I purchased a furniture fixture on 10.24.20 and was informed that I would be notified when the item was ready for pickup. I never received any communication and upon visiting the store in Manhasset, New York, where I made the purchase, I found it closed. I have been attempting to reach Customer Service for over a year without success. The listed phone number is not working. I request for the number to be removed from the website and Google. I am seeking a refund as I have proof of purchase and can show that the furniture was never collected. Please assist me with resolving this matter promptly. On May 19, I placed an order for a jumpsuit but realized the discount wasn't applied. After requesting cancellation through chat, I promptly received an email confirming the cancellation. When attempting to repurchase on May 21, the item was out of stock. Upon receiving the jumpsuit, I found it poorly made with unraveling stitching. I promptly returned it. Despite already receiving a refund for the initial purchase, I am now being asked to wait an additional 7 to 10 days. I then reordered the same item on the 21st, received it, and returned it immediately. I'm eager for resolution and need assistance to confirm the refund status.

I am attempting to return a package to you. I printed the return label and took the package to UPS on Thursday, July 7th. UPS has attempted delivery on Monday, July 11th, Tuesday, July 12th, and Wednesday, July 13th, but the building was closed each time. I contacted my local UPS store for assistance. The package will now be held at a UPS store or Hub for your company to retrieve. As per your return policy, the item must be returned within 30 days for a refund. Despite my efforts to return the package promptly, I am unsure how to obtain my refund since no one was available at the address provided on the label. I have tried calling multiple numbers found through a Google search for Lord and Taylor, but none of them seem to be working. How can I proceed to receive my refund?

My daughter recently ordered a dress from your website in my usual size, but unfortunately, it didn't fit. Upon checking your return policy, I made sure to send it back within the 30-day window. Following the online instructions, I printed the return label and dropped off the package at my local UPS store in a timely manner. UPS has attempted delivery on July 11th, 12th, and 13th, but the building was closed each time according to the UPS store I visited. The package will soon be going to a UPS store or hub for pick up by your company. I am eager to receive the refund and wonder about the process to expect it. I've attempted to contact multiple phone numbers provided on various Lord & Taylor sites but unfortunately, none of them seem to be operational. I'm concerned because USPS returned my shoes to Lord and Taylor, but I haven't received any update from them. It's essential that they either refund me or resend the products. I reside at [redacted] Lexington Ave., Rochester, NY [redacted]. Providing a phone number or tracking information would be helpful. The tracking number is 1ZYX[redacted][redacted], and the recipient at Lord and Taylor is Maria. If there's no response, I may have to contact the Better Business Bureau or the Attorney General's office.

I returned a counterfeit bag to Lord & Taylor on January 3, [redacted], but I have yet to receive my refund. Despite filing a complaint with PayPal Credit, they were unable to assist me due to the 30-day limit. I purchased the item as a Christmas gift for my mother, within the timeframe of the holiday extended warranty. Despite discussions with PayPal Credit, the refund process has been prolonged. On February 19, Lord & Taylor instructed PayPal to reverse the chargeback and proceed with the refund. However, as of today, the return has not been processed. I am feeling frustrated and exasperated. I have decided to avoid purchasing from such unreliable retailers online and to steer clear of using PayPal credit for future transactions as they have not proved to be helpful in this situation.

I am struggling to print a return label due to the confusing website. I've spent 2 hours trying to complete the task. The website mistakenly stated that the item had already been returned when I still have it. I also received an error stating they couldn't ship to my address even though I received the initial item from there. I urgently need assistance as there is a time constraint for the return process set by the company. It's crucial to resolve this error promptly.

For three days straight, the automated system has kept me waiting for six minutes for over an hour! There seems to be a problem with the robot or the call back system. Please don't attribute it to my phone as the representative I spoke with yesterday tried to do. I didn't get the first package as indicated in the email you sent. I've only received the second package, but I need the dress from the first package as I planned to wear it a week from today. Kindly resolve this matter or send it using expedited shipping at no additional cost to me.

I ordered a Brics duffle and a suitcase. Unfortunately, I only received the duffle. I contacted customer service via email and then by text but have not received a satisfactory response. They keep asking repetitive questions and claim they filed a complaint with UPS. I decided to cancel the suitcase and requested a refund. However, I was informed that since the item has left the warehouse, they are unable to assist me. My order number is [redacted]85.

Order #[redacted]60 was said to be delivered to my address in NY along with other items. I live in FL and was there at the time; however, I had someone check for the items. Despite two other items being received and one being returned from FL, the main item was never received. I initiated a request to locate my missing item as I am traveling soon and need it. Although a customer service representative was helping me initially, I suddenly stopped receiving any responses or communications. As a retired law enforcement officer, I understand theft can occur, but my record proves otherwise. I am a frequent Amazon shopper, spending over $5k annually, with very few complaints. Living in a gated community where misdelivered packages are rare, I usually receive neighbors' packages by mistake. I kindly ask for an investigation or at least a response instead of being ignored. I prefer not to leave negative feedback if this is an isolated incident. Thank you.

I purchased a gown that arrived damaged, and I never got the chance to try it on. Upon returning it and explaining the situation, the company refused to refund my $[redacted].10, shifting blame onto me. I feel helpless as they keep the dress and my money. Despite my efforts through texts and emails, the issue remains unresolved. I was even asked for a photo, which seemed unnecessary since the item arrived damaged. I am frustrated and demanding a prompt refund of my money.

I have been trying to reach out via email as there was no available phone number to address my concerns. My initial order was for a Nautica block set in size 4T for my niece. I received the bottoms but not the top, which I still require. The second order was placed for items in 3T, a button-down shirt, and Nautica sweatpants. Instead, I received a onesie which is not suitable for my godchild who wears 3T. This has resulted in a waste of money for me. I have been a loyal customer for approximately 45 years and have never encountered such issues before. I urge you to resolve this matter promptly as the incorrect sizes and incomplete outfits are of no use to me.

Subject: Report of Damaged Suitcase (Order #[redacted]72) Dear Customer Service, I am reaching out to bring to your attention the issue with the Lily Bloom 28" suitcase I recently purchased. Upon receiving the item, I noticed that one side of the suitcase is severely crushed, leading to deformity and stitching coming undone near one of the lower corners. I have attached images for your reference, including a picture of the undamaged side for comparison. This suitcase was intended as a gift for an upcoming event, so I would appreciate a prompt replacement. If a replacement is not feasible, I request a full refund be processed without delay. I have received two emails instructing me to return the damaged item for a refund. However, this solution is unsatisfactory as the item arrived in this condition, which was no fault of mine. On December 2, [redacted], I placed an order on LordandTaylor.com for 4 items totaling $[redacted].34. The entire amount was charged on the same day. Only one item, a $24 throw blanket, arrived on December 7 from a fulfillment center, with an order date of 12/04/[redacted]. The remaining items, 3 sweatshirts, were confirmed to be on the way in an email received on December 8 at 5:39pm. A USPS tracking number was provided. As of December 12, [redacted], the USPS tracking showed that the package was still awaiting shipment. I attempted to contact Lord and Taylor through their support chat, emails, and text with no response so far. Other contact options found online have been unproductive. I am hoping to either receive my items promptly with confirmation or get a full refund, possibly with the shipping cost covered by Lord and Taylor as a resolution.
