Hello Mojang,
I am facing a serious issue with Minecraft on PlayStation 4. I have purchased PlayStation Plus to play online with my friends. However, when I tried to join my friends' world, I encountered an error message saying "unable to connect to the world." Despite multiple attempts, I couldn't access the world. I tried looking for a solution online, but nothing seemed to work. To verify if it was an issue with PlayStation Plus, I tested playing another online game that requires PlayStation Plus, and I was able to play without any problems. This rules out PlayStation Plus as the problem. Oddly enough, my friends can join my worlds, but I can't join theirs. It's not an issue of them not being online because my other friends can join my friend's world effortlessly, just not me. Please provide a solution to resolve this issue promptly. Hello, my name is Gunter. I purchased a Minecraft account over a decade ago, and unfortunately, during the Mojang account migration, my account was stolen. It appears the individual who took it used it for cheating on the "Hypixel" server, resulting in a permanent ban. I had only used the account for roughly 10 hours in total. Recently, I wanted to stream on that server with a friend and participate in building competitions, but I am unable to do so. Despite reaching out for assistance for a week, I have been told there is nothing that can be done. Even if I had proof of the incident, they are not interested. I am hesitant to purchase a new account as I believe the issue arose from the ease with which accounts could be taken during the migration. Is there any way to change the account ID or address this situation accordingly?

I have recently become interested in sniping OG names, but I've been having difficulty due to snipping activities. I find it frustrating that snippers prevent players from obtaining unique names for free. It would be more enjoyable and fair for everyone if snippers like Chearful Ninja were removed. This would add excitement to the game and make the process of getting cool and original names more rewarding. I hope you consider this suggestion for future improvements. Observing someone with a cool name that they managed to snipe from many other players would be much more impressive than if they had simply purchased it months in advance. I received an email from you stating that my Mojang Studios account might have been compromised due to suspicious activity. As suggested, I changed my password, but unfortunately, I cannot recall the new one. When attempting to use the "forgotten password" option, after entering my email address, I do not receive the reset email. As a result, I am unable to reset my password. I am experiencing challenges setting up a realm world after purchasing the subscription twice. The first purchase was refunded upon advice from Xbox support due to issues. However, the problem persisted despite repurchasing. I am now unable to obtain a refund due to policy restrictions. A message prompts to complete the realm creation as there is an existing unfinished realm on my account. Yet, when attempting to proceed, the "Play Solo" option is inaccessible, only allowing "Play with Friends" without the ability to invite or share the link. Selecting "Let's Start" leads to no action. Despite numerous attempts on my part, the issue remains unresolved. My primary intention is to have the Minecraft realm functioning properly.

I am having trouble accessing my Minecraft account. I requested a password reset, but I am not receiving the reset email. I think my account's email might have been compromised. I created a Minecraft account using my Gmail on my computer to purchase the game, but I am unable to access it due to an expired verification code. Despite entering the correct code and email on the website, I am still unable to proceed. I attempted to create a new account with a different email, but this also did not solve the issue. Initially, the verification code was sent to my original email. Although I received it, entering it into my first account did not work. Subsequently, I tried entering it into my second account, which accepted the code, but the screen froze at that point. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated, as I am eager to start playing the game.

I had a modded Minecraft world using Forge, and I used MCToolChest to transfer it to Windows 10 without mods for my friends. However, when I opened the world, it had reverted back to its original state, deleting all my progress. I would greatly appreciate it if you could restore the world to bring back all my buildings and edits. I had invested a lot of time, about a month, into it, and I am really eager to have my work back. My username is MaxJ24, and the world is called Dino Park. I recently logged out of my account to clean up my list. When I tried to log back in, I kept getting an error message saying the password or email was incorrect. I quadruple-checked all the details, tried logging in multiple times, and attempted it both on the website and on my phone, but kept getting a "website not responding" message. I then followed the FAQ, changed my password, but the Minecraft Launcher still won't accept it. I even reinstalled Minecraft, but the issue persists. Please consider adding Neitherite and Gold instead of Copper, Ruby, and Sapphire.
72 votes for Huntable Mobs, 62 for Storm Mobs, and 24 for Ancient Mobs. To capture a raptor, place it in a chamber with an iron door without a button. To craft a Raptor Tooth Sword, collect 2 Raptor Teeth from Raptors with a +7 attack damage. Raptor Spears can be obtained by defeating Raptor Riders.
Consider a Mining Update with Copper, a stronger material than wood and stone, as rare as iron, with a Copper Sword dealing +5 attack damage.
Introduce the Minotaur Boss Mod, a beast with [redacted] health and +5 attack damage found in different biomes, especially in jungles and graveyards.
Piglins should spawn in warped fungus biomes and hunt Nether deer. Enderman Tribes can be discovered in End City, appearing in hunting packs in the Warped Forest Biome. Look out for the Enderman King wielding a bow, sword, and diamond crown in the Enderman Village.

