I am having trouble accessing my legally purchased and properly migrated Minecraft account. I bought it in [redacted] for Minecraft Java Edition. However, when I try to login with my Mojang account, the one I had migrated my Minecraft account to, it only shows the demo option and doesn't display my version of Minecraft. My account name is Jack7011, password Tkdbb1002. The email it should be registered to is [redacted] or [redacted] I have the transaction ID 81R02090M[redacted]U as proof of purchase. I have been reaching out via email through the Minecraft Java Edition help system with no success. I am looking for a way to speak to a person for assistance or to have my account properly restored under [redacted]

I understand that Mojang must consider all players, but as a PS4 user, I am frustrated with the Bedrock edition. My friends and I want to play the original PS4 edition, but Bedrock doesn't allow me to do so, while my friends can. I believe many are upset about this. My simple request is to make the PS4 edition available to all PlayStation Minecraft players, new or existing accounts. This solution would cater to the diverse Minecraft community. I'm not criticizing Minecraft; I just care and hope this message is taken seriously, considering I'm not alone in highlighting this issue.

I've been struggling with this for weeks. I forgot my password because I always relied on auto sign-in, but after changing computers, I got locked out. Hello. I wanted to address the issue I experienced with purchasing Minecraft (Java Edition). Despite multiple attempts due to a payment error message, I unintentionally made five payments without receiving the game. The website still prompts me as if I'm creating a new account.

A few days ago, I downloaded Minecraft on my PC with the intention of playing it with my brother. Unfortunately, I ended up with the wrong version. I tried to follow the online instructions to switch versions, but it seems that method only works for games downloaded before [redacted].
After contacting Minecraft for a refund, I was directed to Microsoft, who informed me that since I purchased the game through Mojang, I needed to contact them directly. I have attempted to reach Mojang multiple times without success, and I finally found their email address. Despite my efforts with the helpdesk, I have not been successful in resolving this issue.
I hope you can assist me with this matter as it has been ongoing for two days now, and I am eager to receive a refund so I can purchase the correct Minecraft version.

Hello, I attempted to quickly change my username "dont" on Minecraft.net and ended up making a mistake by entering "donrt" instead. I play Minecraft regularly, especially on Hypixel, where I have the highest rank. I would appreciate it if my username could be reverted back to "dont" without having to wait an additional 30 days to change it again. Additionally, it would be helpful if Minecraft.net could add a confirmation prompt when changing usernames to prevent such errors. I had an account on Minecraft that I created at least 5 years ago, if not more. Unfortunately, I don't remember the email address I used and most likely can't access it even if I could. I had a unique username and a skin that I created myself. My brother shared my account details with a friend who changed the password and wouldn't give it back to me. Since my sister is now a fan of the game, I really want to play again. I don't want to lose my original account with my custom skin and unique username, which has been a significant part of my gaming identity. If recovering my old account is not possible, I will consider getting a new one, but I am determined to try to regain access to my original account first.

A few years ago (likely before [redacted]), I owned a Minecraft account. Unfortunately, I can't recall the email used to set it up as it was such a long time ago, and even if I could remember, I wouldn't be able to access it now. This account featured my distinct gaming alias and a unique skin. Regrettably, my account was given by my brother to a friend who then changed my password and refused to return it. I eventually gave up and stopped playing Minecraft. Now, I wish to retrieve my account, especially since my younger sister recently started playing, and I want to connect with her through it. Although creating a new account is an option, I have a sentimental attachment to my original username, which had been my gaming identity for years, and recreating my unique skin might prove difficult. I am currently in China and had purchased a 2-member realm approximately 2 months ago. The gamertags of my friends who joined are YoungAndyDanny and Driftytunic9323. We started as a survival realm, but random threatening signs and crosses began appearing after 2 weeks. Although there's no clear picture, my friends claim to have seen a stalking entity. Today, our houses were blown up by TNT, so we're hiding in an underground bunker. I'm concerned if this is an in-game bug or hack and if we are at risk of being hacked. Please respond quickly.

I had a premium account gifted to me by a YouTube subscriber a while ago. The account details, including the email, belonged to them. The issue arose when Mojang started clearing out emails, and I couldn't access my account (Username: TheDrako989) anymore. To recover the account, they are asking for some kind of proof that I don't have because the account was a gift. I have videos proving it's my account and that I'm using it, but I'm not sure what else to do to get Mojang to give me back my account!

I purchased Minecraft in the Java Edition on December 21, [redacted]. Now, like many others, I have been trying to get the Windows 10 version of Minecraft for free, but it is not showing up for me. I watched several videos where people, after logging into Account.mojang.com, saw an extra field that said "Minecraft for Windows 10." However, that extra field is not showing up for me.

I pre-ordered Minecraft Dungeons on the Minecraft website using the account Hoopla8991. I've enjoyed playing the game, finding it well-made and satisfying when clearing the dungeons. However, I'm encountering an issue with online play. Every time I attempt to play online, I receive a "PRIVILEGE ERROR Cannot play due to being Online Play restricted" message. I possess concrete evidence of a Mojang partner employing a staff member with predatory behavior. The individual in question engaged in sexual harassment towards players and colleagues while holding a position in the server. The server's response was insufficient and shrouded in secrecy, endangering the community. Transparency, a prompt public response, apology, and condemnation of such behavior were warranted. Unfortunately, the predator was discreetly removed from the staff but retained a significant role within the community. This delay in action is inexcusable, allowing the individual unrestricted access despite their known misconduct. This situation reflects poorly on both Mojang and the server, warranting a public statement to address the issue and ensure the safety of their predominantly youthful player base. Mojang should consider revoking their partnership if necessary.

Hello, my name is Ali. I am the owner of a Mojang account under the username IdentityCake. Unfortunately, in late December, I encountered an issue where I could not log in. Each time I attempted to access the website, I received an error message stating "wrong email/password." Despite my efforts to reset my email and password, I did not receive any reset emails.
I reached out to Mojang's support team on December 25th by submitting a ticket. Most of the responses I received were automated, except for one from a human representative that did not address my specific case. I have tried contacting them via Twitter and even Instagram, but my messages have been mostly ignored for over a month now.
One piece of relevant information is that I had previously transferred my account email to another email address and back again. Despite this, I am not receiving any password reset emails in either of the email accounts.
I have the transaction ID and order ID available if needed.
