I have some important feedback for the [redacted] Combo Touch Keyboard Case for iPad Pro: 1. Improve the kickstand so it doesn't wobble and has a defined range of movement. Also, ensure the hinge is durable and add a comfortable material at the bottom of the kickstand when using it on lap or delicate surfaces. 2. Decrease the material around the iPad's USB C port to make it less recessed for easy use with various connectors and devices. 3. The keyboard should feel less plastic-like, quieter when typing, and prevent scratching the iPad's screen when closed. Extra feature suggestion: Add a second pull-out kickstand in the opposite direction to allow the iPad to be used in the flipped landscape position. This addition would enhance the product's value and user experience. Please consider these suggestions for future improvements. Thank you.

I purchased a Logitech G920 wheel about a year ago, but I can't recall the exact store. Lately, I've had issues with the software and calibration. The software doesn't register when the wheel turns, and adjustments like center spring force or rotation degrees don't sync properly. I've tried reconnecting the wheel multiple times, which sometimes temporarily resolves the problem. However, when I play games like Farming Simulator or F1 [redacted], the wheel behaves erratically, not aligning correctly and being overly stiff in one direction. I'm unsure how to address this. I would appreciate software-based solutions first, and if those don't work, I would consider sending it for repairs or a possible replacement. The wheel hasn't been physically damaged, and the pedals function normally.

Subject: Assistance Needed with Harmony [redacted] Remote Dear Logitech Support Team, I hope this message finds you well. Upon setting up my Harmony [redacted] remote with my LG TV (Model 42LB9DF*) and Panasonic DVD Player (Model DMR-XW440), I encountered two issues that I am seeking assistance with: 1. The Panasonic remote includes a STTL button (refer to attached photo) that I use to control subtitles. Could you please advise which button(s) on the Harmony [redacted] remote I should use to toggle subtitles? 2. When accessing recorded TV shows on my HDD, I typically use the Harmony [redacted] remote to navigate through the menus. While I can select content using the Yellow button (as indicated by the red tick in the attached photo), I am unsure which button(s) I should use to delete items. My Logitech G305 mouse's unifying receiver has stopped working. I've changed the batteries several times, ruling out that as the issue. Testing the receiver on other computers confirmed it's not my USB ports. It seems the receiver is no longer functional. I couldn't locate any compatible receivers online for my Mac and G305 mouse. Could you please send me a new receiver or guide me on where to find one that matches my mouse and Mac? Thank you.

Dear Sir or Madam, Since the turn of the year 20/21, I have been using the Logitech wireless headset H600. Unfortunately, it is already experiencing significant malfunctions that render it unusable due to a continuous audio distortion issue. I am disappointed by these malfunctions, particularly considering the price of Logitech products. Regrettably, I overlooked printing the receipt at the time of purchase, assuming the headset would serve me well for an extended period. I understand that without the receipt, it may be challenging to claim warranty coverage. Nevertheless, I kindly request your feedback regarding this defective product after only 7 months of use. Hello, I have been using the Apple Magic Mouse for 8 years, but I've started to experience wrist pain. I recently purchased the MX Master 3 and have some suggestions for improvements in the potential MX Master 4 or a custom version for myself. I suggest switching the thumb scroll with the back and forth buttons since I use the scroll more frequently. It would be beneficial if the thumb button is placed where the thumb naturally rests for easier use. Additionally, incorporating touch surface swipe functionality for left and right-click like the Magic Mouse could be an innovative feature. Furthermore, having an attachment to support the palm and allow for a more downward hand position would enhance comfort and ergonomics. These modifications would make the mouse ideal for my work as a mixing engineer and producer. Thank you.

I recently purchased a Logitech Wave Mk550 combo for my Windows 10 workstation. Initially, the E key on my keyboard was not functioning properly. After downloading and installing the K350 drivers, changing batteries, and adjusting settings, now the W key is not working, but the E key is working fine. I believe the issue may be related to the complex firmware and driver software options. I am reaching out to Logitech support for assistance. I have extensive experience as a software engineer with 35 years in the field, working on PCs for 25 years. Despite my background, I find this driver installation process to be the most intricate I have encountered. I am hopeful that a Logitech support representative can remotely access my computer to troubleshoot the keyboard installation.