I've been trying for 2 hours to connect with another player on Minecraft on my PS4. When I click "Find Platform Friends," it tells me it's a child account, even though I can access other multiplayer games and have checked my PS4 privacy settings. When I try to get help, it says I can't access the site until July 28th. I signed out of my Microsoft account and when I try to sign back in, it gives me a link and code. After completing the process, Minecraft still won't let me sign in; it just keeps giving me the link and code without an option to sign in. I even tried creating a new Microsoft account, but there's no sign-in option. I deleted and repurchased the game, but the issue persists.

Hello, I play Minecraft on PS4. Since the recent Bedrock edition update, many players, myself included, have experienced a lot of bugs in the game. The most significant issue is with logging into the Minecraft app, where the screen freezes, and we are unable to proceed. Additionally, there have been problems with the servers. It feels like the focus is more on the PC version of Minecraft and other projects, leaving PS4 players feeling neglected and frustrated.

Two years ago, I bought a Mojang account for playing games. I recently deactivated it but now want to reactivate it. I followed instructions on Mojang's website to contact customer support. I recently rediscovered Minecraft and became interested in Hypixel's skyblock. While trying to migrate my premium Minecraft account to a Mojang account, I faced issues due to not having access to the original email used to create the account. I've had this Minecraft account since I was 12. It has been many years, and I no longer have access to the Gmail account I used to create it. Google says it's been deactivated due to inactivity, leaving me unable to update my outdated security questions. I can still log into my account and would like to change my misspelled username from when I made the account in middle school. I can provide approximate answers if needed. The first school I attended was Shady Grove Elementary School (possibly under SGES), my favorite pet would be under either Lilly or Leo, and my brother's middle name is Calvin. Six months ago, I was suddenly logged out of my account and couldn't remember my password. After resetting it, the same issue happened four months ago. This time, however, I couldn't reset my password even though I knew what it should be. Despite trying to reach out to customer support, I haven't received any response in the past two months. I'm currently seeking help online as a last resort before contacting customer support again. I experienced difficulties with my password, trying the same one and then a new one without success until I finally managed to reset it to something completely different. I also created a new account using the same email but encountered password issues there too. I've checked my spam folder and settings, but the problem persists. It seems like my only option now is to keep trying to reach out and wait for a resolution.

Approximately four months ago, I lost access to my Mojang Account. I attempted to play Minecraft when I realized that my email and password no longer matched my account. Despite multiple attempts to reset my password through their website, I never received a link to proceed, suggesting that my email might have been altered. I promptly reached out to Mojang Support using their help desk, but unfortunately, I have not received a response after several follow-ups. I even inquired via Twitter about the response time, only to be informed that they are facing a high volume of requests.
In my efforts to regain access, I attempted various email-password combinations and made multiple password reset attempts using all possible email addresses I could have used for registration.

My account appears to have been compromised in a complex situation. Approximately three years ago, I entrusted my account to a friend, subsequently changing the account's password and email. Recently, when contacting my friend to retrieve the account for renewed use, I was informed that it had been stolen. I retain the old login credentials, email, recovery answers, as well as the initial setup email and password. Additionally, I can provide the address associated with the account. The crucial missing element is the Transaction ID, which I have been unable to locate in my archived emails. My main goal is simply to regain access to my account, but after a week of attempting to do so, I have not been successful.
