In Minecraft Pocket Edition, I've been enjoying a multiplayer server with my friend for four days. Yesterday, a notification appeared asking me to change my skin for multiplayer to work even though I was using the default Steve skin. After dismissing the pop-up, my friend couldn't join the world. When I attempted to enable multiplayer through settings, the option was disabled, preventing us from playing together like we did the day before. Despite logging out of Microsoft and restarting the app, multiplayer remains inaccessible on both the original server and other worlds.

Hello, I purchased a Minecraft account back in [redacted] and have been an active player for several years. Recently, I've encountered an issue where I cannot log in to the launcher. A few years back, I purchased Minecraft on my computer using an old email address. Unfortunately, I lost access to that email and subsequently couldn't log into my account. After contacting Comcast, I managed to change the email associated with my Minecraft account. However, upon logging in with the new email, I found myself limited to the trial version of the game. The system indicates that I am unable to access the full game due to the change in email. Regrettably, I can no longer retrieve any confirmation codes from the old email account. This purchase dates back at least five or six years. Am I required to repurchase the game because of the email change, or is there a solution to regain full access without creating a new account?

When will you add Bedwars, Eggwars, Skywars, and Build Battle to PS4? Some players cannot play on a computer and really want to enjoy these mini-games. You claim it's for families, but how many families actually play Minecraft? Hardly any. So, for those without a PC who still want to play on Hypixel servers and have fun with friends, please add these features. There are millions of people who want this, and those against it should be ignored because it's up to individuals to choose to play Bedwars, etc. If you're worried about overcrowding on Minecraft for PS4, remember that many people want to play. Don't listen to the naysayers, as it's ultimately their decision whether to enjoy these fantastic mini-games. So, please add them!

My younger sister, who is 13 years old, accidentally purchased the Java edition of Minecraft instead of the Windows 10 edition. She intended to get the Windows 10 version but made a mistake. Initially, she bought the pocket edition, but it was glitchy and kept kicking her out, so she promptly refunded it within 20 minutes. This is our first time buying Minecraft on any device. I recently transferred my Minecraft games from Xbox One to the new version and encountered some issues. In one game, I logged in to find all my hard-earned animals had died, which was disappointing. Additionally, in another game with a castle, my coal in the chests had been replaced with coral. I recently learned about the new Minecraft Earth game and wanted to pre-register. However, when I clicked the link provided on the Mojang website, it redirected me to the Google Play store, where it stated that my device was not compatible. I am encountering an issue with my computer where I am unable to connect to any Minecraft account. When attempting to do so through the internet, the Minecraft page freezes. Regardless of whether the account or password is correct, the page remains unresponsive after clicking the login button multiple times (I have tried using different browsers with the same result). Interestingly, I can access account information through the Mojang page.
When trying to login through the Minecraft launcher, it states that the username or password is incorrect. I have tried using various accounts from acquaintances, and they can log in without any issues on my computer. I have also reinstalled the launcher multiple times without resolving the error.

I encountered an issue when attempting to purchase a realm. I tried to buy a 10-person realm for me and my friends. However, upon reaching the payment stage, I received an error message prompting me to try again. Despite multiple attempts, I was met with the same error message each time.

My Minecraft Bedrock Realm is experiencing a frustrating issue where it keeps reverting to a backup on its own. Without any action on our part, the entire server is taken back to a specific date in October [redacted], erasing all progress made since then. This situation renders the game unplayable since nothing can be saved permanently.
The Realm is hosted on the Android mobile version, but I primarily play on Nintendo Switch, while another user in our group uses Windows 10.
