My realm appears to have expired even though I was recently charged on 7/21 through auto-pay. I confirmed on my Microsoft account that the subscription is active and set to charge me $3.99 on 8/21. The card has sufficient funds, and there are no service disruptions reported online. However, when I try to access my realm on my Nintendo Switch, it shows as expired since July 14th. Despite my active payment, I'm prompted to choose a plan and unable to upload my save to the realm server. It seems like there might be a glitch recognizing my current payment status. Any assistance with this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello Mojang customer service, I have a suggestion for Minecraft. I've been playing for 7 years and wondered why actions don't affect Villagers. For example, if you take a farmer's crops, the farmer could give you worse trades. If you harm a villager or take their bed, they might also offer bad trades. On the flip side, if you help, like replanting crops or building homes, villagers could upgrade faster and give better trades. This could teach kids the value of treating others kindly for good returns. Please pass this suggestion to the game developers. Thank you. -Jackson Lauter

I am very upset because both my mother and I have individual profiles. Her profile is the Family Administrator, which is why I withdraw my money from her account. Due to the recent update on August 11, I had to log in again via Remote Connect, which took numerous attempts. Once I finally succeeded, I was shocked to find everything gone - my account showed 0 balance, my purchased worlds were gone, all skins, etc. I was dismayed to discover that everything, absolutely everything, had been transferred to my mother's account. I had diligently saved up that money to purchase something from a not exactly cheap shop, only to realize that it was all in vain. I can no longer play with my friends and have lost the skins that meant a lot to me. Please correct this error.

On July 8th, my Minecraft account was compromised when the email was changed without my consent. When I attempted to dispute the change, I encountered an error stating 'invalid token'. Although I could see the new email address used for the account change through the Launcher, I was unable to reverse these alterations as the account now has three security questions that I do not know the answers to. Despite the intruder not changing the password, I find myself in a predicament due to the security questions. I contacted the support team on July 17th, and today, August 12th, I am still awaiting a response. The automated reply suggested replying from the original email address to restore the account, which I can still access and cannot locate the transaction ID. I am eager for a swift resolution to this issue before any harm comes to my account.

I recently built my own PC and everything is running smoothly, except for playing Minecraft. I can't seem to join larger servers with over [redacted] people, but I can connect to smaller ones with less than 10 users. I've ruled out server issues since my friends can join without any problems. This seems to be a software-related issue as I can play other online games with no trouble, and Minecraft worked on my previous computer. To confirm, I tested it on a separate Mac and encountered the same error. I've tried various solutions, but I'm still facing the same login issue with a java.ioexception message sometimes appearing. Given that this problem persists on two different computers, it may be related to my Minecraft account or another issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

I am encountering problems playing Minecraft on my Nintendo Switch. When attempting to connect to the game, I face connectivity issues. Moreover, upon pressing the Home button to exit the game, my Switch freezes, necessitating a reboot. My sibling experienced the identical problems. Interestingly, this occurs exclusively with Minecraft. Even after multiple attempts with Nintendo support, the issue persists. Nintendo advised reaching out to Mojang for further assistance. It appears to be a software issue specifically with Minecraft on the Nintendo Switch.

I have downloaded the Mojang Minecraft Windows 10 version, but I am experiencing issues connecting to Twitch. When attempting to stream the game, I encounter error code [redacted]. Despite troubleshooting on my end, the problem seems to be with the game itself. Additionally, I am unable to add friends or join servers as the game prompts me to redeem a 12-digit code, which I do not have, only a verification code. Moreover, the Minecraft website does not recognize my purchase, despite having the receipt. I am perplexed and seeking assistance urgently as I am struggling to stream after spending countless hours trying to resolve these issues.

I have neglected my emails and Mojang account for some time, and now my daughter wants to play Minecraft on her new computer. When I tried to download it, I discovered that my account was missing. After creating a new account to check, I found that my email was no longer linked to the account. Upon checking my email, I found a notification from April 10 indicating that my account's email had been changed to [redacted] As the dispute ticket has expired, I am unable to contest this change. I am unwilling to purchase the game again or reward the person who illicitly accessed my account. I also do not wish to verify the new account created using my email. I am seeking a refund or access to my original account.

I am reaching out here because I am concerned about a situation regarding a mod on Minecraft. There is a mod called "How To Train Your Dragon" that is violating the terms of service set by Mojang. Users are being charged monthly to access updates for this mod, which is also themed after Dreamworks' movie without any apparent permission.
I attempted to support the mod creator through Patreon, choosing a subscription that allowed sharing the mod but was later informed that I couldn't by a higher tier subscription. The Patreon page for this mod is [redacted] or search for user Tiny Turtle on Patreon and YouTube.
I believe it's unfair to require payment for a mod, and I have even created a free modpack on Technic Launcher as an alternative. I don't want to be involved in any conflicts and wish to remain anonymous if this is addressed to the creators. Thank you for looking into this matter.

Hey Mojang,
I wanted to share that Hypixel recently released a pay-to-win update, which I believe violates the EULA rules. Here's a link to my post on the Hypixel Skyblock community forum about it: [redacted]. I've also included a guide on how to play Hypixel Skyblock: [redacted]. I just wanted to bring this to your attention as it seems to go against the rules regarding competitive advantages in gameplay. Please take a look into this matter and let us know how you plan to address it. Thanks!

