Yesterday, I bought and downloaded a 2-year subscription of McAfee antivirus. However, I'm still receiving pop-ups indicating that my system has viruses. Last week, I also purchased and installed Norton antivirus, but it hasn't resolved the issue. These constant interruptions are making it difficult for me to work. I would be grateful if you could contact me soon to assist me with this matter.

Hello, I recently purchased a new HP notebook that came with pre-installed McAfee LiveSafe. I decided to upgrade to McAfee Total Protection, so I uninstalled LiveSafe using the MCPR tool as advised by the supplier. However, when attempting to install McAfee Total Protection, I keep encountering the [redacted] error at around 59% completion. I have repeated the installation process multiple times to no avail. Any guidance on resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have been attempting to renew my Livesafe subscription for weeks as prompted. However, the renew option on my app is inactive, along with the 'contact us' option. When I tried to renew by phone and online, I was pressured into buying a more expensive product I didn't want. Eventually, I reluctantly upgraded to the Advanced product, even though most features seemed irrelevant. My bank declined the payment as the account details provided were flagged as potentially fraudulent.
It's challenging to reach your customer service as most contact details are unavailable. I found a basic antivirus product for £23, which suits my needs better than the £[redacted] upsell offered on the phone. If this issue isn't resolved promptly, I may need to switch providers, impacting my loyalty and ratings. Please assist me promptly. You can contact me via email at [redacted]

I do not have McAfee installed on my iPad. I have previously cancelled my subscription, yet I received another bill charged to my credit card for $[redacted].97. I do not need or want McAfee on my device. This situation is frustrating. I have contacted my bank's fraud department regarding unauthorized charges on my debit card. My name is Mary Martin, and you have my email address on file. Kindly refund the full amount within 24 hours; otherwise, I will involve the fraud squad. Thank you.
Kind regards,
Mary

I have a Techmaster Concierge Gold subscription under my wife's name, renewed on 02 April ([redacted]). McAfee should cover both our separate addresses. However, when I checked the protection center recently, I was told my "Trial subscription" had ended, requiring me to renew. I never signed up for a trial as we are supposed to be under the existing subscription.
Previously, I was misled by a fake pop-up claiming I needed to renew a separate subscription due to visiting an infected website. After realizing it was a scam, I contacted McAfee and settled for a free second year's subscription instead of a refund (Service Request: 1-[redacted]71).
I believe my current issue stems from that incident and request assistance in restoring my rightful access to the paid service. Thank you for your attention, John H.

I noticed an unauthorized payment of £[redacted].00 has been deducted from my account. Kindly refund this amount within the next 24 hours. I've attempted to reach out via phone on [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] without success. I'll be home until about 09:30 and back around 11:00 AM today. If I'm in the garden, my wife will be home and can contact me. Please treat this as urgent; it's causing me considerable distress due to my mental health condition. Thank you. - Peter M. I have been a loyal McAfee customer for 30 years in the UK. I use McAfee Total Protection. I currently reside in Spain but seem to have lost all the McAfee icons on my Windows 10 PC. I have spent hours trying to locate the shortcuts to utilize the virus checking features. It is crucial for me to ensure my McAfee software is updated and my system is virus-free. Lately, my PC has been sluggish, displaying a blank screen with a message stating, "Page is unresponsive, you can wait or cancel." I am in need of assistance to address this issue as I am unsure how to proceed. Thank you.

I recently renewed my McAfee security system for the third year on 5/25/23. Sadly, I have been bombarded with scam alerts claiming my accounts are compromised, including a false attempt to withdraw $[redacted] from a Bank of America account that I do not own. When I try to address these alerts, I am directed to a suspicious pop-up insisting my McAfee subscription has expired. I am confused and frustrated as to why the security system I paid for is not functioning as expected. If I cannot find a resolution soon, I may have to switch to a different security provider that offers reliable protection and accessible customer support.

Please remove my email address from your records. I have been receiving unwanted emails from your company since I purchased a new computer 18 months ago. I want to clarify that I do not have an account with you and have never had one. I am satisfied with the antivirus software I have been using for years and do not require any additional services. Yesterday alone, I received six emails from your company, which is excessive and intrusive. I am requesting that you cease all communication with me immediately. If these emails are not legitimate and are in fact part of a scam, please address this issue promptly. Otherwise, I do not wish to receive any further correspondence from your company.

On August 22, a charge appeared on my credit card ending in [redacted] for an auto-renewal of McAfee computer protection. Despite receiving warnings on my computer, I have not renewed this service for a while. I did not approve this charge and do not wish to continue using your services. Please cancel this immediately. If necessary, you can contact me by phone at 52-[redacted]. I appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter. Thank you. Clay Cooper

A year ago, I tried to renew my McAfee antivirus software. I spoke to a representative named Air in the McAfee customer service. After our conversation confirming McAfee was activated, he mentioned I needed to purchase a policy with Byteskart for nearly $[redacted]. Now, I'm unsure if my policy is with McAfee, Byteskart, or if Byteskart is a scam, leaving me uncertain about my coverage. I am seeking guidance on what steps to take next. Thank you.

I noticed a charge on my old credit card for McAfee protection, which I believed was closed. I disputed the charge immediately and received a provisional credit. However, I recently found out that the charge went through. The support documents did not have my name on them. While I had used your product for several years, I did not authorize this charge. I would like a full credit for the unauthorized transaction.

Hello, I received an email last night from you stating that my subscription expired on September 6th and was automatically renewed, with [redacted] SEK deducted from my bank account. I have contacted the bank, and it appears the money has already been taken. I do not have a subscription with you. I have checked my statements and have never paid for one a year ago or more. I visited your website to explore alternatives but have since secured my needs through another subscription. I cannot find any record of an agreement in the email either. I wish to dispute this payment.

Hello, I noticed on my bank statement that on 01/07/[redacted] MCAFEE [redacted] charged me $[redacted].95 on my credit card when I did not purchase any products or subscriptions from you.
