Last year when I switched my ISP, my hard drive crashed during the same week. I used Chrysler's Office system with the Outlook program for two decades and desired to continue using it. I purchased Microsoft [redacted] Personal through my Gmail account. It is installed on my office desktop, workshop desktop, and laptop. Although Outlook functioned without any issues for a year, it suddenly stopped working on my laptop today. I had difficulty accessing my Microsoft Account because I had forgotten the password for my Gmail account, which was linked to the purchase. Upon logging in, I noticed that the renewal was tied to my Gmail account while I now primarily use my Outlook email. This led to confusion during the renewal process. To address these problems, I aim to update the product information to reflect my Outlook email, eliminate the Gmail account, and resolve the issue with Outlook on my laptop. I believe re-installing Microsoft [redacted] Personal on the laptop might help rectify the situation, but I have been unsuccessful in changing the product information. How can I update this information correctly?

I've been charged twice for Word and Excel or Microsoft [redacted]. This is the second year in a row. I paid $[redacted] in September for Office [redacted], then in November, I was charged $89 for Word and Excel. I need assistance and want to cancel one of them. It's frustrating that Microsoft no longer offers phone support.

I am having trouble accessing my Hotmail account. After repeatedly filling out forms, I am unable to verify my identity through the email recovery process. They ask for 7 numbers when my friend has 9, and only provide 4 numbers when sending letters to my daughter. I wish they could call me at home to provide a code or on my cell phone. However, there is no option to input my phone number. My cell phone number is [redacted]. Unfortunately, I have no access to my email account.

Hello, I have an inquiry regarding the Microsoft Office Professional Plus [redacted] license under the Home Use Program. Unfortunately, my old laptop stopped working, and when I tried to activate Office on my new laptop, I received a message stating that the number of licenses has been exceeded. Since I no longer have access to the old laptop, I am unable to uninstall Office. I do not possess a Microsoft account, only Skype. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Vitali P. P.S. Details of the Microsoft Office Professional Plus [redacted] order are as follows: Order #: CNL[redacted]79 Order Date: 23/01/[redacted] 8:53 AM PST

I am having trouble accessing my Hotmail account. After several unsuccessful attempts, it is now locked. When I fill out the questionnaire form with the emails I have recently sent, it says the emails are unverified. I am unable to proceed past this point. Additionally, I cannot input my phone number to receive a text to reset my password as the phone number associated with my Hotmail account is not correct. This situation is extremely frustrating, and I believe there must be a solution on your end to help reset my account.

My computer has been "invaded," and it's locked with a possible scam message that won't let me turn the computer off. I'm stuck hearing a repeated voice message, unable to use or shut down the computer. The support line provided, +[redacted], seems suspicious, and I'm hesitant to call. I've been waiting on hold with MS for 40 minutes. I'm holding onto the hope that my call matters to them! Please assist!

On December 16, [redacted], I applied for M.W, but they would not accept any password I provided. I paid for it with my VISA, and now my payment is due. I recently tried to print out my Christmas letter, but encountered issues printing. I am visually impaired in my right eye, which made it challenging to complete the verification processes on M.W. Despite my efforts, I was unable to log in successfully. I had used M.W. before without any problems. I am frustrated with the time and money spent on this issue. Please allow me to access M.W. as a student, as I have done in the past. If I do not receive a resolution soon, I may have to share my negative experience with others.

I purchased a laptop from a furniture store that came with a pre-set up Microsoft account. They advised me to change the username, but now I can't access Microsoft support as I don't have the store's password. The store suggested a clean install, which I'm unsure how to do and if it will solve the issue. Upon logging in, I receive pop-ups about other users and OneDrive not being logged on when they are offline. I attempted online support but got passed around, which has been quite frustrating.

