Hello, I am reaching out to request compensation for the delay of flight LH475 on February 24th, which now requires us to stay until tomorrow. I planned this trip with friends last summer, journeying through Southeast Asia from Singapore. After contacting reservations today, I learned there are no other options to depart via another route or Star Alliance partner. This unexpected change is disappointing as we must now adjust our land package program and cut short our vacation by a day. On Sunday, March 24th, I had a journey from DFW to ZHR via FRA on LH [redacted] and LH [redacted]. Unfortunately, the flight got canceled, and my wife, Suzanne Alfarra, and I were rebooked on a different itinerary: ORD -> MUC -> ZHR on United [redacted], LH [redacted], and LX [redacted]. Despite being reassured in DFW and Chicago that our two bags with reference numbers LH [redacted] and LH [redacted] would accompany us, they did not arrive in Zurich. We reported the missing bags with reference ZHRLX16560 at Swiss lost and found, and after almost 36 hours, there's still no update on their whereabouts. The Zurich Swiss office couldn't provide any information, and LH baggage claim redirected us to Swiss, stating it's not their responsibility anymore. As my belongings are essential for my upcoming meetings in Germany and Sweden, it's concerning that no progress has been made. Urgent assistance is required to resolve this issue promptly. Dear Support Team, I urgently need assistance in relation to my recent flight experience with Lufthansa. Upon arrival on March 14, [redacted], on flight LH466 from Frankfurt to San Diego, I requested wheelchair service due to neuropathy in my limbs. Unfortunately, during the transfer through customs and baggage claim, the wheelchair attendant accidentally drove me into a metal post, resulting in a fractured left foot. I was taken to the hospital and diagnosed with a fractured foot, which will now disable me for six weeks. This will complicate my return trip to Frankfurt on flights LH445 and LH100, as I will need additional support due to my condition and the long duration of the flights. I am requesting for a possible upgrade to first class on my return flight to Germany to help me manage my condition better during the journey. I am Rodrigo Daniel Marquez Flores. I purchased a flight from Mexico to Madrid with a layover in Munich on March 15, [redacted]. The booking reference is NB37NB. I checked in my luggage in Mexico City for the flight LH0521 to Munich, which departed on time on March 15 around 10:20 AM (Mexico City time). The flight arrived in Munich on March 16 around 6 AM (Munich time), with my connecting flight LH1800 scheduled to depart at 08:15 AM from gate K19. However, I missed the flight as there was no updated information at the gate and I couldn't locate the new one in time. Lufthansa asked for a [redacted] EUR rebooking fee, ensuring my luggage would be on the next flight, LH1804, which landed in Madrid at 6:07 PM. Unfortunately, my luggage was missing, and I had to file a report at Madrid Airport. My luggage was eventually found, and I received it just in time after experiencing a sprained left ankle due to the rushed situation caused by these events.

