Xbox Live Gold, as well as the new version of Minecraft. I've been attempting to play multiplayer, but I'm experiencing connectivity issues. Despite trying to add my boyfriend to worlds and him doing the same, we haven't been successful. We've tried various troubleshooting steps, including reinstalling the game and restarting our Xbox consoles, to no avail. Our NAT types are open and the connection is strong. We're at a loss and would appreciate prompt assistance. Thank you.

I speak Spanish. It has been 2 years since I played Minecraft because my PC wasn't working. When I finally fixed it, I found out that my account was blocked. I discovered this when I was looking for my Minecraft skin on a website by entering my name, and to my surprise, I found out it was blocked. I don't know the reason for it. It's asking me to pay again. I'm awaiting a response. I already submitted the issue, but I haven't received a reply.

I've been playing Minecraft for years, but it seems they've transitioned to Mojang. When I try to log in, I'm getting an error stating my email or password is incorrect; however, I used to use my username to log in. Clicking the link to migrate my account gives me another error saying "username or password incorrect." I'm unsure how to resolve this issue. All I want to do is play the game again. Thank you.

I'm having trouble with Minecraft PE. Initially, my avatar was stuttering, then I got locked out of Marketplace, and my worlds were inaccessible. Eventually, the app stopped loading altogether on all my Apple devices. I have [redacted] coins, a decade of progress, and many in-app purchases. Reloading the app is a risk I don't want to take for fear of losing everything. Minecraft PE is vital to me as I'm bedridden and it's my primary source of entertainment. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I used to play Minecraft under the username "rondajan". Recently, when trying to log in after some time away, I was prompted to migrate my account, but the system indicates it has already been completed. However, upon logging into the game, it claims I do not own it, which is not accurate. As a result, I am unable to access the server where my friends, including Ommina and Jeffis108, are playing. I seek guidance on reclaiming access to my account. Additionally, there is a birthdate discrepancy on my profile, listed as 7/7/66 instead of the correct date, 7/1/66, likely due to a typing error. Any assistance in rectifying these issues would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. - Ronda K.

I bought Minecraft: Java Edition on the 7th of December [redacted]. I downloaded the Minecraft Launcher and encountered login errors. I reported the issue already. Today, I attempted to fix the problem by uninstalling and reinstalling the launcher. However, while trying to remove the launcher through the Setup Wizard, the installer itself was deleted by mistake. I need urgent assistance on how to reinstall Minecraft: Java Edition on my PC.

My saved worlds keep disappearing when I close them. I attempted to open my main world today, which I was in yesterday, only to find it missing. I resorted to opening the last backup I had, made about six months ago to track my progress, and when I exited that world, it vanished too. This has now happened on four different maps. How can I recover my worlds? That's all I'm looking to find out.

I've been working on my main world for 2 years now, and it's not loading properly. I also paid $10.99 twice for the "dinosaur world," but there are no dinosaurs in it despite claiming there are 72. I'm frustrated with this 2-year-old game that won't load and feeling like my money was taken for a level that doesn't match its description. Can someone assist me with this issue?

After the recent update allowing PS4 players to join Xbox, I created a Microsoft account and opened Minecraft. When I attempted to log in with my Microsoft account, I received an error message saying login failed. I contacted Microsoft, who advised me to reach out to Sony. Sony suggested downloading a patch update, but when I checked for updates, it showed I was on the latest version. Unfortunately, I am still unable to sign in and play with my Xbox pals.
