I urgently need the OTP being sent to this UK number, which I have with me but cannot receive in India. I have been using this number exclusively for WhatsApp since relocating to India. I have been an O2 customer since the beginning of the year, and in the last 24 hours, someone has stolen my SIM number and transferred it to your service (this should show up as registered within the last 24 hours). I contacted O2, but they advised me to reach out to your team. The SIM was purchased from a company called Easydigits.co.uk. I believe I have been a victim of fraud. I am uncertain about what steps to take, but I urgently require my SIM number to be cancelled with your service as it has been stolen and changed without my authorization. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the number as it was taken from me. I had access to it yesterday, and suddenly my SIM has been blocked on my end and transferred to your service. I recently purchased the Lyca £20 bundle for a new SIM card, as it seemed like the best deal at my local shop. However, upon trying to activate the bundle at home, I encountered issues and reached out to customer support the next day. Surprisingly, I was informed that I had used up all my data during the activation attempts and would not be refunded because I should have turned my data off, a step not mentioned in the instructions. This experience has left me dissatisfied with the service provided by this network provider. I have been experiencing issues with my Lyca SIM ([redacted]0) not being detected in either of my phones for the past couple of months. I contacted your customer service, and they advised me to adjust the network settings, but the problem reoccurred after two days. Even after restarting my phones, the SIM is still not being detected. I have decided to switch my network to O2 and would like to request the PAC number so I can keep my current phone number. Thank you.

After being overseas for six months, my number and SIM card have stopped working. I purchased a new SIM card, activated it, and requested to transfer my old number, which I have been using professionally since [redacted]. However, despite being informed that my old number has been transferred to the new SIM card, my phone now shows no network, and when calling my old number, [redacted], it still appears as disconnected. I have been in communication with Lycamobile customer service via phone and email, and despite their assurances that the transfer was successful, my new SIM card is not working, and my old number remains inactive. It has been over 20 days, and I urgently need assistance from the technical team to have my number activated promptly.

Hello, I purchased a LycaMobile SIM with 4GB of data on April 20th and added €10 of prepaid credit on April 22nd. I registered the SIM online on the same day. Despite this, I am unable to make calls or use the internet. Instead, I keep receiving messages prompting me to "sign into the LycaMobile network." I've also tried setting up WhatsApp without success due to registration issues. Hello, My LycaMovil cell phone was stolen tonight at a train station in Granollers, Spain. I attempted to contact the Lyca customer service center at +34 [redacted]21 but a recorded message stated that the service is only available after 9am, not after 9pm. I also reached out to Selecta, an icon on your website that is supposed to provide assistance, but they informed me that they no longer work with Lyca mobile. The information stored on my cell phone is quite valuable, including my bank details and residence permit documents. Is there a way for Lyca to assist me in blocking my number +34 [redacted]71? Hello, my phone number is [redacted]. I registered on April 11th. I could make and receive calls on the first day, but on the second day, I have been unable to do so. Despite recharging $23 for a 3-month international unlimited plan and $19.95 for one month with a credit card, I am still facing issues. I have not been able to make any calls, which is frustrating. Dear LycaMobile, I recently purchased a new phone number, [redacted], on April 11th. After an initial recharge of $23 for unlimited international plans, I then linked a credit card for a $19 top-up. Unfortunately, on April 12th, I discovered that my calling function was disabled. After several attempts to reach customer service, I was informed that the top-up feature had been turned off. I am extremely frustrated with the service I have received. I sent an email and filled out a form yesterday, but I can't speak to an adviser because there is no option on your calls. I was charged £30 for calls that lasted only 29 minutes and 25 seconds from my Lyca number ending in [redacted], which I topped up last Wednesday, 26/7/. Additionally, yesterday, on the 31st, I topped up £10 to make some calls, but my balance showed zero after just 21 minutes and 39 seconds of usage. This seems highly unfair and like an exploitation of your customers by Lyca. I am requesting a refund of my minutes amounting to £40 as there is no logical reason why I should be charged £30 for calls that lasted less than 30 minutes. It is incredibly frustrating that my complaints are being ignored, and I have been unable to receive any help from your customer service line.

I located my stolen phone at LYCA MOBILE right before they closed. I returned the next morning and was told to wait for the owner, as I have Verizon as my carrier. When the owner arrived, he denied any knowledge of my situation. Despite tracking my phone to the store, I noticed a sign advertising phone unlocking services. Unfortunately, overnight the signal from my phone was lost within the store. The individual in charge worked on phones and suddenly my phone vanished. I am determined to pursue this matter further. The option to speak to a representative by pressing 9 does not work, and the website links are also unresponsive through multiple devices. I am seeking to cancel all services with Lyca. Despite my efforts online, through email, and by phone, I have not been able to achieve this.