I subscribed to Microsoft Word on December 16, [redacted]. As of January 14, [redacted], I have not been able to access Microsoft despite paying with my Visa. I provided my name, email, and phone number during sign-up but keep encountering a verification process I struggle to complete. Even when I use my correct password @outlook.com, I am told those names belong to someone else. This confusion and inability to access what I paid for is disheartening. I attempted to call [redacted], but one call sounded like a travel agency. I received an email from a "Hub..." offering assistance for a fee, which I declined. I simply want to access Microsoft Word without further complications.

Hello, I have been a dedicated Xbox gamer since [redacted], using the gamertag "CraDleShock18" but recently changed it to "lolviolence" and updated my email to [redacted] After switching names on the Xbox mobile app, my profile appeared reset as "lolviolence#[redacted]" with no friends, achievements, or saves. Luckily, my Xbox One updated with the new gamertag and retained my friendslist and achievements. However, after restarting my Xbox One due to a disc drive issue, my profile reverted to "lolviolence#[redacted]" with everything missing. Surprisingly, my old email [redacted] disappeared from Outlook, causing concern about the account linked to my gaming history. I fear being hacked or losing access to my achievements and friends. I still have my old Xbox [redacted] with the gamertag "CraDleShock18" as proof, including friends who can vouch for me. I played Resident Evil 3 remake, purchased Alien Isolation, Mortal Kombat 11, and skin packs. I am hoping for assistance to resolve this and continue enjoying Xbox/Microsoft services. Thank you for any support provided.

I have been erroneously charged by Microsoft three times - once for $**.**, and twice for $**.**. I did not make any purchases from Microsoft. The charges were made in February and March of **** on my MasterCard, which I have since cancelled. The third charge is on a new MasterCard that I haven't activated. Unfortunately, your customer service was unhelpful. I request a full refund for the three charges, the closure of my account with Microsoft, and the removal of any stored card details post-refund. Please do not accept any further orders through my account. I anticipate a response via email. Thank you, Denis Battilana.

Hello, I purchased a license ([redacted] Business Premium) on February 10, [redacted], and I must express my disappointment...Furthermore, contacting you and speaking to someone live is challenging as every time we mention the word (Cancelling a contract) the lines suddenly disconnect. It has been a frustrating experience dealing with Microsoft...! 1- I was never able to install the mentioned license on my laptop because it was not modern or powerful enough for the installation. There is no explanatory information or warning about the hardware needed for our purchase when we make the purchase. 2- I never renewed the said license because we never got to enjoy our purchase...it was never able to be installed! The renewal on February 10, [redacted], happened automatically by your company, and we did not receive a renewal request for the product in question. 3- Receiving a full credit to my account would be greatly appreciated! Hoping this message reaches the right person to resolve this costly and time-consuming negative experience for my company! Thank you,

I am experiencing issues with Office [redacted] for home on one of our computers. We have three computers in total. Two are running Windows 10 without any issues, but the third one is using Windows 7. A few days ago, Office [redacted] stopped working on the Windows 7 computer, showing an "unrecognized" error. Despite attempting to reload the program, it consistently displays "Microsoft Office has stopped working". I understand that Microsoft has ended its support for Windows 7, but how can I reinstall Office [redacted] on this computer? I have uninstalled the Office [redacted] program but have been unsuccessful in reinstalling it. I can provide you with the email address from one of the functioning computers with Office [redacted] to ensure I receive your reply. Thank you. - John S. and Faye S.

My account is locked without any explanation. As a senior with poor eyesight and limited computer knowledge, I am unable to access my account and cannot reach anyone for assistance. I need access to my account or a reason why it is locked. Dealing with Microsoft feels impossible when they are unreachable to those who need help the most. I am looking for human assistance, not just online resources. Clicking on "Get Help" led me to seek Microsoft's phone support, which I prefer over email. Please provide the assistance I need, as that is why I came here.

