I had difficulty reaching a customer service representative earlier to address my concerns. I placed an order for 2 cashmere items under order number [redacted]. Macy's informed me via email that one item was indefinitely back-ordered. After calling and speaking to a representative, the turtleneck was canceled and a crew neck was ordered instead. The other item, marked as "late" in shipping, has not yet arrived. I was surprised to receive the turtleneck today despite the cancellation. I'm currently unable to drive due to being in a cast and am struggling with the inconvenience caused by these issues. I now seek assistance with canceling the crew neck order amidst these complications with Macy's.

When I saw your advertisement in the mail, I quickly ordered two Clinique products on Black Friday using WEB ID [redacted]6 and WEB ID [redacted]0. Along with those, I also purchased a nightwear item. I received the nightwear piece, but upon calling today, I found out that the Clinique products were out of stock. I was informed that a refund would be issued to me. It was disappointing to hear that they were not available even though they were advertised. I wonder why products are offered if they are not in stock. I did not receive any email communication from Macy's regarding the status of these Clinique products, and it feels like I had to inquire to move the refund process forward.

My delivery was running late. The status now indicates it has been delivered, but I'm no longer in the country. I've received the refund and was informed the package would be returned if no one was available. However, the package seems to have been left outside. Can Macy's arrange to pick it up from the same address, or will they dispose of it?

I ordered a white dress shirt for my husband for Christmas on November 30. The charge appeared on my credit card, but the item hasn't arrived yet, which is unusual for Macy's. Despite having my email on file, I never receive communication from Macy's. I can't even reset the account password because emails don't come through to [redacted] I don't have an order number or confirmation. I urgently need this for my husband's Christmas gift. I encountered a broken link when trying to email Macy's customer service. Despite reaching out for help, the representative I spoke to was unable to resolve my issue with missing Macy's Money in my account. Additionally, I noticed one of my orders displays the wrong date, stating the 9th instead of the 10th. I have spent a significant amount of time contacting Macy's support without success, as the automated system directed me in circles without an option to speak to a real person. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, especially since I have been a loyal Macy's customer attracted by their previously outstanding customer service.

I placed an order for multiple products, and unfortunately, one of the men's vests was not included in the delivery. My order number is [redacted]48, and the missing item was part of either shipment 7 or 9. While I am unable to specify which vest was not received, all other items in these two shipments arrived. I have already returned one of the vests, so you should have a record of the return that can help identify the missing item.

I placed an order on December 4th with order number [redacted]. Despite a label being created on December 10th, my package has not arrived and is still with USPS. After speaking to a customer service representative who seemed uncaring and unhelpful, I reached out to another representative who also could not provide a solution. I requested an overnight delivery, but was told it was not possible. The lack of assistance and the runaround I received is disappointing, especially since I have ordered and received items from other vendors after this purchase. It's concerning that a simple item like underwear has caused so much trouble. Emailing customer service is my final resort to seek help in receiving my item before Christmas. Instead, my account was sent to a collection agency, resulting in additional stress. As a customer, I expected more understanding and support, especially given the current pandemic situation. I purchased items from Macy's in November, but they were mistakenly sent to my old apartment instead of my current one. Even though the packages were returned to Macy's, they have kindly sent me replacements. To avoid any extra charges for Macy's, I would like them to stop sending me additional replacements. I purchased two men's shirts on December 8th. One shirt was delivered promptly, but the other shirt (The Lux snakeskin) has not arrived, though I was charged for it. Despite my attempts to track it through USPS with no success, the shirt is still available for sale on your website. I purchased a fleece sweatshirt for my grandson for Christmas, which was delivered to my home. The order was placed on 12/11/20, under order number [redacted], and the item is labeled as [redacted] K03070-SOLID FLC 1/4. Unfortunately, the item arrived with a sensor still attached. When I contacted the complaints department, they informed me that the item was no longer in stock and suggested I visit Vancouver Mall in Washington State, which is a [redacted]-mile round trip from Longview, WA, where I reside. As a loyal Macy's customer for many years, I am disappointed by this error and would appreciate a resolution that does not require me to make the lengthy journey. Thank you for your assistance.

I placed an order for a Columbia jacket on December 20th with an expected delivery date of December 21st. Unfortunately, I did not receive the package even though I was informed that it was delivered. On December 23rd, I contacted the [redacted] number and spoke with Chelsea. She confirmed that Macy's would replace the jacket and send it via priority mail within 2 business days instead of Door Dash. I am concerned as I have not seen any activity on my Macy's card, so I would appreciate an update on the resolution of this issue.

I visited the Dallas Galleria store today to exchange a Christmas gift without a receipt at the children's department. Debbie, the staff member present, displayed a negative attitude towards assisting me, despite the department being quiet. I politely expressed my intention for a straightforward exchange, but she repeatedly mentioned the need for specific details and implied it was a complicated process. Even when my husband offered to fetch the alternative item, she still declined to help. Consequently, we located the item ourselves and proceeded to the nearby home furnishing register. The employee there promptly and cheerfully assisted us, restoring our shopping experience. Unfortunately, Debbie's behavior has discouraged my future visits to Macy's children's department.

I would like to email Macy's customer service team. I clearly state my request in my email and I expect a simple yes or no response via email. I prefer not to have a phone conversation but an email exchange instead. It seems difficult to accomplish this with Macy's as they do not seem to encourage customer emails. I am disheartened by the lack of proper responses. Macy's claims to care about customer satisfaction and easy returns, but using intermediaries like GetHuman creates hurdles for customers. I plan to mail back my item to the same address it came from along with a letter detailing my concerns already sent to Macy's corporate office. I will drop it off at the post office and leave it to Macy's to handle.

Macys has a price matching policy for items. I have screenshots showing Nautica pants priced at $9 from Belk, whereas Macys sells them for $28.99. Initially, the online customer service representative agreed to honor the lower price, but later changed their decision, causing frustration for a loyal customer. Due to this poor experience, I will be returning several Christmas gifts bought at Macys and will refrain from shopping there until there is better training for overseas representatives on price matching. As a dedicated Macy's customer, I am deeply disheartened by the decision to inject political views into your business operations. I will be discontinuing my support for Macy's due to the recent announcement regarding the discontinuation of support for Senators and Representatives raising Constitutional questions about the elections. Every American has the right to address their concerns in Congress, and it is disappointing to see these individuals being penalized for fulfilling their duty to support the Constitution. Despite being a loyal customer for years, I have made the decision to withdraw all support for Macy's.

Order number [redacted] was placed online on 1-21-21. I have made several attempts to return this item on the website to access the mailing label and return slip, but have faced difficulties. I keep receiving a message stating that the order was placed when I wasn't signed in. The instructions then suggest to sign out and look up the order using the order number. Despite trying this multiple times, I have been unable to make any progress. The coat I received is too small, and I urgently need to return it. I would greatly appreciate any assistance.

I recently purchased a pair of Alfani Boots as a Christmas gift for my daughter. Unfortunately, they didn't fit her, so she tried to exchange them at Macy's Hillsdale Mall in San Mateo, CA.
