I am having issues with my kitchen faucet 7565ESRS. The sensor won't turn off, and only one sensor is working. The blue light on the ready sensor doesn't blink when I try to deactivate it. I regret getting this faucet as it has become a major frustration. I initially deactivated the sensors a few months after installing it in September [redacted] due to water wastage and nuisance. Recently, the water came on unexpectedly, and I had to use shut off valves. I have replaced the batteries, reset it multiple times, and ensured the sensors are clean. After hours of research, I contacted Moen for help but was unable to speak to anyone. Looks like I'll have to manage with this issue through the weekend until I can get assistance.

I am unfamiliar with the model number as it is not stamped at the base of my faucet. The known number is [redacted] for the handle. The faucet was acquired around [redacted] as part of a 4-piece set including a spray nozzle, separate flow control lever, water spigot, and a soap dispenser that stopped working over a decade ago. Recently, after replacing both hot and cold supply lines and relubing cartridge [redacted] due to resistance, my faucet initially worked well but subsequently lost all water pressure on both sides. I suspect the issue may lie with the diverter valve, and I am attempting to remove it. Despite unscrewing the cap and loosening the Allen screw, I encountered resistance preventing its removal. I am seeking guidance on properly back pressuring the unit to address any blockages. Could you please provide instructions? Thank you.

I have a Moen Kingsley Roman tub faucet that is leaking. I know the replacement cartridges are under a lifetime warranty. When I called customer service, I was given the option to schedule a call with a representative or to give up. I scheduled a call for 2:00 pm today but missed it because it came an hour early. The customer service loop led me nowhere. I'm frustrated with this process. I expected better service from Moen. I need the cartridges promptly to fix the leak.

I recently received a replacement faucet for my kitchen, and I must say the service was exceptional, so thank you. After receiving a text offering up to 75% off any 6 Moen products, my wife and I decided to order a sump pump S2000 ESUSA and a Handheld shower bar with a 24-inch bar, either 3668EP or 3868EP. To my surprise, these items were not available for purchase with the coupon. When inquiring, I was informed that Moen did not include these items in the promotion. Now, as I try to share my dissatisfaction on social media, I find myself unable to do so. It appears that the company may not want any negative publicity. Hence, I am expressing my concerns directly to you. While I do not anticipate any resolution as others have not addressed this issue, I feel it is important to communicate my disappointment with the service. I understand you may respond with, "I’m sorry to hear that, but rules cannot be changed." Unfortunately, it seems there is no avenue for customers like me to provide feedback on the company's platform. For your information, even though I previously worked for Kohler in Canada, I always preferred to purchase Moen products. Thank you for allowing me to share my frustrations, although I do not expect any resolution.