I have been a loyal traveler with Lufthansa for many years and have generally been happy with my experience. However, on my recent flight from IAD to FRA on 31/3/19, I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience. As an elderly lady with F. Lymphoma, I was not feeling well and requested an upgrade to business class, but was informed it was full. Despite there being a few available seats and even a waiting list, I was denied the upgrade, which left me feeling discriminated against. Upon arrival in TLV on flight [redacted] on 4/1/19, I did manage to upgrade to business class by paying $[redacted].00, but was charged $[redacted].00 instead. Furthermore, one of my suitcases was completely torn and another one was damaged. This experience left me extremely upset. I hope to resolve these matters in a positive and civilized manner. Flight LH801 on April 2 was quite chaotic for me. I had to rush to the gate and barely made it onto LH422 to Frankfort/Boston, only to find out that my bag didn't join me on the journey. The lack of communication and attention to my connection was frustrating. I typically choose Lufthansa for my travels but this experience has left me disappointed. Two weeks ago, I misplaced my Miles & More account number and password. Upon being directed to the Lufthansa website, I completed a form and submitted a photo of my U.S. passport as instructed. Today, upon contacting Miles & More Customer Service and referencing the Lufthansa reference number ([redacted]) from the confirmation email, I was informed they do not have access to reference numbers. I am seeking an update on the status of my application for the account number and password as my wife and I have upcoming reservations for a flight from Charlotte to Munich and would like to utilize the number provided. On February 2, [redacted], my spouse and I, M.K. and W.K., traveled from Chicago O'Hare to Munich, and on to Katowice with United Airlines. Unfortunately, our Munich to Katowice flight was canceled, leading to an overnight stay with a provided hotel by Lufthansa while our luggage was left behind. Despite attempting to contact Lufthansa in Poland, I was directed to reach out to the U.S. agent who issued our tickets. To whom it may concern, I am writing to express my disappointment with Lufthansa. I have been a loyal customer of the airline for many years. I purchased a ticket for my mother-in-law to accompany my wife during her pregnancy journey from Algiers to Toronto. Although I paid $1,[redacted] for the ticket, which was more expensive compared to other airlines, I expected a higher level of service for her comfort. I arranged for chair assistance, but unfortunately, nobody from Lufthansa assisted her in Algiers or Frankfurt. This lack of support left her frustrated, especially since she doesn't speak English. The absence of help nearly caused her to miss her connecting flight to Toronto during the short 1-hour layover. As a frequent Lufthansa flyer, this disappointing experience has led me to explore other airline options. Following my brother's recommendation, who had a positive resolution to a previous issue with Lufthansa, I decided to reach out via email. The experience was not only unsatisfactory but also embarrassing, as I had assured Nabiha Hamdi that Lufthansa would take good care of her, which unfortunately did not happen as expected. I kindly request a refund for the price difference between Lufthansa and Air Algeria tickets as well as compensation for the stressful and unsupported moments Nabiha experienced. I had a booking on LH Flight [redacted] to Frankfurt with a connecting flight to Billund. Unfortunately, when returning from Billund, my connecting flight to Frankfurt (LH837) was delayed due to clearance issues, causing me and my daughter to miss our flight to the U.S. (LH402) in Frankfurt. As a result, we had to spend the night in Frankfurt due to no available flights. The following day, we boarded Singapore Airlines to JFK. We had paid extra for specific seats for the round trip, but this was not acknowledged by Singapore Airlines. I am seeking compensation for the inconvenience caused, including the financial losses from the seat bookings and the additional expenses incurred when my husband had to travel from N.J. to JFK due to our altered schedule.

Dear Lufthansa, I am currently at Frankfurt airport waiting for my connecting flight to Milan after experiencing a very disappointing flight from Vancouver to Frankfurt (Flight [redacted]). I am not one to complain, but I felt compelled to share my experience with you. Upon checking in at YVR airport, I was not informed of the luggage fee which resulted in an uncomfortable situation at boarding. While the issue was eventually resolved, the initial lack of communication was frustrating. The international flight began pleasantly, but interactions with some of the crew were subpar. When requesting a glass of wine, the stewardesses were dismissive and unhelpful. This treatment continued during breakfast service, where I felt neglected compared to other passengers. As a Canadian citizen of Filipino descent, I couldn't help but notice a discrepancy in treatment compared to other passengers, which left me feeling disrespected. This experience was disheartening, especially considering my trust in Lufthansa's professionalism and reliability. I hope that my feedback reaches the appropriate channels for further review. Dear Support Team, My wife and I hold Business (Z) tickets from TXL to FRA to MCO and back. We faced an issue returning on 06.04.[redacted] due to my expiring passport. At MCO, we were instructed to rebook the flight post passport renewal. However, when we contacted the telephone booking service, we were informed there was no record of our booking with code WYNSLM. We were directed to buy a new round trip ticket from MCO to TXL. We are loyal customers who have accumulated many miles with Lufthansa since the inception of the Miles & More Program. Despite being Gold Card holders until January [redacted], our status was abruptly canceled without prior notification. While we acknowledge the need to pay a rebooking fee, we are eager to utilize the return leg of our original ticket. We are unwilling to purchase another round trip from the US.