I use Windows 10 with Microsoft [redacted]. This morning, upon turning on my laptop, I encountered a blue screen indicating that my computer was undergoing updates with a warning not to switch it off. Soon after, I received a call from Suzanne Brown, supposedly from your technical support in Pittsburgh. She claimed that a Chinese gambling website had infected numerous computers, including mine, necessitating an immediate shutdown for virus removal. During the roughly 2-hour phone call, I grew suspicious of her legitimacy and eventually powered down my laptop, feeling perplexed about the entire situation. I verified her association with Microsoft based on her name appearing on a document she displayed on my screen. I contacted my bank to inquire about the situation, but they had no information regarding the issue. I seek clarification on whether this incident was a scam or a genuine concern.

I fear I may have fallen victim to a scam. I received a alert on my screen claiming to be from Microsoft Defender Security Center, warning of a Trojan Spyware threat and instructing me to call 1-[redacted]. Regrettably, I called and spoke to an individual named Mike Ryan, who asked for personal details such as my name, phone number, address, and information about how I use my computer, including bill payments and online banking. Feeling uneasy, I am now trying to verify if he is truly affiliated with Microsoft by providing me with his badge number and phone extension. What steps should I take to protect my account and personal information? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am currently in the trial period of Office [redacted] for Mac with a Personal/Family subscription. I encountered issues with syncing OneNote with OneDrive. Despite uninstalling and reinstalling OneDrive, I received an error message stating that a different version of the app is already connected to my account, which seems inaccurate as the OneDrive folder location specified is incorrect. In OneNote, I see the message "Saved offline (Error)" at the top right, and upon clicking on it, I get a "Sync Status" error regarding possible deletion from the server. I attempted to resolve this by uninstalling OneDrive, deleting sync folders using Spotlight, and reinstalling OneDrive. However, during setup, I was informed that a sync folder is already in use by an older version of OneDrive. Additionally, the newly installed OneDrive app in the Applications Folder fails to open. Transitioning to the Microsoft system for the trial, I appreciate using Edge over Safari and find Outlook preferable to Gmail and Apple Mail. While familiar with Office Apps like Word, Excel, and Power Point, I am new to OneNote, which I value in my subscription. I aim to resolve the syncing issue to ensure my work is properly saved. -Ron

Since yesterday, I can't access my email account because your system is VERY POORLY MADE! Trying to recover my account, your crappy system forced me to change the password but REFUSES TO ACCEPT IT WHEN I TRY TO LOG IN! Now it's just impossible to log in because when I want to reset my password, it tells me I've requested too many codes today, codes that your system forced me to ask for. I'm angry. You're really annoying. It's stupid and totally ineffective. I no longer have access to my account, and I'm furious. They asked me 56 thousand questions that I MUST have access to my account to know the answers. It's really dumb to code it like that. Limiting the verification code request when your faulty system makes us do it 3-4-5-6 times in a row. It's incredibly dumb. Dumb like a village idiot. You are stupid, incompetent, and illogical. Congratulations on being champions of idiots.

I am frustrated with the current situation regarding my account. The system has unexpectedly blocked my access, citing unauthorized login attempts. In the process of rectifying this, I have encountered multiple challenges, such as being prompted for various verification codes repeatedly. The system's insistence on password changes has only added to the existing complexity and inconvenience. Unfortunately, I am now unable to regain entry due to the system's failure to recognize my current password, leading to multiple unsuccessful attempts. Even as I try to reset my password, I am faced with restrictions on requesting further verification codes. This overlook is particularly inconvenient as I urgently require access for medical documentation. The account in question is linked to [redacted] I hope for a swift resolution to this exasperating ordeal to restore normalcy to my situation.

Hello, I am encountering an error message when trying to install my new Dell computer. Dell support has asked me to reach out to you regarding this issue. Here is the error message: msteams.exe - Incorrect image c:\Program Files\WindowsApps\MicrosoftTeams_21[redacted].109_x64_8wekyb3d8bbwe\VCRUNTIME140.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Please reinstall the program using the original installation support, or contact your system admin or the software provider for assistance. Error status: 0x[redacted]. We have tried reinstalling it, but it is not working. This is the initial error message, and if we close it using the X, more error messages pop up. These error messages keep appearing every time I log in. It is quite bothersome. Thank you for your support in this matter. Manon Morin