I am experiencing multiple issues with my Logitech keyboard and mouse combo, K850. When attempting to access the BIOS, the keyboard does not respond to pressing F2, F12, or delete. Once Windows boots up, I can use both the keyboard and mouse, but encounter the following errors: 1) In Device Manager, there are three "Logitech Cordless Device" entries under Other devices with yellow triangles. 2) Under Human Interface Devices, I see a) Logicool Unifying USB receiver, b) Logitech USB Input Device, and c) USB Input Device. 3) In System Settings, under "Bluetooth and other devices," the Logitech Unifying Receiver shows as "Driver is unavailable" and under "Other devices," two "Logitech Cordless Device" entries also show as "Driver is unavailable." 4) The Logitech Unifying software prompts me to plug in a receiver even though it is already connected. 5) After installing Logitech Options (Version 8.54.[redacted]), it does not detect any devices, and I am unable to log in to the application. Despite multiple attempts to reinstall the software and restart the system, the issues persist. I have tried searching for manual drivers but only found Logitech Options available.

Hello Logitech team, I recently bought a Logitech MX Master 3 mouse (not from logitech.com) to use with a government-issued computer that doesn't have Bluetooth enabled. Initially, I connected the mouse via the 2.4GHz unifying receiver and it worked fine. However, after pairing the mouse with other devices using Bluetooth, it no longer connects to the receiver on the government computer. I need assistance in resetting the 2.4GHz unifying receiver to connect the mouse to my government computer without the Logitech Options software. The receiver is recognized when plugged in, but it doesn't connect to the mouse. I haven't found a solution online that doesn't involve software installation. I bought a Logitech G502 Hero two years ago for Christmas but only started using it recently due to not having a computer. I bought the G910 RGB Mechanical Gaming Keyboard - Black English Orion Spectrum on August 4, [redacted] (order #[redacted]39). Unfortunately, the keyboard is no longer functioning properly. I made a purchase on the Logitech Online Store, but the shipping company couldn't deliver it to my address. Several support representatives explained that the package can't be redirected and must go back to Logitech for a refund. I would prefer to get the product I ordered at the original price rather than waiting for a refund and reordering without the initial discounts.

Hello, good morning. Recently, I've been facing issues with Logitech Options. Previously, I had no major problems using Logitech Flow on two computers, though there were occasional hiccups. However, since the beginning of December, I've been unable to connect Flow to the other computer. Furthermore, I've been unsuccessful in logging into my account through Options on either computer despite uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times. These challenges persist. I'm looking for assistance! In summary: 1. I am unable to log into my account using Logitech Options on either computer. 2. Activating Flow on both computers leads to the message "Logitech Flow wasn't able to automatically find other computers on the network" after some time on both devices.

Good morning, I recently purchased the flight switch panel from Logitech. I am disappointed because I discovered after buying it that I need to purchase additional software for it to function correctly, costing an extra 25 euros. This information was not provided on the website, and the drivers supplied were not helpful. When I called the Spanish phone number, I was answered in English. Although language wasn't an issue, I was told I would receive an email, but I am still waiting. I have spent two days troubleshooting with no guidance from your website, resorting to searching forums and potentially downloading harmful software. Eventually, I managed to get it working, but it only works with certain aircraft in Prepar3D v4. I would appreciate prompt assistance as I feel unsatisfactorily supported as a customer. Thank you.

I bought a Logitech folio iPad case and keyboard as a bundle. I also purchased a 2-year Apple warranty from NFM, which covers the keyboard for a year. Unfortunately, my call with customer service got disconnected suddenly at 10:39 am. The key buttons on the keyboard are starting to come off, even though I purchased it brand new from Nebraska Furniture Store in Omaha, NE on Nov. 14th, [redacted]. I have images of the issue and the receipt of purchase. I would appreciate a replacement since we've only used it for 3 months before experiencing this problem.

I am experiencing issues with both my keyboard and mouse, primarily the mouse. I suspect the problem is related to software. When I boot up my computer, the old settings from the original Logitech software briefly take over before my new settings apply. These include mouse sensitivity and gesture controls. I initially used Logitech's Logi Options software, which had overly fast sensitivity. I later switched to the newer app, Options+, and set up my preferences there. However, it seems like the old settings are still lingering, possibly due to files that were not fully removed when I uninstalled the old software. I am considering whether the mouse itself has on-board memory causing this issue. I am contemplating uninstalling the new software and sticking with the old version, but I am unsure of the best course of action.

I recently purchased the new MK570, K350 & M705 combo. Unfortunately, I am experiencing issues with the keyboard occasionally not responding to inputs and the mouse freezing or responding slowly. This problem persists even though these are new replacements for an older set I had for 3-5 years. I have resorted to using a wired keyboard and mouse as backups, but I really wanted the wireless combo to work seamlessly. I have attempted various troubleshooting methods such as reinstalling the software multiple times and even completely removing Logitech applications from my computer. Despite trying different receivers, the problem hasn't been resolved. I am hesitant to go back to wired accessories after getting used to wireless technology. Any suggestions or assistance would be greatly appreciated as I want my new devices to function properly.