Hello Mojang Community,
I wanted to bring to your attention that Hypixel recently made a game update that I believe may be violating the End User License Agreement (EULA). Here are the links to my forum post discussing this issue on the Hypixel Skyblock community and a guide on how to play Hypixel Skyblock: [redacted], [redacted].
Hypixel Skyblock is a competitive PvE game with leaderboards. The update may be in violation of the rule about selling entitlements affecting gameplay. It's essential to ensure that players are not given a competitive advantage.
I have raised this concern on the forums, and I'm hoping for a resolution. I would appreciate it if someone could address this matter and provide an update on how it will be handled.
Thank you for your attention and support!

Hello,
I am having trouble accessing my Mojang account. It seems like my account might have been compromised. Mojang is requesting proof of payment to verify ownership. The issue is, I purchased my Minecraft account back in [redacted] when it was still in Beta, and I did not keep a record of the payment as I was young at the time. I am willing to provide identification and other documents to verify my ownership.
Interestingly, I believe I had set up two-factor authentication on my account using my phone number, which should serve as additional proof of ownership.
I contacted Mojang about this problem on August 24, [redacted], but I have not received a response yet.
I am eager to prove my identity in any way possible to regain access to my account. I am concerned that Mojang support may not be taking my request seriously, fearing it could be an attempt to steal the account.

Skrill no longer provides transaction IDs. I am seeking assistance to retrieve the transaction ID for my account. Skrill advised me to contact you via email for assistance. The buyer's email associated with the transaction is [redacted] Attached is proof that my father made the purchase using the mentioned email address. Additionally, I need to change the email from [redacted] to [redacted] as the former email address is no longer active. I also require a password reset for my Minecraft account under the username SRToy. Thank you.

I encountered an issue while attempting to access my minecraft.net account. Following the password and email verification, I encountered security questions I couldn't recall. I proceeded to reset them through my Mojang account by entering my email and password. Upon being prompted to provide answers to the security questions, I opted to reset them via an email link. This process repeated twice without success. To resolve this, I tried to determine the correct answers using my phone, and upon entering them, my identity was confirmed. Despite this, I was unable to reset the questions, both on minecraft.net and my Mojang account. Subsequent attempts at resetting the security questions were unsuccessful. I hope someone can assist in resetting the questions, allowing me to establish new ones without altering my login details. If this isn't possible, could you provide the correct answers to the questions? Thank you.
P.S. Can you inform me of the duration for the "too many attempts" restriction?

I was contacted on Discord by someone offering to transfer a Minecon cape to me. I wasn't aware that these capes couldn't be transferred, but I trusted him. He then asked for my email and password, which made me suspicious. Despite my doubts, I shared the information, thinking I could easily recover it. Later, Mojang informed me that my details were changed, so I followed the link to reverse the alterations. I then changed my password and blocked the individual on Discord. But, when I tried to log into my account afterwards, I couldn't access it due to invalid credentials. I attempted to reset the password, but no email was sent. Upon checking on a website named Plancke, I found my account online on a server. Further searches on NameMC revealed that my skin had been altered. Realizing my account had been compromised, I informed my contacts and learned that it had been sold on a site called OGUsers.com. Please assist me in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you.

I am having trouble accessing my Minecraft account due to an inactive email and forgotten security questions. The account was purchased as a gift code before [redacted]. I currently use a different email, [redacted], which is linked to my Microsoft account and other gaming accounts. I own the Xbox [redacted] and Windows 10 versions of Minecraft, as well as the Java edition tied to the inaccessible account. I can log in and play all versions except for the Java edition.
I need help replacing the security questions to regain access to my account. I have been struggling with this issue for years and would appreciate assistance to purchase a realms server for myself and my friends.

I recently downloaded Minecraft Windows 10 edition and encountered issues logging into my account. The game automatically tries to link with the Microsoft account used for Minecraft Java Edition, offering no other options besides 'Leave on Device' or 'Sign in with your Microsoft Account.' Despite having a backup account, the game does not present the option to use it. This is frustrating as I purchased the game to play with friends. I am worried about the situation and hope for a prompt resolution. If unable to resolve the login issue, I would appreciate information regarding a potential refund. Thanks for your help.

I've been struggling to access my Minecraft Java Edition account for more than 24 hours now with no success. The system keeps telling me my login details are incorrect, even though I'm sure they are correct. I've attempted a password reset, but I haven't received any emails at my email account ([redacted]). I've checked my spam folder, confirmed my email is correct, and reviewed past emails from Mojang, but still no luck. I reached out to Mojang support roughly 8 hours ago, but I'm still waiting for a response. I realize they likely have a high volume of inquiries, so I came here hoping for a quicker resolution. I bought Minecraft Java Edition in [redacted] and can provide the transaction ID if necessary. I really want to join my friends in playing Minecraft to have some laughs during these tough times. I appreciate any help you can provide. Thank you.

Hello, I need help logging into the website and launcher. For some reason, I can't use any account on the page or log in with any account on the website. Today I bought Minecraft with a prepaid card. I went to my brother's house and logged into my account there, where I was able to redeem the code and create the account. However, when I returned home, for some reason, I am unable to log in both on the website and the launcher. I need help getting back to playing as I suspect my connection has been blocked for some reason. The account was created today using my email [redacted] and was purchased today with a prepaid card. I hope you can assist me, thank you.
